I am so glad Yuliia was at my house (even though they probably aren't). PNW was having a some usually cold days and a pipe froze and burst in my buildings attic. I am top floor so heavy water was coming from the ceiling. They immediately called me and their first priority was finding the kitties and making sure they were safe. THey stayed there and helped deal with the fire department and what they needed to do. My friend came over to take the kitties to their house and Yuliia helped them grab the kitties (which wasn't easy with how freaked out they were), get all their stuff together, and gave my friend all the care instructions. While I cant say anything on their tidiness or minute things since the sit got cut short by an emergency but I can say if something happens Yuliia will make sure the pets are taken care of and that's WAY MORE IMPORTANT.

It was very easy to find a sitter with Pawshake. The app is well done and the communication with Charlie, our sitter was also very easy. Our 4 month puppy Paku has fallen in love with Charlie and her dog Opinel. We will use Pawshake again and Charlie is the perfect carer for Paku. We had a very tired and happy boy at home that night.

Thanks Pawshake for the creating a unique service like this. Having recently adopted a puppy, I was hesitant to put him into a dog kennel / hotel. As a child the only option we had was dog kennels, and our family dog was always traumatised when we collected her. Admittedly, things have improved since then, but even recently, I saw one Dog Hotel that offers just 30 mins of play time per day! And you have to pay extra if you want more socialisation. Unbelievable! With Pawshake we connected with a great petsitter (my glowing review of her is on the app) and it meant that our pooch had a holiday while we were away on our holiday! Regularly photos of him made us feel at ease, and when we collected him, he looked happy and well looked after. (And in addition, it was a LOT cheaper than dog hotels / kennels). Thank you!

I hired Martin and Adrian from MDN Pet Care to look after my pets from my house while I travelled overseas. They did an amazing job following our given instructions and send lots of updates. We came home and I can tell my pets had really built a bond with them. And my house was also safe and sound. We left our baby Cookie with MDN Pet Care for 43 days! This was the second time we were using MDN team’s services and we’re just as happy with the results as we were the first time. Best daycare in the west! They are always expecting my dog by name when he arrives and he has such a great time. He’s high energy so I know can be a handful but they’ve been proactive in working with him and creating an environment that works for him (and their other dogs). Online logistics are great, super easy to book days and check packages.
I almost hate to review this amazing business because I don’t really want it to get any busier than it is, but I feel like I owe this wonderful team some credit where it is due. Our dog goes here at least once a month to get her energy out and connect with her doggo friends. The staff here are skilled, very organised, careful about the temperament of each dog and the group they play with, and are careful to assess each dog before it is given the green light to attend ongoing. It’s a little expensive, but we know our dog will be taken care of and have the time of her life each time she goes. A wonderful bonus is the photos taken each day so that you can see just how fun your dog is having!! Thanks lovely team for being so great!
Ginger's introduction was a happy half day. The photos and video sent showed me she was relaxed, happy and certainly not showing any nervousness being among a group of dogs, She was happy to see me, but not frantic to leave. She slept all afternoon! She's definitely going to be a regular!

This is just a happy place, for dogs & humans ! Great service - our Polly gets collected twice a week, for fun times with all her mates. When she first started, the staff took time to teach her some basic behavioral skills, and that has set us all up for a great relationship ! My work moved offices right near Dogs HQ a few months ago, so I’ve been taking Rocket once a week ever since. He has the BEST time, look at that smile! Not only do they give him so much attention, and lots of mental stimulation and play but they also post plenty of photos and videos during the day so I get to see how much fun he has! 🥰

Our Boston Terrier Lottie has been coming here now for a few months. She absolutely loves it and comes home on an evening very played out! It is peace of mind to us that she is well looked after and cared for during her stay there by the amazing staff and we can also see what she gets up to on their regular Instagram or Facebook updates. I’ve been taking my 1 year old Cavoodle to dogs HQ since he was 5 months old. Reo absolutely loves going there. I am sure it is his favourite place. The staff do an amazing job looking after him. When I pick Reo up he is exhausted from having so much fun! It is clean, the dogs have a blast there. You get to watch your pup on the socials and get many photos! I highly recommend Dogs HQ! I sometime wish they open on weekends too this way I can put Reo there if I need to knowing he will be taken great care of. I can’t thank the staff enough there. 🐶💙
This is a great puppy daycare! Milo has been enjoying every single time he’s been there. He is a mini dachshund and I started taking him ever since he got all his shots. Great for keeping your pup busy and socialice.The staff is lovely and very helpful. You get regular updates through their instagram account . All dogs seem to be having a blast.
Very fair quotation and speedy response response to my initial enquiry. When I arrived it was very easy to find and I could tell straight away I was leaving my two dogs with caring people just by the way they had a genuine interest with my dogs. I didn't have to worry at all and when I picked them up they were very happy and smelt so good. The owners were very friendly and interested and I would definitely recommend them to anyone with fur babies that want that personal service. Beats any kennel or resort hands down. If I could give more stars I would.

