I came home to an apartment that was cleaner than I left it, a rabbit that was happy and spoiled with new treats, and plants that were perfectly watered. Bridget is so kind and loving towards my rabbit and I didn’t have to worry about anything being forgotten about!
I loved this pet siting. Percy the cat is very sweet. He loves to play, cuddle, and is very affectionate. He likes to stay in the garden, watch the squirrels that occasionally run on the grass, and sleep on the table while I was on the computer. The house is beautiful and is located in a very quiet and beautiful area. The bus is a short distance away. Jacqueline and her husband were very kind, they made themselves available to help me with everything, giving me directions and lending me their bike. Lovely stay that I recommend.
It was a wonderful experience to care for four Yorkies: (Orion, Nelson, Mini, and Cooper) and the fish in their beautiful koi pond. Raj and John's peaceful home away from the hustle and bustle of San Francisco is the perfect retreat where I could study, relax, commune with nature, and enjoy their wonderful garden, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable home. They left detailed instructions on caring for their dogs and home that made staying there very easy. I would welcome the opportunity to care for their yorkies and koi fish again should the need arise. Thank you!
Jesus and Carla were the nicest! They welcomed me warmly in their house and I got to spend quality time with Rusty and Daisy. They are the sweetest ever. Rusty has a lot of puppy energy in him and he is such a cuddle buddy. Daisy is the princess of the house, she would follow you everywhere and look at you with the sweetest eyes looking for snacks. Last but not least, Papita is the queen of the house. She has her own kingdom downstairs and she is chilling there unbothered all the time. She would peek at us sometimes but then go back to her throne aka the stacked towels haha. She is super sweet and she would purr if you pet her! Highly recommend!
House-sitting Boris and Meep was great! Boris is a very good dog, it was a lot of fun walking him and playing. Meep is a cute fluffy ball, that you can't stop petting :) Andrea was really nice to us, she made communication super easy, gave us all the information, she even went beyond by letting us OV cards, and introducing us to her neighbor, so that we could walk the dogs together! I would totally do it again!!!
What a great sit. I found the location to be excellent, quiet, close to various attractions and with easy access to the Metro. Nyshie was so good at doing the house notes and then patiently helping with any questions during the sit. And Ella, Ella, my advice with her is to be patient and persistent. I would come and sit next to her for a few seconds every hour or so for the first couple of days, building the connection slowly. By the end of three ish weeks she was sitting on my lap every day. And even when she was distant it didn't matter and it was just nice being there for her and it didn't take away from the sit in general.
Caring for Gio and Palmer over the past five days was delightful. These two dogs are not only well-behaved but also full of energy and warmth. Gio and Palmer were quick to warm up to me, and are friendly and welcoming in nature. They are very well-mannered, making them easy and straightforward to care for. Gio will try to eat Palmer's food but Sandy and Andrew have Palmer fed in a room separate from Gio so he isn't able to. Gio and Palmer are wonderful companions. Their good behavior and playful spirits are nice to be around. I had two interviews and two projects outside of work to complete, and they brightened my day when I took my breaks. I would be happy to care for them again in the future!
