Our kitty loved Stephanie. Stephanie took such good care of her and they really bonded. She also took good care of our home, leaving it very clean and orderly. There was a plumbing issue at the end of her stay and she alerted me right away so I could arrange a service call. She was gracious about the plumbing problem despite the inconvenience she experienced. Would love to have her stay again!

Our super playful and energetic Goldie, Sonny, has been attending Kip Hindmarsh weekly for the past year, and he absolutely loves it! One of the highlights of our week is receiving the photo and video updates—seeing him happily playing with the other Goldens and all the other friends he's made along the way is such a joy. Sonny's a high-energy guy, and the team at Kip Hindmarsh has been outstanding at meeting him at his level, supporting his social development, and encouraging his group play skills. We can't speak highly enough of the service they provide, and we're confident Sonny will be a regular at Kip Hindmarsh for many years to come!
Kip West Hindmarsh is a fantastic doggy day care. Our Otto attends a couple times a week and just loves it. The staff take extra good care of him and he always comes home a very tired but happy puppy!

Always a good experience at KIP. The staff are amazing and look after Taggart as if he were their own. We add in a bath regularly and it is always a pleasure to pick him up smelling better than when he left. One tired puppy on pick up. He loves it!!

If you love your dog you should send them to Kip Hindmarsh! It’s Barry’s favourite place in the world, we know this because he told us…😉 the girls are so incredible, they truely adore all the dogs that come through. Barry has come to Kip once a week for the past year and he loves coming to see his best friend, Cosmo AND the girls who give him lots of cuddles. Upon our request they threw him his first birthday party which included a doggy friendly birthday cake! I couldn’t give a higher recommendation, we are so happy we found an environment our dog loves and has a blast in!
Iggy always has the best time at Kip, she loves the girls (staff) and she loves running around and being chased by all her friends, the staff have always been super accommodating and always so happy to see Iggy, couldn’t recommend a doggy daycare more highly.
Every paw parent needs a Kip West Hindmarsh in their life! By far the best doggy care out there. Koda has been going since she was just a pup and still loves it 2 years on! She now knows what “kip” means and gets excited to hangout with her friends every week. The staff at Kip go above and beyond to make sure that Koda has the best experience, as they do for every dog that enters their doors! We love the ‘pet portal updates’ and seeing the dogs dressed up for different events throughout the year. Such a fun environment for your dog! Highly recommend :)
Kip day care is really amazing. Staff are wonderful. It certainly tires out energetic Springer out. She loves every minute there. Definitely worth the money
Our greyhound Heidi has been going to Kip at West Hindmarsh since June last year. We took her there because she suffers from separation anxiety and we cant leave her home for more than two hours. She and 'us' were a bit nervous to start with, but we need not have worried as she has an absolute ball and kip staff know exactly what they are doing! We love seeing the photos and videos they send by email each day to see what a great time she's having with all the other doggos. She usually goes to Kip twice a week and comes home happily exhausted. Thanks so much to the lovely staff for your love and care for all our doggos ❤️
Wonderful place our puppy did the 5week puppy program and now goes once or twice a week. Staff are awesome and our puppy just loves going she gets very excited. Britt. (pack leader) loves all of her charges. Regular updates with pics and videos. Food and Grooming are available too. you couldn't ask for more. Thankyou Team From us and of course Cookie.
An incredibly friendly and welcoming place for dogs and their humans, with the team here making every effort to make new comers and regulars feel welcomed and supported. My dog loves coming here and I know she’s amazingly well looked after when she spends the day!
I AM A VERY FUSSY DOG-MOTHER❣️ And Dogcity Daycare does not disappoint. My little girl (Frankie) started at Thebarton in the Puppy Program at 12 weeks. She is now 11 months and has been going to DcDc 2 days per week since. The team have been beyond amazing! They even take care of her grooming needs. Because of their genuine care and commitment Frankie has developed beautifully. She is confident, sassy and very well socialised with other pups and people. I cannot praise the team enough and would give more than 5 stars if I could 🙏🤗
They've been excellent, have been recommending them to anyone I talk to at the dog park. The first Pawgress Report was great/hilarious and regular photos of Bob enjoying his day (while I'm stuck at work) are nice to receive. They genuinely know the dogs. They dont push every addirional product and service down your throat like the previous providers owner did which is refreshing.
Took our beagle puppy there and he had an amazing time. Was super tired by the end of the day and so our evening was very quiet after dogcity daycare. The staff sent us lots of photos and updates of him throughout the day so it was reassuring to be able to see what he was up to. It is a great way for our puppy to socialise with other dogs in a safe environment and gave us peace of mind that he's not bored or anxious at home on his own.
Staff are super friendly and amazing with the dogs. Their opening and closing times are fantastic too. Great location especially if you work in the city.

