Gertie is the greatest dog. She is chill and well mannered and loves to go on long walks. I had a great couple of days with her. Amanda was a wonderful host. She set me up well for my stay. Her apartment is just the right size and is close to the metro stop, a bike path, and all the necessities. I enjoyed my stay very much.
I really enjoyed this sit in Brussels over New Years Eve. The dogs Nico and Georgia were very cute and easygoing. We had a great time exploring the city with them. Marie Laurence let us stay another night after she returned from her vacation, which was very nice of her. Brussels appeared very beautiful to me even though it rained a lot. I liked this Housesitting job. Ari is such a affectionate cat, I loved it. It is a beautiful apartment and the location was just great. Close to beaches and a good starting point for adventures to the North shore or to the downtown area. Everything you might need during your stay was provided. Naomi and Ryan are friendly and easy to get along with. The communication was good and Naomi always responded quick. Ari loves to cuddle, sometimes he starts to gentle bite, I guess he gets a bit to excited, but when you tell him no and stop petting him, he gets the message. I definitely recommend staying with at Naomi’s anf Ryan’s home with Ari. Thank you!
This was a good location for my work, and I visited Fulbourn Fen frequently during my stay. The flat is nice, above a library, leafy and quiet, and feels safe and secure. I found Michelle always responsive and kind in her messages and Tigger was quite a character. She has fairly specific feeding requirements involving fresh food and various supplements, which take a little more time than opening a standard pouch of Felix, but I liked the idea of giving a cat real food rather than something manufactured. Though she lives in a flat, Tigger can come and go as she likes, which is a real advantage. Michelle really loves her and she's a sweet little cat, very affectionate, always coming to the door for a big meowy welcome on my return. She is enthusiastic for strokes and being brushed. Fulbourn has a village feel, with a great Coop, butcher and greengrocer, plus cafe, all 5 minutes walk away.
Spending these five days with Billie, Maple and Myer was the perfect dose of love we needed at the perfect time. Now we feel that our hearts are full. Each of the three with their own peculiarities made us extremely happy. The affectionate Billie and his joy when he saw us arrive at the house, Maple’s mischief and his purrs and Myer’s tenderness who chased us and accompanied us through every corner of the house. As for Joanne and Aikee, they were both excellent in every aspect. Not only did they open the doors of their lovely home to us and blindly trust us, but they also took the time to get to know us and invite us to share a delicious breakfast. They were amazing hosts and loving people. We will be eternally grateful to Joanne and Aikee and look forward to seeing them again and spending more time with the cutest little furries in the world.
