Robert and Heather were our second sitters and it has been another success story. All of our pets (dogs, chickens and fish) and our home have been well cared for in our absence. Sandy and Mallory (golden retrievers) can be a bit of a handful because they're big, strong, young boys, especially when it is wet and muddy outside! We needn't have worried because they have obviously had a great time without us. We would be very happy to recommend Robert and Heather and to have them back again in the future. We even returned to a home made curry - a lovely surprise after a 30 hour journey home!
Lily was an excellent pet and house sitter! I'm going to start with the fact that she really really stepped into the breach for me. When she applied the cats were super easy, no meds, no real concerns. One week before the start of the sit.... that changed. Now both cats were on meds and that included sub-cutaneous fluids that involved needles. Daily needles and twice daily for the meds. Not what she had signed up for at all. But she showed up to get a review of what was needed and how to go about doing so and filled the gap. I felt so relieved that she was willing to do this and with so little notification. She also kept in touch very frequently, as often as I had requested and responded in a swift fashion to any of the messages I sent. I cam home to a spotless house and have no concerns there. For the interview etc Lily had many relevant questions. If Lily ever applies for my sits again I will just approve her and be done with it. I would absolutely recommend Lily for a pet or house sitter and would have her back at anytime. Thank you Lily.
