Alexandra took great care of Jiji and my apartment! I came home to a very happy cat and tidy home. I really appreciated the photos that she shared and keeping me up to date on how Jiji was doing. I would definitely recommend her to other sits!
We had a wonderful week at Michaelle's place in Austin. The location is a good drive from the downtown area, but it was perfect and quiet for relaxing. We loved taking the kayaks out and we enjoyed the hot tub and large back yard, as well as the huge well equipped kitchen. The neighbors were great, the poodles were very smart, well behaved and sweet. They were easy to care for, and we enjoyed seeing them play with their best poodle friend down the street. Michaelle and Bill were great hosts. The sit was absolutely lovely and we would definitely recommend!
5 stars! Diane was very kind and had everything prepared along with a list of recommendations for the area. Their home and location is incredible, steps away from the beach, gorgeous sunsets, and a beautiful neighborhood. Pinky, Jaime, and Harry are all incredible animals who pretty much operate on a routine, so they instinctively know when it's time to go and when it's time to eat; which made it very easy for me. I would gladly house and petsit for Diane again!
I had a great time during my stay with Kuba in Colleen's apartment. I received the instructions beforehand and also got detailed information for the feeding in a well-written document. Kuba is a lovely cat; she got used to me very quickly, and we made each other pleasant company. She used every opportunity to lie on my lap when I sat down on a couch or when I was in bed. The cat is very well behaved; sometimes she likes to play, sometimes she meows, and sometimes she wants some more cuddles. She does not want to escape while on the balcony and does not have any other bad habits. The apartment is very modern and quite western-style. It is extremely convenient to have the entrance to the complex nearby, with the bus and taxi stops, the supermarket just downstairs, and the sea view promenade just around the corner. The security people in the complex were always very nice and welcomed me, as well as Kuba, the cat, who was always so happy when I came back home. It takes some time to get into central Hong Kong, but I loved the morning breakfast on the balcony when you didn't hear any crazy traffic and could actually see some nature. I was very fortunate to see the New Year fireworks in Victoria Harbour along with 500.000 other people and then still managed to comfortably use MRT to get home. Taking care of Kuba was very simple; all the food and medications were prepared, so I had no problems managing that. And also, since I work from home, it was always nice to have company and a fluffy guest for the Zoom calls. The communication with Colleen was very smooth, and I felt like everything was prepared. As well as the apartment, which was very well taken care of, I also made sure to bring it back in a neat condition.
We looked after Ezzy the cat for Rob and Joy, this being the first time they have used this site. Ezzy was a pleasure and easy to look after, with her relaxed attitude combined with a loving personality cuddles and fuss were gratefully received by her to the point where her purs where very distinct and a loving nibble of your hand was her way of passing back the affection. (No bite marks or blood from this show of affection, first time from a cat though as only previously had dogs do this to show affection). Joy and Rob are a lovely and friendly couple, they were obviously nervous when we first met as it was their first sit using this site, hopefully we a laid their concerns and the way forward is less concerning. Their home is lovely and on a quiet estate, but has easy travel links to Shrewsbury centre, numerous visitor attraction and a wealth of walks and picturesque towns and villages. I would thoroughly recommend this sit, you will not be disappointed.
Rachelle and EA have created a stunning living space artistically designed and with breathtaking views. Our accommodations were beyond comfortable and Rachelle was tuned into our being happy during our sit. But the best part were really their lovely and lively circus of the sweetest and most entertaining animals. First, the elder Boris is sagacious and loving while the younger ones entertain with their unique personalities. Theo is highly athletic, with some sweet antics that are sure to make you smile. Calvin is always up to something evident by the constant twitching of his tail, yet loves to be picked up and carried. Marcel is Mr. Mellow and loves to make biscuits on your lap. If you are an outdoor enthusiast there is something for every season in a stunningly beautiful setting.Without reservation, we highly recommend this sit.