Our 7.5 month old Golden Retriever Ocean had her first doggy day care session here last week. We were very thankful that we could get a daycare spot last minute, as we had to head out of town for the day. We got update pictures and she looked very happy playing with all the other dogs. She made some new friends and was very from all the play, that she didn’t even want to walk up the stairs to go to bed. We will definitely be bringing Ocean back for more play dates. I was lucky to find PetStays when the pet hotel cancelled Chloe’s accommodation at the last minute. Jeannene made the effort to answer all my questions and assist me with arranging pick-up for Chloe. Chloe enjoys her stay at Pet Stays and has been there for long vacations since last year. She is always excited to be picked up by Jeannene. I can tell that Jeannene, Reza and the other staff took great care of Chloe, as she always returns home happy and well-groomed. I get lots of photo updates every week. They help Chloe socialise with the other dogs and pamper her with treats.

Alfie loves going for his adventures to Petstays. He enjoys the extra company while I am at work. It’s great to know that he is safe and entertained while I’m at work. A little on the expensive side compared with alternate daycares, but the personal experience is a positive.

Started taking my two boys to Diggiddy Doggy Daycare in South Melbourne. Its only been few visits but they seem to be liking it so far, playing with and meeting new friends, and building their confidence. Loving the report cards after each visit letting us know what they've been up to ☺️ I look forward though for photo update to see my boys faces actually enjoying their time (we're used to be flooded with photo updates back from the old daycare which was really great), and it will be good to have something to show my friends whenever they ask which facility I take them to.
I have had such a pleasant experience with Diggiddy Dog Daycare in South Melbourne from the moment I called and spoke with the lovely Emma to visiting each week with all of the friendly staff that make you feel so welcome. I am a first time dog mum with a husky (Betty) who is a rescue and suffers with very bad desperation anxiety. Each visit my baby gets more and more comfortable and confident thanks to the amazing team of professionals who care, nurture and encourage her. I am so excited to continue our visits and watch her grow and flourish. Not only does my baby Betty have a pleasant experience (she is always smiling so big in her photos) but the team make me feel so welcome. This is the best daycare for pups and dogs. Harley (our 2 year old TT) has been coming here for nearly a year. He started off as a shy (and sometime reactive) boy, but quickly grew in confidence. He LOVES the team (who are all huge dog lovers) - Stef, Whitney and the groomers - and especially LOVES the amazing dogs. I have peace of mind knowing he is being looked after as the team match the right energy dogs together. I highly recommend this amazing place.

