We had a lovely stay at Alex's place. Communication was great prior to our stay and we had a call beforehand to discuss the requirements and better understand the house, pets and the local area and Alex followed up by sending a guide to help us out while we were here including lots of things to explore in the local area. Alex and family were very welcoming when we arrived showing us around and introducing us to Bramble, Teasel and Tommy. They had even left some supplies for us to enjoy after our journey. Throughout our stay they stayed in touch and were very accommodating of our young children. Bramble and Teasel are very relaxed and enjoy snoozing most of the time and a good cuddle! We had some fun walks in the fields by the house and they also travel really well in the car and are great companions. They were great with other dogs and with the kids who loved spending time with them and playing with them. Tommy was also low maintenance and friendly. He gets on well with the dogs and liked to be stroked and was very tolerant of the kids excitement to see him! The surrounding area was lovely for walks with an interesting historical church next door and beautiful, peaceful countryside on the doorstep. The local farm shop a few miles away has lots of delightful treats and we also visited Ross-on-Wye, Monmouth & Hereford which were all nice places with lots of activities. The Wye Valley butterfly zoo was great fun for the kids and we also enjoyed the stunning scenery of the Brecon Beacons and Llanthony Abbey as well as the beautiful town of Hay-on-Wye. Alex's house was also delightful. Very charming and comfortable with a lovely garden. Unfortunately the weather wasn't conducive to getting the tennis rackets out for a game on the court in the garden! We are all very thankful for such a great stay and for the warmth and kindness of Alex and family who even arranged to reunite us with a couple of items we left behind! Highly recommend this stay!
Jo and I spoke prior to the sit and there was lots of information provided. Great directions and details on how to gain access. Disco and Mouse, what can I say. There are the sweetest pair. I almost immediately fell in love with Disco, she has such a sweet disposition and is well trained. She’s excellent on recall, on the lead and loves playing fetch. Just a delight to look after. Mouse is mega cute and chatty. By the second day she was more used to me and always happy when being fed:) The house itself if well appointed, the bedroom is spacious and the comfiest bed I’ve ever spelt in. Highly recommended sit and I’d love to see them both again ❤️
Such a lovely family to house sit for and Mac, the dog, was absolutely amazing company and we had some really great walks in the fields and parks nearby. My room with ensuite was just wonderful and the rest of the house is modern and spacious. Sandy set me up in his office when I got there which was a bonus so I could get some work done. Great location, loads to do and convenient. Highly recommended!!!!!

Our dog Molly has had a wonderful stay with Tanya! Tanya and her husband love dogs and it really shows with the care provided for the pets they look after. I stumbled on Tracy's Pet Services after a couple of years of relying on random people from the internet to watch my cat Ruby. Tracy has the best pet services. Through Tracy we found Tanya. Or Aunty Tanya. while other pet services would not take my Luna as she was shy and had anxieties I found Tanya, who is amazing with my dog, both Tracy and Tanya took the time to allow luna to get to know her surrounds and were patient with her. We made a plan gradually being her in, 1 hr then 24 hrs preparing luna for the week or 2 week holidays. Luna settled in very well. I have now used Tracy’s pet services and Tanya numerous time. I cannot fault them. Always kind patient and loving, Tanya treats luna as part of the family, when we go on holiday luna has her holidays as well. . We get daily reports and pictures of luna while we are away. Cannot fault them! We will continue to use them. :)
My cat Angie is so much better now that Grace is caring for her at home. It gives me the freedom to travel without the stress of having an anxious cat for weeks afterwards. Tracey’s Pet Services are reliable and professional and prices are comparable with local catteries, and I get a house sitter as well. They take good care of my home, check mail, water my plants as well as play with Angie. An amazing service!!
So happy with Tracy’s Pet Services, our carer Grace has been fantastic with my cat Macy who is quite timid and requires daily medication. Our holidays are so much more enjoyable knowing I don’t have to worry about Macy and that she can stay at home and receive daily visits and quality care from her new friend, Grace.
Steph & Adrian are nothing but incredible. I’ve been sending my Staghound, Tori here 3 days a week & for occasional overnights for a few months now. I just can’t get over how accommodating they are. I adopted T a year ago not knowing she suffers from severe Separation Anxiety. To the point where she can’t be at home by herself, ever. As I slowly work through these issues and help her gain confidence to do so, S&A have saved us. I can ALWAYS count on S&A to have her. There have been times I’ve texted Steph last minute asking if she can stay overnight or be minded for an hour so I can do food shopping, go out for dinner or run into the office - and she has replied almost instantly with a yes every time. We’ve tried multiple daycares before finding S&A but I wouldn’t take Tori anywhere else now. I truly believe their services are better than a commercial daycare & the pricing is insane compared to what some places in Adelaide charge. They constantly update me with photos (see some of the photos I’ve received attached), keep her stimulated & provide a safe space for her to thrive with her friends. Tori almost jumps out the window every time we pull onto the street now, she loves going there so much. When we eventually overcome Tori’s anxieties, I will continue to send her to Steph and Adrian a few days a week to keep her social, stimulated and just because she loves it so much! They are so friendly and they love all the dogs like their own. If you need a day care or sitter, do yourself a favour & go and have a meet & greet. You and your pup won’t regret it 🐾
We were so happy with S&A Dog Sitting! The meet and greet went so smoothly and they were so informative and reassuring. We knew our pup was in good hands and the updates via email while we were away gave us piece of mind that our pooch was well taken care of. We will definitely be using them again! My puppy stayed there one day and she didn't want to leave. They have been keeping me posted during the day about her being. We definitely will leave our puppy here with confidence that she's been cared for and loved and played safely with other dogs.
This was the first time I have had my puppy looked after. I was concerned about him going to a normal kennel. Steph and Adrian were amazing providing updates with photos almost everyday. Stephanie and Adrian provide a loving environment for the dogs they look after. The yard is big for all the dogs to play. They take all dogs needs into account. I would highly recommend them to looking after your dog whether it be for day care, overnight care or long stays.
I can not rate Adrian and Steph highly enough. They looked after our Cavoodle Eddie for many times over the last year. Their love and care for Eddie was apparent from the word go. Each time Eddie left then he grieved, each time we took him back he wa so excited. I can not recommend their services highly enough.
Kathryn is lovely and the facilities that she has are spacious and clean. My cat was well looked after and her prices are very reasonable even during the school holidays period. I will use her services again.
Being new to Adelaide with two newly adopted rescue kittens, I was keen to find a cattery that would take great care of my babies when I was travelling. Oliver and Minnie have stayed at Kathryn's cattery three times now and they love it! Kathryn shows such love and genuine care for all her fur-residents and their individual needs. We feel very lucky to have found Kathryn and we highly recommend her cattery.
Kathryn took great care if our two cats. The facilities are clean and well kept. A good place to leave our precious animals when we need to.

