Terry exceeded our expectations for being our Trusted Sitter! This was our first time using the Trusted Sitters services, and Terry answered questions we did not think to ask. While we were away, she sent videos and photos of our sweet kitty, Allie, and gave us updates on her adjustment to a new caregiver. Finally, she thanked us for offering our home to her and cleaned the entire place before our return. I believe we gained a new "chosen family member" with Terry and we hope to see her again soon!

Mimi

For a person like Mimi, you need to offer more than five stars as an option. Simply put, she was somewhere far above superb. Mimi quickly made a good friends with our chocolate Labrador retriever "Ranger." Her care and regular pictures of our pet, made the distance seem close. Her background in property management made us comfortable being gone for almost 2 weeks. Although we keep a well maintained home, Mimi improved it! The entire family is looking forward to the opportunity to have Mimi again. She went above and beyond every possible expectation. Highest recommendation (then triple that one!) So where do I start ?… we had the BEST person possible to stay at our home in Florida for 6 months ! Tina is amazing . She took wonderful care of our 2 cats Olivia & Winston as well as our home . She’s very charming and grounded person . Even had a couple issues to come up at the house and Tina handled them well . I would highly recommend Tina for any sit !!! We hope to see her again !!!

Gisele took excellent care of our three cats and our home and garden. One of our cats is aging with some dementia and requires medication and Gisele handled her well. She took fine care of our garden, following our detailed watering regime and left the house spotless. She even managed to fix a toilet which stopped working shortly after we left. She is warm and personable along with reliable and responsible. Very highly recommend.

Douglas and Emily could not have been more respectful, reliable, and loving house sitters. They took perfect care of my home and kitties. They sent pictures and videos of my very old cat feeling safe and cozy with them, which is everything I could ask for. They left the place in perfect condition. I am so happy with my experience with them. I wish I could have them for every house sitting job. You would be lucky to have them sit for you, truly!

We cannot recommend Brad enough! Brad is such a kind, communicative, and trustworthy person. We felt instantly comfortable from our initial conversation throughout his entire stay at our home. Brad took care of our dog Leeloo for six weeks and the experience was nothing short of fantastic. Leeloo adored Brad and was happy, healthy, and well taken care of the entire time. Brad provided regular updates, including photos, videos, and a Zoom call which we so enjoyed. There's no doubt that he truly loves animals and made sure Leeloo felt comfortable and loved. Above and beyond caring for Leeloo so beautifully, our car threw a maintenance light while we were gone and he was kind enough to take it into the shop to get it serviced. And upon returning home, our house was clean and tidy. Everything Brad does is with the utmost care and attention. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found Brad, and we wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in need of a reliable and compassionate pet sitter. He truly exceeded all of our expectations!

So grateful to have found Chris to take care of my dogs. I met Chris 2 times before we agreed to the sit. He is pleasant and my dogs bonded with him straight away. Chris did send me some updates about the dogs and when he wasn’t sure about something he did text me. When I came back from my trip, the dogs looks healthy and happy. The house was clean and tidy. I will highly recommend Chris and will ask him to pet sit again.

We were impressed from the moment they arrived. They are genuine animal lovers and it was evident from the start. David and Sheila had obviously prepared for their visit and had studied our Welcome Guide. They knew all three dogs by name and used their names when they introduced themselves to them. They stayed in contact while we were gone, and the place was immaculate when we returned. I recommend them without hesitation.

Tammy is the perfect pet sitter. Responsible, self-sufficient, and clean. But most importantly she will love and care for your pets as if they are her own. Tammy cared for my 1 year old cat and 18 year old cat and ensured they both got plenty of attention and love. The house was in excellent condition when I returned and the cats were happy. This was the second time that Pranit looked after our dog and cat. Once again, we weren't disappointed! The two sets of dates were back-to-back with only a few days in between, which made it an easy transition for us, but more importantly, for our pets Charlie and Asterix. They had loved Pranit the first time around, so they were probably happy to see us leave again!

During this sit, Pranit had to deal with a power outage due to strong winds. He let us know right away so we could provide a few instructions for what was best for the house and perishables. Pranit had already checked on the power company's website when it was expected to be back on, and indeed, it came back on overnight with no negative consequences... other than having forced Pranit to cancel a couple of work meetings. We felt so bad about this, but yet, he was kind enough to brush it off, having rescheduled his meetings.

Communication with Pranit was excellent, both leading up and during the sit. Upon our return, we found the house spotless, the floors mopped, the bedding and linen washed, and very happy pets. Our dog, who sometimes develops bad habits in our absence, was very well behaved; it was obvious that Pranit followed our wishes to maintain Charlie's routine and commands. We would love to have Pranit sit again, not only for these aforementioned reasons, but also because we find him very kind, polite, courteous, tidy and reliable.
