Cat Sitters in Hill Country Village, TX

Nancy had a great connection with Franny and Ziggy and is clearly a true animal lover. She was diligent in sending me morning and evening pics, as requested, and kept me informed about my kitties' well-being. The house was clean and just as I left it on my return, with washed linens and towels. Most significantly, my fur-babies were happy, secure and well-fed. I'd have no problem recommending Nancy as your next zeewoi.

Ron was so good with our two dogs! His two kids are sweet, respectful and helpful. I was impressed with how well they cared for our house and our pets. Ron is a very good communicator and was easy to get a hold of anytime. Will definitely have them back again!

This was our second time having Tony come to housesit and dog sit for us. Judy was not able to make it, but Tony did a great job. When we came home, the house was tidy, and the dogs were all tired out and content. One of our dogs, Piper even looked out the window, hoping he was returning. We felt completely at ease while we were on our trip knowing that things were well taken care of. Tony and Judy are welcome back anytime! 

I was really lucky to have Anne as a housesitter again - she is a great communicator, sent lots of updates and she left the place really clean and tidy. My cat Iris loves her and they clearly bonded really well...she even joined Anne for yoga and pilates! I highly recommend Anne as a great house and pet sitter to all.

In a word: EXCEPTIONAL! Because we both call San Antonio “home,” I asked if they’d mind coming by to meet the dogs and see the house. Never having used Housesitters before, I was apprehensive about leaving my precious pups with strangers. They happily agreed and I instantly knew upon meeting them (and seeing how our most discerning dog took right to them!) that they would be an excellent fit for us. Even having high expectations after reading their reviews and personally meeting them, Rigo and El still managed to exceed every expectation. They were super communicative, excessively neat and clean – my housekeepers came on their regular day and texted me that the house never looked so good (and I tried not to be insulted. ;o)) Most importantly, my four (yes, FOUR!) dogs were well taken care of, happy, and healthy upon my return. With their thanks, Rigo and El even left a bottle of wine for us on the kitchen counter. I couldn’t give a stronger recommendation. They’re the Mary Poppins of housesitters – practically perfect in every way!!

Even though this was Jillian’s first sit with TH it was obvious that she’s had plenty of experience with pet and house care. She was communicative and reliable. She sent great pics and updates. We returned home to well cared for house and cats. We’d gladly have her back.

Rachel and Kevin were the best! We were apprehensive about leaving the dogs to meet strangers without being there at the same time and Rachel moved a personal appointment to accommodate us the day we were flying out. Her and her husband Kevin came the morning of our flight in plenty of time to meet the dogs, learn our garden watering needs and talk to us before we left for the airport. We had time to get our dogs used to their new friends before we left and it made us feel so much more comfortable before we took off. Very nice! They left our house in pristine condition, extremely clean and a welcome sight for tired travelers returning home. We have an extensive new garden and plants that were watered and well taken care of. They spoiled our dogs and took great care of them, providing texts and updates while we were gone. When we had a possible delay with our flight returning home, they were working with us to possibly stay an extra night if need be. (We ended up not needing it). Overall, Rachel and Kevin were great fur baby sitters. We would love for them to consider us for a sit anytime we leave town. Thanks, guys!!!!❤️🐾

This was our second sit with Lesley and it went great, just as expected. She is easy to coordinate and communicate with, she’s tidy and washed the towels and sheets for us before she left. She also provided updates and pics of our pup to reassure us. Thank you Lesley- you’re welcome back any time!

Maggie came to the house ahead of the visit to meet the dogs and I really appreciated that. She read the welcome guide completely before the sit, which I believe is not as common as it should be. The pups were very happy and the house was very clean. Wonderful sitter!

Sheri is an amazing house sitter. You can definitely tell how much she loves pets and that she was super conscientious about taking excellent care of my senior dog. He was well cared for and loved, I could tell. Since he is a large senior dog she had to make sure he got his medicine and was stimulated to keep moving. She went above and beyond to make sure he was happy and comfortable. She also took wonderful care of my home and treated my antiques and keepsakes with much care. My house was perfect when I got home. She definitely went above and beyond with her care for my wonderful dog and my home. I highly recommend her and am looking forward to her sitting for me again in the near future. Thank you, Sheri!!

Dianna was a lifesaver for us and our four dogs! She took such good care of the dogs and our home while we were gone. We came back to a spotless house. The dogs were so sad Dianna was gone they kept going to the guest bedroom to look for her. This was the first trip we have gone on where we have not worried about the dogs. Thank you so much Dianna, you were the absolute best!
