Rod and Martin were fabulous hosts during this sit! They went out of their way to ensure I was welcome and comfortable during my stay. The location is beautiful, although rural, there is nothing quiet like the quiet of the French countryside! The animals were extremely well behaved, I had lots of fun taking the two dogs on long walks. I would highly recommend this sit to anyone with horse experience looking for a rural getaway!

Hedy and Irv gave great instructions prior to their departure. It was fun interacting with their horses Jake and Mo, and Riley entertained and trained us well. They have a beautiful home and we thoroughly enjoyed our own little vacation. Thanks much, and we look forward to the possibility of our paths crossing again!

This was a good sit in a great location. Communication was excellent and a very easy process overall. Lucy and Minna were lovely cats to look after, and soon came for cuddles after a short period of being shy. The house had everything I needed, and it is close to bus routes either into Brighton centre or to the Marina. It is a comfortable house with all the mod cons.

For me personally, the bed was not very comfortable due to it being a memory foam with indentations already memorised. Also, the sound insulation between houses is not very good so I could hear the neighbours quite a bit. However, I would definitely recommend this sit as the cats are lovely and its a nice home in a great location.

So sad to be back home after one of the most memorable sits we’ve yet done. Bella and Slipper were absolutely delightful and we so miss their morning greeting before we embarked on our daily adventures. Julia’s home is simply stunning - I can best liken it to being like an infinity pool in a sea of beautiful, rolling Borders countryside. From the wild coastline, up into the Lammermuir Hills and round and about the bustling towns of Melrose and Kelso we just loved it all - so much so we even started a bit of house hunting in case we might relocate !
Saying goodbye can really hurt - we just hope we have another opportunity to catch up with these two loveable rogues.

House sitting for Fiona was wonderful and the house was magical! Her temperament and behavior are literally perfect and I can’t believe how active she is for her age! The neighborhood was great and Brian and Michele were as well. I would sit for Fiona again! Miss you gal 🐕

Pilar is a wonderful host, super informative, great flow of communication whilst doing the sit, her extensive stash of games and books were a fun accompaniment to the beautiful surrounds and fun variety of cat personalities. I felt welcome and very at home. Scrabble by Shandwick beach was a highlight for me.

Many thanks Pilar for being an awesome host
