We really enjoyed our sit at Rose Cottage looking after the adorable and very well behaved Megan and Tommy. They were full of character but also relaxed and an absolute pleasure to be with. We loved walking them in the wonderful Woodside Park where they both enjoyed meeting other dogs and runs off the lead. Prue’s home is cosy, with every comfort and a charming garden full of roses which we really made the most of in the wonderful weather. Contact was good before and during our sit. We would be very happy to return. Thank you Prue for choosing us.
Wilf & Tom were an absolute dream to look after, very low maintenance, snuggly boys that just wanted to chill with you while you went about your day. Theresa and her family made us feel completely at home in their house, had great communication while they were away and we’d recommend them to any future sitters!
Donna and Ron were so welcoming and helpful. The instructions were clear and the house was comfortable and well located for access to town and outdoor activities. I loved spending time with Bella and Blue. They were easy to care for and quick to warm to having me in the house. Blue in particular took a liking to me and was eager for pets or time on my lap whenever I was home. Bella was less clingy but came for pets a few times a day or to show me that she wanted to be let out.. I’d happily care for these cuties again :)
We had a fantastic time with Peggy, Athena, and Aristurtle. Aristurtle was very easy to care for and would try to swim towards us. Athena and Peggy loved to play fetch inside the apartment and go on their walks. They are happy/healthy dogs and they gave us the warmest welcome whenever we returned back to the apartment. They also loved to cuddle with you on the couch and gave us a lot of affection. Peggy was a bit nervous around my husband the 1st day, but they became buddies after that. She is also a bit nervous when getting her harness on to ride the elevator, but other than that, she loves the outdoors. Emma is a total sweetheart and communicates well. We appreciate the effort she put forth to have the apartment ready for us. The only minus about the apartment was the smell of urine on the carpet. This is to be expected when raising dogs so the only recommendation I have is to steam clean if the apartment complex will allow for that. Note to future sitters: At times, one of the elevator doors will open and close suddenly so please be careful so that the doors do not close on the dogs. We noticed this, and therefore kept the dogs away from the door until we knew it was fully open.
We enjoyed a really relaxing sit with Kasper at Louise & Richard’s. Communication with Louise was easy, both before and during the visit, and instructions for care of Kasper and the house were clear and straightforward. Kasper’s affectionate but not demanding, a chilled and very gentle but strong dog. We enjoyed hours of local walks (some very muddy at times!) with Kasper who was perfectly happy on his extending lead as long as he had plenty of time to stop and sniff along the way. Louise and Richard’s house and garden are beautiful, with everything you could wish for. We particularly enjoyed a couple of sunny hours in the garden watching Kasper chase bees, and cosy evenings sharing the sofa with him too. Thanks for a lovely long weekend, we’d thoroughly recommend this sit and would happily return.
Valentina, Nina, and Ruttley were such a delight to experience! Even though the bunch includes two dogs and one cat, they are all comfortable around each other. Nina (cat) loves to feel included with any activities for Ruttley and Valentina, so whenever I gave the doggos their morning supplements, I would also give Nina some of her kibble as well. Jacob and Max left clear instructions as well as constant support during the sit. I truly felt like they wanted me to feel at home. Honestly, the pets made me feel welcome in the cozy and well-organized rowhouse too! I especially enjoyed the back patio with all the fur babies. As for the neighborhood, it is quaint and Ruttley and Valentina love to take slow-paced walks around the area. For groceries I had a good experience with Giant Food pickup. Their house is well-located so there are buses whizzing by ready to take you to your tourist destinations. This was an enjoyable and relaxing sit that I'm sure will satisfy your expectations too!

We have been using Mike as our dog walker. He is the best!! He is great with our 2 dogs. They absolutely love him!! He gives me daily updates on how they did on their walks. We also have a few cats and one had surgery and when Mike came to walk our dogs he would also give a little extra love to him and also let me know how he was doing when he was there. Fetch is awesome!! I would recommend them to anyone.

