Emma
We had a wonderful time looking after Oscar and Frankie that are adorable! It was really a pleasant and warmfull stay.
Oscar received us as old friends, it looked like we played together all our lifes. He is well behaved and so easy to take care. We can see he loves to play and the beach, preferably both together. :)
And Frankie is a beautiful princess that welcomed us very well on her delicious "I know about my life" cat way.. :D
Emma and Andrew are really nice and kind people and gave us all the instructions and support that could be needed.
The apartment is sunny and simple, placed in a fabulous location at 5 min walking distance from the beach, we just need Oscar to lead the way.. :D
Thank you so much for having us! We recommend this lovely and easy going family to all pet sitters.

Cynthia
Cat-sitting for Cynthia and Croissant was a great way to spend Thanksgiving. Croissant was skiddish at first and I think my presence spooked him, but he never showed the slightest signs of aggression. None. I had to get him into his carrier once and even when frightened he accepted being handled more than any cat I've ever met. I bring that up because we all know that cats can be independent and sometimes temperamental, but Croissant is a sweet and stoic king. He started to warm up to me and we spent some time on the couch hanging out watching TV, but our time together was too short.

Cynthia was always communicative (even during Thanksgiving), excessively helpful and kind, with a lovely home that was well taken care of. She gave great insights for the area and I'd gladly recommend them both to any sitters looking for some days with an ultimately friendly, and clearly loved orange cat (they do be eccentric sometimes, don't they?).

Sandy
Lillie & Charlie were characters. I had fun sitting for them & Sandy. Sandy’s home is peaceful and you’re surrounded by lovely woods, but close to town.

Sandy was easy to communicate with and even baked cookies that she left for me. Fun sit. Sweet kitties.

Göze
Göze and her family were lovely. They have a wonderful home in an amazing location very close to the beautiful Victoria Park with an overground and underground within very easy walking distance.

ADVICE FOR FUTURE SITTERS
Ray is the 17 year old cat that acts like a newborn kitten. He always wants cuddles and loves head scratches and pats. He will adorably walk up to you and put a hand on you to ask you to pat him. He purrs very easily and will always want to be around you and often will sit on your lap. His only weakness is Dipper. He isn’t a fan so sometimes you just need to separate them.

Dipper is the super excitable 1 year old. He is super motivated by food which is good and bad. Good - You can recall him back to you after a routine of come commands with a treat. Bad - He will eat anything so you have to have an eagle eye for dumped street food esp on Sun and Mon when there are food trucks at Victoria Park. He is very well house trained and has an impressive bladder 😅 One morning, he peed for a full 30 seconds and then we walked 2mins and he peed for another full 30 seconds. I don’t know where he stored all the water. He poos 3-4 times in the morning and despite giving him lunch, he might only poo once on his afternoon walk. He likes his feeding puzzle and a hard stuff kong ball. Dipper walks relatively well. He’s most excitable in the mornings so will have a bit more pull so I kept him on a shorter lead so he was calmer. Once deep in the park, he was able to go off leash which was permitted by Göze and Dipper had a fantastic time running around. By the end of my week stay, Dipper would run next to me as I jogged around the park. He loves to chase squirrels and birds but as soon as they run or fly off, Dipper moves on and runs back to you. The only thing to be mindful of is he might run in front of people or cyclist at times so I used treats to distract him when Dipper was close to the cyclist track and a cyclist was going past. We had some real fun long walks and he’s a great companion to explore the neighbourhood. Lastly Dipper will calmly fall asleep next to you on the couch. He loves head scratched but particularly loves chin scratches. It makes him very happy if you want to win him over.

This was hands down one of my favorite sits that I have ever done!! Lucy is the absolute sweetest little angel, she was so loving and affectionate, and was well behaved all round! The house is beautiful and in a lovely location, and the walks were coupled with incredible views. Everything was set up and provided for by Karen and Fred, and responded quickly whenever I need any help 🥰🥰 I would absolutely love to come back and sit for them again, and will definitely be visiting them to come say hi! This sit was a 10/10 and I can’t even begin to think of anything negative to say! Thank you so much ❤️
