Monica and Mike were beyond our expectations. We have had some amazing care takers in the past. These two people made sure that Sophie felt at ease and was happy. This included many car rides (because that makes Sophie the happiest.) The house and everything was super clean. So much communication the whole time we were gone. Many many pictures. We hope to forge an ongoing relationship with these folks. Truly whoever they sit for will NOT be sorry. So very blessed by their sit!
We were fortunate to have Anna back a second time to care for our cat Benjamin, and she was a dream. Friendly, reliable, responsive, and it's obvious Benjamin is very comfortable with her. He was happy and relaxed when we returned home, and were grateful to find the house clean and tidy. Anna was also able to give Benjamin his daily pill without issue. We hope to have Anna back again and again!
We thoroughly enjoyed this sit, despite the rainy January weather! The house is very comfortable and the kitchen is ideal for those who enjoy an evening’s cooking. I imagine it would be even nicer in the fine summer months when one could sit outside in what looked to be a very pleasant garden. The house is on the doorstep of some wonderful excursions - spectacular Snowdonia and a beautiful coastline. You would need a car to ensure a comfortable sit. What can I say about Macsen? He stole our hearts. He is definitely the easiest cat we have looked after - very independent, affectionate, and low maintenance. He loves being brushed quite hard and lets you know when he’s hungry or needs toweling dry! Sian & Rhod cooked us a super meal the night before they left - clearly, both are talented cooks! It was a lovely evening and a lovely sit.
It was a great pleasure to cat and house sit for Tim & his family. They gave us a very warm welcome and explained everything we needed to know before they left. We felt very comfy in their house, which is well equipped and located in a nice & safe area. The communication before, during and after the sit was always easy. We enjoyed biking around or went on long beach walks and Tim gave us excellent Restaurant recommendations. But most important, the cats! Miko & Suri are two extreme charming boys - they stole our hearts from the beginning and were easy to take care for. It is a lot of fun watching them playing together and we miss them already! We would love to come back one day and can highly recommend this sit.