I have used Fetch in Boise, Idaho and Burbank, California and was very impressed with the quality of the pet sitters in each city. Then I used Fetch in Ridgewood and was not disappointed! The pet sitters were easy to work with but, most of all, they treated my dog like their own. Fetch really is the best. We've used them for almost 2 years now and I'm so glad that our neighbor recommended them to us. They are always there when we need them, even when it has been last minute. I'm always amazed at how quickly they respond to emails and texts when I need a last minute walk or visit. Our primary sitter is amazing with our dog and on the very rare occasion when she is not available they have a backup team (who our dog got to know in advance) that is equally fantastic. Can't say enough nice things and I honestly don't know what we'd do without them.

Dealing with Janice at Fetch and Debbie our sitter/walker that was assigned to us was one of the more enjoyable encounters we've had with outside contractors. And when it comes to leaving your dog's care in the hands of others, its not always the best experience. Dealing with Fetch was the exception, they were Super Great!

The BEST of the BEST. Kathy and I met over 10 years ago when she had the Ramsey location. My Old English Bulldog, Hank, was in desperate need of training (of ALL kinds) The word stubborn was an understatement and I was starting to be fearful that this dog was going to be the biggest problem child I ever had. He chewed holes in the walls of my condo, shredded countless pairs of Haviana sandals and at least 5 of his own beds. Between the 1:1's, play care, and group training, Hank became the poster child in our family. He was incredibly obedient, loving, playful and I never had to worry about him destroying household items again. Fast forward 2020, I got my 2nd baby, Eleanor Taylor, the pig. Hank needed a friend and pigs are lower maintenance and make great companions to dogs (not to mention very adaptable). 6 months in I realized we needed help; Eleanor needed more than what we were doing. I reached out to Kathy to learn she was now in Waldwick and welcomed the idea of training a pig! The school is much bigger than Ramsey and always exhibits cleanliness and organization. Kathy and her team are really a breath of fresh air and for the last 2.5 years, we have been going to Saturday class with Eleanor. She trains alongside some of the best dogs and kindest owners I have ever met and let me say; she leaves class EXHAUSTED and goes home to nap right away (WINNING!) It feels so family oriented when you're there and I couldn't imagine training with anyone else; she's literally top dog in the business :)
My Dobe and I love Kathy Santo. We go often for daycare and to keep on top of training. It’s convenient to have training done while he’s at daycare. All the trainers and staff are very approachable and listen to your concerns and are eager to offer suggestions and tips. I trust them completely. My Dobe is my baby so it’s very important to know he’s in good and caring hands when I’m away. Besides the daycare & boarding they offer a multitude of classes and workshops as well as grooming. Kathy Santo is the complete package if you want a well-behaved, happy & friendly furry dog!
I can't tell you enough how wonderful this establishment is. The people are caring and very well trained. I initially went there to look for boarding and Doggie Daycare. I am now a believer and would shout from the rooftops to encourage my friends with puppies and dogs to experience Kathy's training. I used an at-home trainer, and my dog learned how to sit, lie down, and give paw. After a few weeks, he was back to pulling on the leash and basically stop responding to commands. After 1 day of play care with fast track, my dog responded to all commands. At 1st, I thought Kathy's program was a bit of overkill, but she is the best trainer we have had, and we are on dog number 8. Love this place, I would leave my son there if they could train him as well! We love their special events as well.
THANK YOU for all you do for my handsome crazy boy. I have to say, you guys probably don't get thanked enough. Im sure the job has its perks and is rewarding, but I can also see how exhausting it can be since you have to be "on and alert" all the time. I hear you guys on the mics all the time when you enter with a dog, how careful you guys are in the lot, how well you know the dogs and who can handle some dogs that aren't quite there yet (like my boy Max). You guys are so cautious, on time, patient and kind.. I really am SO happy I called when I had no idea what to do with Max.. We LOVE Kris and all he has done and is doing for Max, but as a team, you guys truly are amazing. Thank you for everything. We appreciate it more than you will ever know.
