On first meeting Jennifer we knew she would look after our boy Lupin very well , she’s a very caring loving person who absolutely loves animals and Lupin took to her straight away which made us feel very confident that he would be happy in her care . Jennifer had kept up his grooming routine ( being a bearded collie he needs regular grooming) while away she sent us regular updates including pictures which we very much appreciated and it was very reassuring. Communication was very good before hand and during our sit . On our return the house was spotless and Lupin was very happy. It’s was also lovely to meet Tiny Jennifer’s companion she is the most adorable little dog who is as good as gold and was great company for Lupin I would not hesitate to recommend her . Mary and Ken were absolutely wonderful to have as pet sitters. I would give 6 stars if I could. Cheddar got lots of attention and they were always considerate. Just very nice, caring, responsible people. Usually after a pet sit normally I expect to find sheets and towels in pile for me to launder - this time they were done and put away. Excellent communication. Appreciated transportation support. Wonderful with Tabby. Rubbed her tummy and brushed her fur. Maintained house very well. We felt confident in their skills--peace of mind while we were traveling remotely.

Simply put, Suzanne was the most dependable, competent sitter I have worked with on this site. Never have I felt so at ease about leaving my aging dog with anyone.

This was Kate's second sit with us. This time, Jaret joined her. I really appreciate that Jaret took the time to fetch keys and get to know the apartment and cats some days prior to the sit. I am sure that the cats were well taken care of by the two of them. Both furry friends were very relaxed when we returned. The apartment was clean, and our small garden was well-maintained. Unfortunately, there is a significant downside: our request not to leave items such as clothing, bags, or open suitcases on the floor, as our oldest cat (nearly 16y) tends to pee in/on them (she has this behavior since we got her as a baby), was ignored. This was despite a personal mention during our initial meeting with Jaret, specific warning in the Welcome Guide, and two reminders via WhatsApp when I saw photos of bags lying on the floor. Now, the wooden floor in two rooms of our brand new apartment is "decorated" with two large und one small dark/black urine stains, as the mishaps were only noticed days later and not cleaned up right away. This very costly damage is extremely frustrating for us, even more because it could have been easily avoided. To say that we are disappointed is an understatement.

Mary was a great petsitter. She asked good questions after receiving our Kitty Guide. House was immaculate, plants and kitties were happy when we got home.

Lillian was absolutely amazing! She worked with me and had clear communication (and sent amazing photos of my cats) throughout my absence. My animals loved her and when I came home they were well taken care of and clean/groomed. Also when I came home she had cleaned the place, even more so than how I had left it. I highly recommend her for anyone considering getting a house and pet sitter.

Susan and her side-kick Gerry did a wonderful job caring for our home and our sweet lil terrier mix, Piper while we were away. They arrived promptly and it didn’t take long for us to feel confident that things would be fine while we were away. Communication was great! Our house was neat and tidy when we got home; very nice to come home to find things all squared away after a long trip! I highly recommend Susan and Gerry!

Leticia was a wonderful sitter!! She was a great communicator, wonderful with Freddie, took great care of the place. I'd have her back anytime!

Bhali and Vid were incredible caregivers to my cat and my home! They were easy to communicate with leading up to their week-long visit and were very self sufficient. I also loved the little touches like sending artistic photos of my cat and a sweet and heartfelt welcome when I came home. I HIGHLY recommend them and will be inviting them back to my own home soon!!

Laura stepped in for us on short notice after another house sitter broke their agreement and cancelled a few days before our departure. She had provided excellent care before for us, and was excellent again! Our cat was incredibly happy and lets Laura rub his belly (we can't!), and she took care of the house immaculately. She also stayed in touch with us just the right amount to ease our mind without being intrusive while we were on our trip. She is a careful, problem-solving, generous, kind, and capable person and I have no fears ever in recommending her to anyone. We are so grateful to her for her care and kindness in helping us out in this case and doing such a professional job. She is a highly professional and compassionate individual.