Excellent service! Friendly, reliable & very helpful. We have used Tracy’s Pet Caring Service several times now over the last few years. We have 4 cats, budgies & finches. On each occasion, all were cared for impeccably. The cats even made friends with the carer which is most unusual for them. Daily text messages & photos really helped in terms of allowing us to relax while away. Highly recommended! ⭐️🌟
Tracy’s Pet Services is by far the best pet sitting service I’ve ever used. Janne has been absolutely wonderful with my two cats. Her attention to detail when booking absolutely blew me away. She truly cares about your pets. I felt 100% confident leaving my pets in her loving capable hands while I’ve been away in both Japan and Vanuatu over the last year. Our dog Molly has had a wonderful stay with Tanya! Tanya and her husband love dogs and it really shows with the care provided for the pets they look after. I stumbled on Tracy's Pet Services after a couple of years of relying on random people from the internet to watch my cat Ruby. I couldn't be more happy with their services, as they are very reliable and professional. I can now happily plan long(ish) trips away without being too anxious about leaving my very social cat alone. They also take great care of our house and I feel very comfortable leaving things in their hands. Tracy has the best pet services. Through Tracy we found Tanya. Or Aunty Tanya. while other pet services would not take my Luna as she was shy and had anxieties I found Tanya, who is amazing with my dog, both Tracy and Tanya took the time to allow luna to get to know her surrounds and were patient with her. We made a plan gradually being her in, 1 hr then 24 hrs preparing luna for the week or 2 week holidays. Luna settled in very well. I have now used Tracy’s pet services and Tanya numerous time. I cannot fault them. Always kind patient and loving, Tanya treats luna as part of the family, when we go on holiday luna has her holidays as well. . We get daily reports and pictures of luna while we are away. Cannot fault them! We will continue to use them. :)
My cat Angie is so much better now that Grace is caring for her at home. It gives me the freedom to travel without the stress of having an anxious cat for weeks afterwards. Tracey’s Pet Services are reliable and professional and prices are comparable with local catteries, and I get a house sitter as well. They take good care of my home, check mail, water my plants as well as play with Angie. An amazing service!!
So happy with Tracy’s Pet Services, our carer Grace has been fantastic with my cat Macy who is quite timid and requires daily medication. Our holidays are so much more enjoyable knowing I don’t have to worry about Macy and that she can stay at home and receive daily visits and quality care from her new friend, Grace.
It is evident that Kylie really cares and goes the extra mile for your pets. She really treats them like they were her own. I have really sensitive cats who find strangers threating however they bonded with Kylie straight away. Kylie sends updates and photos each day and makes helpful suggestions as an added touch. Would highly recommend.
While living in Brooklyn Park Kylie would check in on my cat, Charlie, whenever I was away. My cat doesn’t usually like strangers but after a few visits she started to really love Kylie. Kylie would not only give Charlie her food, fresh water, and change her kitty litter, but she would stay and spend some time with her. After each visit Kylie would send a detailed update with lots of photos and videos. I have since moved away from the area and have really struggled to find anyone that even comes close to the level of care that Kylie had. Kylie is the best pet sitter you will find!
I can not sing Kylie at West Adelaide Pet sitters praise highly enough! She is absolutely fantastic, so professional and caring. As it was getting colder I didn't want to have to put our puppies in boarding, theyre used of coming in & out as they please - I wanted to find someone to come to our place, look after the puppies, cats, cover the bird and let them know they are still loved - and particularly needed to find someone who was able to give our 9yo Diabetic Groodle her insulin injection morning & night. After much research I came across West Adelaide Pet Sitters, after the initial contact with Kylie we organized a time for her to come meet the family and learn what was required, Kylie was so professional, she took so many notes so as she was aware of everything that was needed of her. Bruce, our rather boisterous Red Kelpie X Husky, who can be quite daunting on meeting - was eating out of Kylies hand within minutes - which does not happen often! After each of Kylies visits she sends messages and photos of what happened, what they where doing, had done - fantastic. Kylie can (and will be in the future ) look after Our Family any day - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kylie and WEST ADELAIDE PET SITTERS.
Kylie is absolutely fantastic! I can't recommend her and her fantastic service enough. Not only did she take great care of my sweet cat while we were away (giving medication, cuddles and sending daily pics & updates), she offered to look after her for the day while we moved house (she's not only great with pets but a lifesaver too!). She is an absolute gem and definitely recommend her services.
I can't speak highly enough of Kylie and the absolutely wonderful care of my cats Shadow and Jag. Kylie started looking after my cats early 2017 after Shadow hadn't been well staying at a local cattery. Not the cattery's fault at all as Shadow had a cat flu virus that decided to kick into high gear while I was away overseas. It was that incident that prompted me into having another go at trying to find someone to look after my cats in their home environment. After a discussion with the cat's vet and a few follow up emails, I found West Adelaide Pet Sitters aka Kylie. The first booking didn't quite go as planned as Jag ended up cutting her foot and had to be taken to the vet but Kylie was absolutely wonderful getting here there and then looking after her post the visit. My partner went from grumbling about giving someone access to our house to saying he wanted Kylie to look after our two cats from then on. So from there Shadow and Jag had multiple visits from their "personal concierge" service as I started calling it. Unfortunately, Shadow passed away in July and I really appreciated Kylie's care of him right up to when I had to make the difficult decision that it was time for him to rest easy. After that, her care of dealing with Jag who had suddenly become a solo cat for the first time in her 10 years of living was great. Thank you again Kylie for all your wonderful care and I can't recommend West Adelaide Pet Sitters enough.