Where do I start! I spent 8 months after getting my rescue trying to research the benefits and find an educated Service Dog trainer who would believe me and understand what I was asking of them. Being that Nala was already past 1 yrs old, a Pitbull, and before me an adoption fail; no one believed in me and my struggles. Along with that I don't have any proper "proof" of diagnosis due to my disabilities and experience with the medical field and KSDT's program doesn't require that like other programs do! Nala picked up on my disabilities naturally and I wanted to take it further. I spent 5 hours one night researching trainers in my area within an hour or two from where we lived after a local "Service Dog Trainer" made me cry which made me start the hunt all over again for a new trainer. Almost giving up, the last link to look into was KSDT's site and Service Dog Program. I filled out the registration form whilst crying for hope and Tori called me THE NEXT MORNING!!! From there we did a meet and greet with a temperament test and consultation the following week!!!! Now, 6 months later and just about to graduate, we are the perfect team. Tori (Service Dog Program Trainer and handler herself) and everyone at KSDT have blown me away. The facility is clean, organized, on top of EVERYTHING and ANYTHING you tell them, they care, they are all very educated, they never look unhappy and greet you with respect and smiles 100% of the time, everyone at KSDT absolutely LOVES their job, and they have sooooo many fun workshops and classes to take! Nala loves her besties and doesn't even look back when I drop her off. When I pick her up she's wiggling away and literally tells me about her day the entire ride home (yes! I commute an hour both ways twice a week for these amazing peeps!). One day I'll find out who her secret puppy boyfriend is! She has grown into a very young and mature Service Dog and my dreams of going to Disney world will be coming true soon. Not only did Nala spark my new career path but so has everyone at KSDT and I'm officially pursuing my career of becoming a dog trainer and in hopes of specifically focused on Service Dogs. Huge thank you to Tori for now being my overall, most understanding best friend and never being the trainer who made me cry! As well as the dog walkers, fast track trainers, and play care teams for keeping up with my craziness and most importantly my Nala Bean. They are a little over a year old and when I got them they were very scared and ferrel but are turning into such well behaved and lovable princes. It's actual quite magical! Dog trainers Stacy is absolutely a mazing. We take our 9 year old German shepherd to the adoptive rehabilitation classes. She she taught him how to behave in front of other dogs.She Instructs you on how to use an E collar properly.She teaches us a lot about how to read our dog to know when he is going to react. I wish I knew about this training center when my dog was a puppy.. I wholeheartedly recommend this training center
A really wonderful company that provides meaningful service and care to our beloved dogs whenever we have to leave them for a few hours and they need a potty break and hugs until we get back home. Alissa has been our sitter and she is absolutely the best! Our dogs love her and she is like a trusted family member to us. Have had a good experience here , the groomers appear friendly and my dog always seems happy when she comes out. We always discuss the look prior to getting her haircut. Only taking 1 star off because my poodle was not really given the haircut agreed upon prior to the groom. Usually they’re pretty good, but this time around, they trimmed all the hair off the ears. Just hope next time they let me know if the decision was made because she was too matted or needed the trim. I also don’t like that they don’t brush their teeth. Overall good experience with these groomers and seem like they care to treat the dogs well.
Madison Dog Resort is amazing! The staff is so caring, and the facility is spotless and thoughtfully designed. Our French Bulldog loves it here and always comes home happy. We especially appreciate the updates and photos they send. Highly recommend for top-notch pet care!
Picked up my dog from this place and he was dirty and had a mark on his face didn’t think much of it until after we washed him we noticed he had a bite mark on his face that looked like they had cleaned up well. After bringing the dog to the vet it turned out to be a dog bite and the spa never said anything about it but definitely knew about it . Needless to say I won’t be using there facility . again after barely being able to stand how bad the smell is inside and not disclosing my dog was injured and felt like they were waiting for us to notice if we saw the bite but it didn’t start to show until we cleaned him .
My dog loves going to the Madison (or the "bark bark" as he knows it). Whenever I mention that we're going to the bark bark, he gets so excited and is ready to bolt out the door. I know he plays hard and has a great time because he takes a big nap on the ride home. The humans at the Madison are great, too! They also do grooming, which is so convenient and my little guy gets to have some playtime before he gets his haircut. Definitely recommend!
We absolutely LOVE the Madison! We board our Boxer puppy here when we go away. The owner Ryan went above and beyond for us ..being the first time we were so nervous to leave her. Highly highly recommend the Madison for your pup! Great experience overall!
I am so thrilled to have found the Madison for my dog, Bowie! This was my first time boarding him since rescuing him last year, and I was more nervous than he was! When I picked him up, he was clean from his bath, well cared for, and had an absolute blast playing with his new doggie friends! I can’t recommend this enough for any dog owner. Thank you Madison Dog Resort & Spa for taking such amazing care of my boy. We will absolutely be back!
