Had an excellent sit at Jacky's in Windsor over Christmas. Jacky went out of her way to make sure I was welcomed and even decorated the house for Christmas - beautifully too! Her home is lovely and warm and has everything you need. Nothing is too challenging for Jacky, even to the point whereby the TV stopped working and she sent another one within days to make sure we were catered for over the Christmas holiday. The 5 little doggies are adorable and fun. Points to consider are: 1. They will want to sleep with you on the bed - which is fine just make sure they all have a place ;-) 2. There may be some toilet breaks taken indoors but they were great at going out when we all got used to each other's routine. 3. They are very easy to look after, like a snuggle and will make you laugh many a time. Each of them has a very unique personality which is a treat getting to know. Windsor is literally 5 minutes up the road with plenty to see and do. The castle, Frogmoor and The Long Walk are all within easy reach. There is also a nice parade of shops close by making your life even easier. Jacky is super easy to get on with, helpful, and great at communicating if you have any questions. Would happily return if my dates were to match. Thanks once again Jacky!
Rebecca and Ian invited us for dinner in their very comfortable and clean apartment the evening before they left on their one week trip. It was a pleasure to get to know them and very important Louie their cat. They explained everything in detail to us. The communication with them was always clear and straighth forward. Louie is a playful young cat who loves its cuddles. We loved to spent a certain time with him during the day and he loves people. The apartment is situated approx. 20 minutes on foot away from the center of Lausanne. The public transportation is as everywhere perfect in Switzerland. Lausanne is a very colorful and interesting city. We highly recommend to stay with Louie in Lausanne.
Johan was a warm and wonderful host and made us feel at home from the very beginning. He even picked us up at the terminal and greeted us with a delicious home cooked dinner. He spent a lot of time showing us everything related to Hektor's routines and the house, the places where we could shop, and so on. Hektor has a unique and special personality. He is very intelligent and knows how to use his sweetness to his advantage. He is also very companionable, but without constantly invading you. Walking him is very easy and enjoyable, and he has a number of friends in the neighbourhood. Johan's home is in a privileged location. Waking up every day surrounded by mountains was spectacular. He left us many places to visit, and we discovered many others. We certainly had an excellent experience, and we hope to see Johan and Hektor again very soon!
We had the most amazing time! Chocho is an INCREDIBLY special cat - SO smart and SO cuddly. Adorable little flat in a wonderful picturesque little town. We had the best time!! Thank you so much, Courtney!!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our short house sit for Claire with her fur babies, Tilly, Flora and Esme. Claire made us feel very welcome the moment we arrived. Claire provided clear instructions on the pets and the house and gave us a house tour before her departure. Tilly being an older dog did fret a wee bit on the first night, but the following day her and the cats were very happy to have us in their lives. We enjoyed being the first guest's in her new Air bnb which is attached to her home, with lovely views over her pool. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt very safe. We took advantage of the walking and biking tracks on Claire's doorstep. A small supermarket and local restaurants are walkable but to get into Javea you do require a vehicle. We definitely felt we arrived as strangers but left as good friends.

They were all perfectly behaved and a pleasure to look after. As an extra, we loved your house and the local area, which was an added bonus. Thanks for having us, we would happily sit for you again.