Kaden was amazing 🤩 We trusted his professionalism from the start and felt so at ease while he was with our puppy 🐶 Sunset went on beach walks & cafe trips & was so happy. His knowledge and intuition of puppies is amazing and communication with us so clear. He even went above & beyond to keep us updated on our ‘elf on the shelf’ movements in the lead up to Xmas.
All of our animals love Kaden which puts us at ease every time we travel. He has great communication, goes out of his way to accommodate our high maintenance doggo and takes perfect care of our home when we're away. We love recieving daily pics and videos of our pets too ☺️ I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting a pet sitter for their animals 🐕
Harvey has been attending Dogwise Daycare for 2 years and has also boarded twice. Harvey loves his weekly visits and gets so excited when he knows he is going. Daniel is very experienced and Harvey is always very well looked after. He has learned so much including manners and social skills with other dogs. I receive photos during the day and get a report card at the end of each session to let me know how his day was. I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone.
My dogs Odin and Zeus are having the best days ever at Dogwise Daycare. They love being social and it melts my heart they get to spend such quality time with other dogs. They come home so happy (and tired lol). I especially love the feedback verbally and the cute report cards, the wonderful photos through the day, and that I am able to ask and book in additional training with Daniel for things my dogs need help developing. It really has given me more confidence in understanding my dogs (and they have become more confident and relaxed too), and daycare will definitely be a permanent routine for us now.
My pup had a wonderful experience at Dogwise Daycare boarding. They kept me updated, sending photos every second day. Oliver started at Dogwise just so i could get him socialised at a young age, and it was the best choice we made. Oliver is now 6 months old and he loves going to see Daniel and his dog friends . We had great experience with DOGWISE. They gave us photo and video updates on how Goldie was doing everyday - in many photos, we saw our dog playing with other dogs, being happy and active! We also heard a lot of feedbacks on our dog’s personalities and traits that would help us raising our dog. They also bathed our dog and groomed him well so that he did not need to have a shower before getting inside the house! The staff were very easy and quick to be in contact with, the facility was very clean and well air- conditioned during summer time! I was feeling very confident that my dog would be always be well- looked after with expert staff! Thanks, DOGWISE!
Teddy is 11 months old and absolutely loves coming to Dogwise daycare. He is entertained and cared for and makes new friends to help grow his social skills. Daniel and his team are wonderful and highly skilled in dog behaviour. It’s always a pleasure walking in and both Teddy and I are made to feel very welcome each time. The premises are clean and spacious and parking is on site making the whole process easy and pleasant. Highly recommend!
We've taken our rescue greyhound, Zippy, to Dogwise Daycare twice now and will be back! Daniel has a genuine passion for dogs and Zippy was comfortable with him within minutes... Then of course she didn't leave his side :) We love the photo updates and end of day report card! My little guy has terrible separation anxiety and this was his first time on a night away without anyone he was familiar with. Daniel was fantastic with him, have a photo update. When I picked my dog back up, he wasn't panicked or in a rush and was completely comfortable with Daniel. I'll definitely be back and would recommend them to others for sure.