I love the Madison - it has been a Godsend when my dog is full of energy and I don't have time for a long walk, or if I am out for the day - so much nicer for them to be with other dogs and people. They supervise the dogs and give helpful feedback. It is clean and the people who work there are consistently friendly and not a lot of turnover so they are familiar faces and really get to know your dog. Kelly and the grooming staff are also really great - one of my dogs is really difficult to handle for baths but Kelly is always able to do it and never complains about her! Victor who runs The Madison is a really great person - cares very much about the business!

The facility is clean and the staff is always taking such great care of the dogs. My dog gets so excited when we turn the corner heading to doggie daycare at the Madison! They have become like family!

We had a great experience with sending our dog to The Madison in Hawthorne. The staff took great care of him! There is always someone with the dogs and make sure they are playing appropriately. They offer grooming which we took advantage of a few times. We mainly used it for care while both my husband and I were at work. One thing to note is that our dog had issues with his paws getting worn down on the floors causing us to not be able to bring him there as often as we would have liked. Overall I would highly suggest using The Madison for your needs.
Amazing experience here for our first time boarding our 7 month old puppy The facility was very clean which is something I did not experience at other places I toured The staff is very friendly helpful and energetic . They obviously care about the well being and safety of your pet and all the others as they are very thorough in the pre screening process before you board there. They go above and beyond they sent us a picture of Daisy everyday with an update on how’s she was doing I have never used a daycare with any of my previous dogs, however after boarding her there we are going to have her start doing some day care days there every month, the experience was great for her socialization with both other people and other dogs
Tanner's lives up to the name Canine Resort! I would never take my dog anywhere else. The grounds and Boarding Suites are spotless. The staff is loving and attentive to each dog's needs. They do a wonderful job of communicating with me. I have recommended Tanner's to quite a few people with excellent results.
Tanner’s is my dog’s 2nd home!!! We absolutely love this place!!!! The people here really love and care about all of the dogs and they are trained to work with dogs, unlike many other day care centers for dogs. Tanner’s has a big open yard for the dogs to run and play. They also have separate areas in the yard so that they can separate the dogs by size, temperament, and energy level. I like the fact that I can see the yard when I drop him off and I can see how much fun the dogs are all having! In the summer they have little doggie pools and sprinklers for them, and when it rains they have a spacious garage for the dogs to play in. As much as possible, though, the dogs are OUTSIDE, which I am so grateful for. I was not planning to have to go back to work full time a year after getting our puppy, but thanks to Tanners, my dog gets a lot of stimulation, socialization, and exercise while his family is at work/school. I am SO grateful!! We have also used Tanner’s for boarding when we had to go away for a week in the Spring. Since my dog was already used to Tanner’s for day care, I felt SO comfortable leaving him there as I knew he would be well cared-for and he would have fun. I cannot recommend Tanner’s highly enough!! Do not look anywhere else for daycare or boarding for your precious pup!
Shiloh has been going to Tanner’s for daycare, training and boarding since 2020 — and she still gets SUPER excited every time we arrive! Tanner’s is her “home away from home.” Recently, Shiloh boarded for 11 nights while we were away — and, although we missed her terribly, we had peace of mind the entire time knowing she was receiving the best care and having fun each day with her dog friends and people friends. What sets Tanner’s apart from others? Quite simply — love. ♥️
We have been to several places, but nothing compares to Tanners. The facility is first class with plenty of space for dogs to run and play, and they are segregated by size. It's impeccably clean and a very caring staff. They will take care of all your pets' needs no matter how fussy you are, medicines, treats, foods, just tell them what you want, and they will take care of it down to the smallest detail. The owner is fantastic and on top of her business and really cares. We love Tanners, but more importantly, Ziggy loves going there. We highly recommend them!
Our family LOVES Tanner's Canine Resort and we can't imagine entrusting the care of our precious pup to any other facility. Our dog attended Puppy Kindergarten at four months old. The professional staff was very helpful in working with her and in teaching us the best way to train our dog, always using positive reinforcement. Our dog is now nearly three years old and she attends daycare part time. She runs in every time and is eager to enter the yard to play with her "friends". The staff treats our dog with love and great care. They are also very good at communicating with pet owners when necessary. We feel very lucky that we found Tanner's and so does our lovely Labrador ❤️!!!