My puppy Bryn has been coming here once a week for a few weeks now and he’s always very excited whenever we come in through the door, so I’m confident that he likes the service. From my perspective the staff are always an absolute dream to speak to and all clearly have a deep love and respect for dogs. They also post pictures of your dog on a private group so that you can see them and you get a little report of your dogs day which is a nice touch. Right now I feel very confident leaving my dog with the team and hope to be a satisfied customer for years to come. EDIT I’ve been taking Bryn for a year now and he’s still scrambling to get in the building as soon as we arrive so he must still be enjoying it. The team are consistent with their attentive approach to customer service and I couldn’t feel more comfortable leaving my dog with them. Cheers guys.
Coming to Diggiddy is Monty's favourite thing to do. He just loves everyone there, staff and doggie companions. He tells everyone all about it on the car journey in, and can hardly wait to get in the door and start having fun. He enthusiastically joins in all activities and his behaviour and socialisation have improved greatly during the years he has attended Diggiddy. It is a great outlet for his boundless energy, and then he comes home and chills out, as you can see! Thanks for being there everyone at Diggiddy. xxx
My little girl Izzy loves it here. The staff are very friendly and Izzy loves them so much. Anywhere else I leave her she cries when I walk away. When we arrive at diggity she doesn’t even look back. She has a lot of energy and can be a handful but the staff are never bothered by it, they seem to love her even more for it! She’s a more settled, happy dog after she has been there for a day. Highly recommend to anyone looking for dog day care.
The first time my little Pippi's day care experience at the ripe old age of 11! She was a little timid at first and didn't really join in. The staff had her in a area on her own and slowly introduced new friends to her, whilst she got used to the environment and was not overwhelmed. I am pleased to say that after just two visits, Pip is very happy to attend. The staff are very caring, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Diggidy!
Our beautiful fur babies stayed for 10 days before their flight overseas to move to our new home … for two young socially anxious pups one of which is scarred of all men (apart from my husband) they absolutely loved their stay and were clearly so well cared for and loved !!! The pet postcards we regularly received were so detailed , reassuring & beautiful … Our dogs stayed with an independent dog sitter a few months ago and were treated appallingly , we actually got abusive calls & messages from the lady every day telling us our (at the time 6 month old puppy) was the worst dog she’d ever met and that she hated him and that he had a terrible personality and was the most terribly trained dog she’d ever met , she even told us to get on a 14 hour flight and come home a week early with our 8 month old child before receiving our visas because she hated him so much … our experience with the Pet Hotel couldn’t have been any further from that , actually they described our little man as well mannered, loving and so many other things that describe his personality perfectly & instead of tears each morning we had big smiles and warm hearts … our beautiful girl came out of her shell completely over the duration of her stay & we were told that staff loved getting to see her sweet little personality flourish in their presence … they spent so much time making friends with lots of other dogs of the same & similar breed and size & we honestly couldn’t recommend sending your fur babies here more !!! So glad we did … I don’t think they would have done as well as they did on their first ever flight if it wasn’t for their stay with this company …Thank you to everyone who cared for Yuna & Tidus from start to finish 😊
Great experience booking online and welcoming when we dropped off George. Although they didn't have a webcam, they posted a photo of out pooch with a smile from ear to ear. I Highly recommend them. The Pets Hotel in Port Melbourne has been my ‘go to’ place to send my pets to when I’m away. First Jay the Sheltie, now Anzac the cat. They have taken the time & care to get to know them and make them comfortable. They have always returned happy & healthy with a summary of how they got along during their time there. Good to know, when you’re away, that they will get the care & attention they need and any action required. Highly Recommend.

Great place to leave your pet during your time away. We were gone for 22 days and the staff feedback was excellent. We have a somewhat unsocial dog and upon checkout, we were informed she took to one staff member in particular and looked forward to playtime and did very well. This is her third stay at the hotel and the feedback was encouraging.

Our Samoyed “buddy” drags us in every time we take him for his weekly day care or when he is boarding there. On day care days he is so tired after reaching home that he sleeps straightaway. Buddy has been going to pets hotel since he was 3months old and now he is almost 1. Staff has slowly introduced him to others dogs as he is in the face wanting to play 100% of the time and daycare at pets hotel has taught him some manners on how to interact without getting growled at. After his recent boarding we noticed pets hotel has carefully managed his play and sleep times to not get him super tired when we went to pick him after a week and his double coat looked in good condition after the complimentary bath included with the boarding. Staff gave us positive feedbacks about his stay there and buddy had no stomach issues with the food provided in boarding. Great place to leave your furry friends in a professional setting without worrying about their well being and the pet sitter cancelling at the last moment.
Our second time using Drop-in dog care with Nikita while we are away and we are so glad we found her. Our dog Jack is 15 years old so for Nikita to stop in to feed and walk Jack each morning and night knowing he is comftourble in his own home being spoilt is such a relief. Nikita sends regular updates with videos and photos and takes him in the doggy van to the park and I can tell he is having the best time. I connected with Nikita at the Doghouse because I was needing someone who would be able to check in on my puppy a couple of times a day while he was growing and developing. From the get go, she has been fantastic. Communication is always clear and consistent, with regular photo updates of your dogs having a great time! Dogs are walked in smaller groups, and the doghouse have been able to accomodate last minute changes/walks when needed. I now have my working therapy dog walked by Nikita as well on her days off! Nikita and the Doghouse go above and beyond to care for you and your furry friends - could not recommend highly enough :)
We've been so impressed with the services provided from the Doghouse. Nikita's knowledge and skill is quite incredible. We recently adopted a rescue dog which has had some challenges but the training, advice and time provided by Nikita has made everything so simple. Couldn't recommend her services more highly.
Nikita from The Doghouse has been such a great support since we adopted our dog. He had significant separation anxiety issues and we were having a really hard time settling and training him. Nikita came over to our place totally prepared and provided us with a training plan (or bible) and an assortment of treats, tips and tricks for us. She's was easily contactable for follow up questions. You can see she is truely dedicated, full of knowledge and has a love for all dogs. Highly recommended. ❤️

We have two very demanding and bouncy Australian Bulldogs and after a traumatic experience with a kennel, with lasting repercussions, I was not prepared to kennel them again. The Doghouse Pet Services and provided excellent personalized in house care and I was really happy with the relaxed happy dogs at the end of their baby sitting. Thank you.

