Grady & Faryn have a gorgeous home and two amazing pets! I had such a lovely time sitting there and caring for Stella & Una. Stella is a really sweet and energetic pup, loves to go for walks around the neighborhood (& hunt for lizards!), play with her toys, hang in the backyard and chill with you on the couch. Una loves to eat and sleep, and if she comes and plops herself on your chest at night, it's the coolest feeling ever! Their home is really cool with a great old-school design, spacious and a big backyard to hang out and chill in. They were super easy to communicate with, and very accommodating in every way. They also left me with a very generous gift which was super unexpected and so much appreciated. Thank you Grady, Faryn, Stella & Una! I highly recommend this home to all top-quality housesitters!
Dawn and Michel at Rowley Drive. Looking after Clover in Dawn and Michael’s beautiful home just outside Guildford was a real treat. Dawn and Micheal hosted a delightful welcome luncheon prior to their departure alongside a rundown of the property, security, chickens and Clover the cat. Our ward, a calico cat named Clover was in the main self reliant and assured. She enjoyed human company but only on her terms. She would grace us with her company at meal times and for the occasional chat and stroke. The five chickens were fun to observe. The coup was on an automatic light censor open and lockup within a double parameter fencing securing the hens. Bus stops were at the end of the Drive with buses running both North directions to Guildford and east towards Horsham on a regular basis. Cranleigh, the small town was just 5 mins by car offering M&S co-op and Sainsbury supermarkets with a weekly street market. The high street has restaurants coffee shops bakery a great family butcher and fish monger and other lively shops and services. A really great sit in a lovely part of Surrey. Recommended.
Such lovely people and a beautiful home! Absolutely loved housesitting for Simon, it was a pleasure and I definitely felt at home ☺️