Tanner's is Finn's FAVORITE place to be when not at home!! He goes there for daycare and as soon as I turn onto Hopper Ave. he's so anxious to get there that he cry/barks until I get him out of the car at the facility The staff is always friendly, kind and very professional with both the animals and humans. I've had collies for 40 years and have always been very particular regarding their care. When I leave Finn at Tanner's I am confident that he is in the best hands possible (besides mine) and he will be safe and have a great day playing. Thank you Tanner's for providing my dog with such a wonderful experience!!
Teller, the beagle, loves Tanner’s! He’s a bit of an anxious dog, possibly because we adopted him at 8 years old and he likely wasn’t around many people or dogs. But at Tanner’s he really opens up. He has been an overnight guest at Tanner’s while my husband and I are on vacation since the summer of 2020. At first he was apprehensive but the care shown by the staff allows him to relax. These days he trots right in. It’s like he is excited to see his friends. We are so grateful to have a place like Tanner’s where the entire staff clearly loves what they do. We know our best buddy is in good hands.
My 11 year old dog just spent 2 nights boarding at Tanner’s and I couldn’t be happier with his stay! I am always hesitant to send my dog anywhere to be boarded, I did extensive research and it is clear why Tanner’s stands out as the best! The staff was so thorough upon dropping our dog Roman off, they closely noted all of his instructions and medication administration, and the items we sent him with. I felt at ease leaving out their door and that is a first for me being that I have an older dog with some health issues to watch out for. Upon picking him up he was so happy, he has been sleeping since he came home! A happy pup is a tired pup! I love how clean the resort is, how professional the owners are, it is obvious all the staff loves these animals and takes great care of them! They get a 10/10 for safety factors and securing the property and I love that there is someone always on site and it is right next to a vet in case anything ever happened. If you are looking for a safe, clean, loving place to send your dog look no further Tanner’s is it! Thank you Tanner’s!
I don’t have enough superlatives in my vocabulary to describe my thoughts in Tanner’s!! My gratitude is HUGE!! I have a now 10 month old French Bulldog (Ellie) who has been a regular at Tanner’s since she was 5 months old. She is at daycare twice a week which just makes me feel like a good dog mom knowing she gets such good clean supervised safe playtime with her friends each week and great exercise. Ellie has now also boarded twice for multiple night stays, and it gives me the most absolute peace of mind knowing she is again in a safe place, with all of her regular friends and people caring for her and her needs when I can’t be with her. The boarding facility is a 10 — total top notch — so clean and spread out and no crates at all, but rather separate little rooms. Suzanne and Tracy have been so incredibly kind and helpful to me since day 1 and quelled every single fear and totally accommodated my helicopter mom’ing as a first time boarder. I was able to FaceTime with Ellie whenever I wanted! Made my heart so happy to see her having a blast with her friends. The entire staff is so kind and accommodating. Sometimes my mom helps me out and picks Ellie up or drops off, and unfortunately she has a bad back and is unable to physically pick her up, the staff always come out to her car to get Ellie or bring her back! Both Ellie and I live Tanner’s!! 🩷
Priscilla absolutely loves going to Camp BowWow. Everyone there is amazing. I love when she does her extra activities that I get pictures of her having fun. It’s a nice little surprise while I am at work. She also has started her training and I was given great instructions on how to reinforce everything at home. This is a great way to keep my high energy pup happy and busy while I am work. I highly recommend.
We love Camp Bowow! My dog only goes once a month but the staff always remember her. They are incredibly kind because she is so skittish. We have used them for overnight care and they are great! I never worry leaving my dog with them. The facility is clean and welcoming!
The facility was nice and large and clean. Cool inside. The cabins were very large for the dogs to stay in. I was pleased with the tour and the transparency. I love the fact that they have cameras to take a look at if you want to check on your dog. I like the options for indoor and outdoor activities and the extracurricular activities. The staff was very informative and friendly. I will be boarding my husky there this coming week Very excited He came home very tired! I liked the report card as well. It made me feel secure that he was in good hands and the staff wasn't afraid of a big dog. Huskys are mouthy players and I get nervous that it can be confused for aggression. They were great with him and I 10/10 recommend.
