Rosetta
This was an amazing sit for a variety of reasons . To be met by the host with a cheerful “”hello young Lady “‘when you clearly are NOT must be a super start !. And In a sImIlar veIn , the lightheartedness continued , as Rosetta is a loving , vivacious woman whom I could feel just adored her doggies . Actually Gary did too, !! HE just had a different way of showing it !!!! Ie instructing me how to encourage the elderly setters to go out in the evening and persuading them in a voice suited for light opera that they really did want to go out !
I joke . Rosetta clearly described the medications for her Woofahs . Yes ! It DID take some mathematics and planning , but the love and adoration of five beautiful doggies more than compensated . And the contInual reassurIng pattern of fIve waggIng taIls agaInst floor or cupboard lIke dIggy metronomes . Unparalled musIc !

I do not do sits to run around the countryside . The animals are my priority ,so it was no hardship to oversee pee pees and general toilet .
Especially when you are in a charming beamed 16 century cottage adjacent to Hunstanton Hall , surrounded by a moat . Yes! A MOAT . The growing light of day , the calm of sunset over the Norfolk coast , the chatter of exquIsItely ducks unknown to me and bedtime embraced by pitch dark starlit skies with a furry friend POGLE , who has to be experienced to be believed !! IrIsh Setters who put their paws on my heart and two other faithful life affirming Spaniels . Oh how I loved them !!!
And bless you both , for being so complimentary and gracious regarding the very rustic macaroni cheese and apple crumble . It’s people like you that help Trusted Housesitters achieve their record and encourage happiness .
With very much love and smiles ,

We loved our stay so much! Petter is a sweet cat, he knows exactly what he wants, he has his own entrance and likes to feel free. You will not have any problem with him. And he makes very loud "purr sound" when you cuddle him. We miss him already! Emma's place is super-cosy, you will not feel bored any time, even if it rains outside! The place is in a good location, close to Oslo and easy accessible by public transport. There are many nature trails around, it is close to Hoyd and Lomb alpine park and Sno Oslo. Emma and Patrick are exceptional kind and reliable people. They have two lovely kids Thilde and Theodor. We wish we could meet them again. If you are indecisive about visiting Norway, we definitely recommend you meet this family and their cat Petter to have unforgettable memories.

Laura
I had the most wonderful time staying in John and Laura’s home, which was an incredible peaceful and welcoming retreat into the natural beauty of the Hudson Valley, complete with a secluded stream tucked away within the property, providing a meditative and rejuvenating place of rest during my time there! The home is light filled, plant filled, warm and inviting, with clear energy and all the necessities needed for a comfortable stay. The pups are friendly and delightful, greeting me with enthusiasm from the first moment we met! No need to warm up to strangers, they are all love at first sight :) Also I enjoyed caring for their new addition to the family, a little blue betta fish who lives in the main living room, providing vibrant and colorful company when curling up with a book. I would highly recommend this house sit and thank you again to John and Laura for welcoming me into your beautiful home :)

Debbie
Molly is a super easy and affectionate sheepadoodle. She likes to cuddle and sniff stuff when going on a walk. She gets along with most of the neighbors dogs. She would ask for scratches and look at you with those big innocent eyes. The owner Debbie communicates very well. She had all the instructions written so you can always find them whenever you need. And you can reach her easily and smoothly. The house is quite nice and it was spotless when I first got there. The location has a nearby lake and crown lands within walking distance. All in all, it’s a great experience knowing Molly and her folks. Thank you for your trust and God bless!

Kirsteen
Clive and Kirsteen’s lovely home in Monmouth was a real blessing to us. The outlook over the river and beyond was amazing. It was so peaceful that we didn’t want to venture away for too long! We were welcomed with open arms and made to feel at home immediately. It didn’t take long before Hattie and Bean found a place in our hearts. They were really the easiest of house mates and kept us entertained over our 6 days there. We had access to lovely walks right on our doorstep. It was so lovely to watch Bean running safely off lead when there were no sheep around and dear old Hattie took advantage of every opportunity to come along.
Thank you Clive and Kirsteen for giving us the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful part of Wales.