I absolutely love this place! As does my pooch who has been attending daycare there since she was a pup. Cannot recommend it highly enough. My pooch is so excited every time she goes and clearly loves Christie and all the carers. I trust Christie and her wonderful team 100%. They are all caring and knowledgeable and it brings me great comfort to know my pooch is being so well looked after. I am very grateful to the many people at Newport Lakes dog park who raved about this place when I got my pooch. And the praise is well-deserved!
We have been taking Rupert to HHPG from a few months old and within a year it has become his home away from home. The care taken by the team is evident with the excitement he shows each week on his daycare days. Could not recommend them highly enough for those with puppy’s to older doggos for enrichment and socialisation!
Our little man had a groom today and came home smelling and feeling absolutely delightful! We will definitely be coming back ! Price was extremely reasonable and affordable. Service is always lovely and welcoming! Most importantly our fur kid was super happy! Thank you!
Great doggy day care and we always get back a happy yet tired pup. Easy booking system that usually takes last minute bookings, lots of photos through the day of pup and lots of friendly and helpful staff. Great that they split the little kids and big kids up and they always have nice little surprise and delights, like birthday cake, paddling pools and a genuine care for the dogs. Highly recommend.
We have been taking out two pups here since they were both 1... They are now 2 and 4. Wouldn't even consider taking them anywhere else. They get so spoiled and looked after so well. We definitely recommend bringing your good boys and girls here!
Best doggy daycare in the Inner West! My pup has been going there since she was a baby and it’s her favourite place in the world. Management are fantastic and responsive. The carers are legends who will legit love your dog. My girl has some behavioural issues and they’ve always been so positive and helpful with advice for me and training her. 10/10 would recommend.
Highly recommend Hairy Hounds Playground! Poppy has the best time at daycare which means I don’t have to worry about her at home. I’ve just moved and started using the school bus which has been so helpful with my working hours. I’ve also enquired about Poppy having an extended sleepover whilst I’m away on holidays, they’re a one stop shop for all your doggy needs!! All the staff are so friendly and clearly care about your pup ♥️🐾
I rave about Hairy Hounds to anybody who'll listen and honestly if I could give them more than 5 stars I would! I reckon HHPG is kinda like Disneyland for dogs, ie pretty damn magical 😊 We've been sending our pup Ziggy to HHPG since he was about 5mths old. He's a rescue pup and a small guy, hence can be quite anxious & fearful of the big scary world. To begin with, he shook like a leaf everytime I dropped him off. Fast forward to now, I pull up out front, say 'school' and he's up & raring to go - marches in with tail wagging like the place couldn't possibly run without him 😆 The carers are all delightful humans who clearly care for every one of the furkids like they're their own. They provide great feedback & reassurance through report cards to begin with and the photos & videos they upload on social media are abundant and awesome - always brings a smile to my dial when I see our lil guy having fun with all his furry mates. In short, sending Ziggy to HHPG is without doubt one of the best decisions we made. He has experienced desensitisation & socialisation in a safe environment and his confidence has soared thanks to this. It's clear he very much thinks of it as his second home now, which means we feel happy and confident everytime we drop him off that he's off to have a great day! Booking and communication through the portal is also super straightforward.
I met Christie and the team today and was taken for a tour by Jayden who really knows his stuff. I can say first-hand just how happy all the dogs (and chickens) at the Hairy Hounds Playground are. 😁 There is a real genuineness that comes across with the pets wellness in mind and the primary focus in bringing out the very best in each and every dog. Happy Birthday to Mirella! 🥳 All the staff are wonderful and joined in to make her day extra special today with a yummy morning tea spread which they kindly invited me to partake. To say I was super impressed is an understatement. Christie has the biggest of benevolent hearts with Hairy Hounds charity and fundraising efforts on a global level and all the team doing an amazing job. 🐶