I brought two dogs here including a 10 month old puppy who weighs only ten pounds. I told them one of my dogs is 11 years old and the puppy is scared of big dogs. They advised she would be kept separate with small dogs however I saw multiple large dogs in the same area on the cameras. I was never made aware that my dogs would only get 2 hours in the entire day to be walked on Christmas Day. This means they got to go potty twice and that's all. I was checking the cameras and never saw them even be let out a second time. Only allowing a puppy two potty breaks is terrible!! I also noticed my puppy's towel was soaking wet and recently washed meaning she was probably forced to soil herself in her crate since no one was caring for her. When I called the staff to discuss they had no idea of anything that happened. There is absolutely no care for the dogs. I spend half this at a place in FL and they assign overnight counselors that literally pet the dogs to sleep and send us photos and report cards after. I will never bring my animals back here. They do not care. The place is also filthy and my dogs STINK. They could not wait to get out of that place
I love how staff get to know your dog and really care. They send photos and videos during special play sessions. We feel comfortable knowing that our boy is with friends at Camp Bow Wow and he is always super happy to go back.
Didn’t last two days here, first day picked him up early because a dog in the room was relentless wouldn’t leave him alone (they claimed he just wanted to play) second day he was picked up early because there were about 16 dogs in the “room” with him of all sizes up to 40 lbs about 20 when I got there. He’s a 8 month old puppy (the man who worked there kept saying sorry we don’t have a room for teacups hello he’s 14 lbs and claimed there were 2 workers in the room well the camera should have showed 2) Your dog will come home wet and dirty each day and today my puppy smelled like a dog urinated all over him and now I have to bathe him. All I wanted was fun positive environment for my puppy to play and socialize. Thank goodness for cameras this was a nightmare.
Our dog Callie is super energetic and a lot to handle but the employee's at Camp Bow Wow are extremely patient with her and take great care of her. If youre looking to board your dog this is the place!

Penny had a great day during her first visit at camp bow wow. I enjoyed the tour. I like how each pup has their own cubby to keep their food and leashes organized. I loved watching the dogs play on the puppy cam. Camp bow wow was very accommodating. I appreciated having a choice of keeping penny in the play area all day or getting a lunch break for a couple of hours. We will definitely be back.
Stacey and everyone at Premier Pets was AMAZING. They took such great care of my bunny and I was able to enjoy my time away with my family. All the pictures they sent always put a smile on my face. I’ve already recommended them to several friends.
We have been send Wynn here for almost two years i believe, & i honestly wouldn't trust anyone else to watch him. Stacey, the Premier Pet Nurse, and her family took wonderful care of our elderly Labrador Retriever earlier this month. Stacey took the time to get to know our dog and learn about all of her needs and preferences. She sent wonderful updates with photos so we knew our dog was doing well and being cared for. Stacey and Saul have been surrogate pawrents to our two Boston Terriers. They receive wonderful care and we get regular updates. Stacey has seen our family through two luxating patella surgeries and been a great support to us in so many ways. Thank you guys for your excellent care!
Our dog Wynn has been a visitor with Stacey Saul and family for 3yrs it has been the most rewarding experience for Wynn he feels like home. They are the most loving caring warm family. Stacey sends us daily pictures updates of his day. They pick him up drop him off which is so helpful. If i could give them 10 stars i would Stacey and her family took care of our 3 pups this past week. It was the first time we have gone away since we adopted them a little over 2 years ago. Like most dog owners, I hate leaving my little dog when we go on vacation. I must say though that knowing he is in Stacey’s kind, caring and capable care while we are away puts me so much more at ease! Stacey updates me regularly with pictures and texts, and I can see from the pictures how much fun he is having. And he comes home happy and clean! Many of my friends send their dogs to Stacey as well and I highly recommend her! Plus her pick up and drop off service is so convenient!

I cannot recommend Stacey and her family enough. They are TREMENDOUS. I think my dogs are more excited to see her husband Saul when he comes to pick them up vs when they get to see me…not even a goodbye they’re out the door! Stacey is so caring and communicative and it’s so easy to see how welcoming her entire family is to any dogs they board. My dogs can be quite the handful when they want to be and they have ample room to play and get all the time for cuddles and. I love that they become part of the family. I never have to worry about their well being while I’m away. Stacey always checks in with updates and once even recommended we adjust their food because they were getting way more exercise than usual and she wanted to make sure they’re were properly fed. It’s a real testament to how above and beyond Stacey goes and I would be lost without her and Saul!
I was trying out to see if this place would be a good fit for my pup cause i know my pup is usually very anxious. Unfortunately things didn’t work out as i hoped but that’s okay! Because i appreciated how much this place communicated with me and heard my concerns about my pup. They did their very best to make my pup comfortable and that’s all i can ask for. The staff is super sweet and very understanding. I’m hoping that with more training my pup will be able to gain the confidence he needs to be able to come back here cause that’s how great they treated us. They are aware of how to make sure the place is safe for furry friends and that’s what is important! Thank you guys for doing your very best and being patient with my pup. I’m hoping i can return when he is more ready!
We’ve taken our two dogs here twice now. Once for their evaluation and once for doggy daycare. The staff is really friendly and explained things well. The moment we pulled up to the parking lot for their day of daycare, the dogs wanted to run inside. They were greeted by friendly humans and went running to go play that they didn’t even say bye. When we picked them up, they were excited to see us but weren’t running out of the door. They went back to say bye to the staff there. They came home exhausted but very happy. I got a video seeing how they were doing which gave me some piece of mind and they do little activities for holidays which I LOVE. My dogs are my fur babies and it feels like they understand that.
Took our two dogs there for day care before we board them this weekend. Sounds like they had a great time and played with the other dogs. They are absolutely exhausted! Guess we will all sleep well tonight 😌 …
Love love love this place - the staff takes great care of my rambunctious 2 boys. They are always so friendly, nice and polite. The themed parties are too cute, I can't wait to see photos they post ( this was them at prom) Really this is the only place I want to tale my dogs to.

Be careful leaving your dog in the care of this location. There has been surveillance video footage of the abuse of Charlie (GSD). Check out @ABC7NY tiktok video posting from yesterday 9/20/24. Had the employee whistleblower not show the footage to Charlie’s owner, he would have never knew, other dog owners that leave their dog here would’ve been oblivious, and that manager that abused Charlie in two instances would’ve still been working here. But according to the video they said the manager has been fired. And here is the proof before the Google business account owner/ runner wants to deny these claims. This is footage of the GSD Charlie that is also featured in that TikTok video by ABC7NY News.
I picked up my chocolate lab axle this weekend after a seven day boarding. When I received him he had a raw nose on the top of his bridge. Upon asking the staff what happened. They stated that it was that he was sticking his nose underneath a gate. And that’s what probably caused it. I’ve used your services times before and never had an issue. Till now. I hope that this does not scar my dogs nose. Right now at the moment it is discolored unfortunately. and maybe the facility can assure that this does not happen to other dogs.
They took great care of my Kenna and made sure she had a fun and safe experience. The facilities are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with plenty of room for the dogs to run around and play. The service was top-notch, from the convenient drop-off and pick-up to the flexible scheduling and reasonable pricing.
The staff is amazing! Facility is extremely clean with no smells but most off all Sambooka, Loves it there! He comes home happy every time
We've been taking our dog Kozmo once a week for a couple months now, and he loves going! When my daughter went to college, we decided I wanted to find him a place to go once a week to make up for this extra time alone. He's a timid pup, that loves to play with other dogs & kids but is VERY shy/scared of people he doesn't know. 2 months at Hounds Town & now he rushes in the door & greets the staff like he does with his family at home. The staff is fantastic & friendly. The scheduling flexibility and being able to drop him off around my schedule is key! This gives him a good day of play instead of being stuck home alone all day. Cannot recommend more!!

Henny ,a 4yr male golden retriever, has been to different facilities for day care/boarding and this is the only place he doesn’t come home grumpy!! Thank you for letting him have so much fun with your staff and other pups.

We took our 3yr old mini shitzu to Hounds town today for an evaluation in order to be boarded and for doggie daycare. Gizmo passed , looking forward to his first Daycare , time to play with the other doggies.

I can't think of any company/retailer/store I've been happier to find in the past several years that we use on a consistent basis. Doggy Deuce has been our pooper scooping service for many many years, 3 dogs and counting. We now use them for pet sitting while we're away on vacation or just for overnights. While we're away, we get pictures of them, updates on how they're doing and Chris even goes the extra mile and offers to bring in our mail and take care of the pool while we're gone. I challenge anyone to find a small business that offers such service! Also, when I'm looking for any other service recommendation, (window washing, pool closing, carpet cleaning, etc.) Chris from Doggy Deuce always knows the best businesses to call upon. He's part of a big network of local businesses that have proven to be trustworthy and capable; the best can always recommend the best. Doggy Deuce is also an active advocate for pet adoption and strongly care about the welfare of animals. And the office staff is extremely attentive and available, returning emails and calls with very quick turnaround. This company is the real deal. I've recommended them to 3 other families on my block who now also use them! Our pets are our family, our house is our home, and I wouldn't trust either of them to anyone but Doggy Deuce. I'd be happy to offer a personal recommendation to anyone who reaches out.
We have been using them for a couple of years now. Our last trip away I scheduled them to visit my home twice a day for 3 days to take care of my 15-1/2 yr old Yorkie who is partially blind and deaf. On the final day of service I received an invoice I could not open so I emailed them back and requested it sent in a different format. The following day on our way home from our trip I received a call from Becky advising me that unfortunately, she mixed up the dates and no one visited my home to take care of my dog for 3 days. She proceeded to explain she was sick the day she took my appointment and probably shouldn't have been making appointments. What I don't understand is how an invoice is sent for the correct dates, but yet the dates were mixed up. These people are lucky my dog was alive. Barely alive, but she was! The dog was without water for 3 days. One more day and I doubt she would've survived. This is a huge mistake! This is a life we are talking about here. These mistakes cannot happen. I was very upset and angry and refused to further speak to them. There is nothing they can do to make this OK other than REFUND me my money they took without providing services! I would never recommend them to anyone!
I have been using doggie deuce now for over four years and they are amazing! I use them for both dog boarding and pooper scooper and they are super dependable, accommodating and (in my opinion) reasonably priced. Chris (the owner) and Jen (the manager) are super nice and you get a sense that they truly love what they do and the dogs. My dogs actually look happy when they leave to stay there while we are on vacation. While the dogs are there- they send pictures and updates which is awesome. I cannot say enough how much I love them and how much easier it is having them in our life. If you love your dogs as much as we do- you definitely want to give them a try the next time you are going away.

Unfortunately this company has yet again failed to properly trained or communicate with their new staff. Once again one of the their employees have left my gate open for my two pit bulls which are not dog friendly. They were instructed since the beginning to call my phone before they came so we can ensure the dogs were inside, but they failed to do that too. If he was confused as I was told. He should have called the office, myself or rescheduled. I find it very disturbing and hard to understand the lack of common sense of this person. He not only put my dogs in danger but other dogs too.
Doggy Deuce watches my pup when I go out of town and she has so much fun. They take such great care of her and make sure she is treated like a princess.
Chris and his team are the BEST. He has an innate gift with animals and is truly a dog whisperer.

My dog Blaze goes absolutely insane with excitement when I mention going to Peaceful Pup to see Lauren! He normally has separation anxiety when it comes to leaving me, however, when we arrive at Peaceful Pups, he leaps out of the car and runs right to the door. He has a wonderful time and I totally trust Lauren with my fur baby!
As a first time dog owner my family and I were nervous to trust anyone with our puppy. However, we felt an immediate connection with Lauren. She was knowledgeable, professional, and so kind. My dog loved her from their first interaction. She has helped us with tips, walking, boarding, and she has been so easy to work with. We had a large party and we wanted to eliminate the worry that comes with non dog owners and doors being inadvertently left open. So we asked our vet for a sitting service. Peaceful pups was recommended. And after meeting Lauren, we found a perfect and safe place for our dog. It was our first worry free party in ages. I cannot sing the praises of Peaceful Pups Dog Care loudly enough. My dog had a rough passage prior to coming to my home. He endured losing a leg in Hurrican Marie in Puerto Rico. Peaceful Pups has worked with me to overcome his reactive quirks so he can have a much better life. I never worry for a second when he is in Lauren's care. She is a dog whisperer extraordinare. My dog howls when he knows she is coming. Praise from a pup who has had a tough time. THAT says it all!!