I inspected other pet accommodation facilities and was less than impressed. A tin shed with little to no natural light is not acceptable for pet boarding in my opinion. Beau’s Pet Hotel offers accommodation similar to what a true home environment is like. Bright airy rooms with windows, a private courtyard and exercise 3 times a day on a grassed area instead of concrete. This was of utmost importance to me, I couldn’t have enjoyed my holiday if my dog was sitting in a cold tin shed on a cheap worn bed, in fact I wouldn’t have gone at all. I could see that my boy enjoyed his stay with Beau’s, the smile on his face said it all. Well done Beau’s Pet Hotel for offering quality boarding that the dogs actually enjoy.

Beau's cared for our three cats during our holiday in Japan. Two of the cats are very sensitive and missed us. Beau's lovely staff could not have been more kind and caring giving us regular updates on their progress. Beau's Pet Hotel is light, bright, clean and comfortable and I would recommend it to any pet owner.
I’ve been using Beau’s Pet Hotel for just over three years now for my dogs. Biscuit and Toffee both absolutely adore the staff and I know they will be loved and cared for whenever I go on holiday. I get regular updates from Beau’s and they have so many wonderful extras for your pups you can add on to their stay. I have very social dogs, so I always add on the half day daycare option for them. Will always use Beau’s for when I’m travelling and need to board my dogs. All the staff are absolutely wonderful and caring. 10/10 would recommend.
Our 11yr old golden retriever had the most wonderful stay at Beau’s pet hotel. We can’t rate the care high enough. The regular updates and photos shared with us while we were away from our precious boy were so reassuring and gave us the peace of mind we needed being so far away on our travels. Great facilities. So clean and Rem loves going there. The staff are great and you can tell they love him back. Comes out clean and happy. So convenient that you can drop off and collect at your chosen time. Great for overnight stays and long stays. He has three runs a day on grassed area so works out well.
Super happy with Beau's. Both my dogs are of age, so I was extra worried about them. They are both use to being inside so the temp controlled rooms was perfect. The fact that someone also took them outside a few times each day for some sunshine, fresh air, love and attention made me so happy. The lovely updates with photos of their stay was really appreciated, made me more at ease. The staff were very friendly, professional and genuinely love their job and the pets they look after.
Bertie's pawcation was an absolute success. While he was a little anxious on day 1 he settled very quickly with lots of cuddles from the team and daily play sessions outside. We can highly recommend Beau's.
First time we have used Beau’s pet motel and it won’t be the last time. The team are friendly and clearly have a passion for their work but also for the animals they take care of. Our dog was old 17 so were no longer comfortable with Kennels. So we used this service and got a lovely lady who cared for our Lab for two nights. Easy and organised. I liked the fact that they put a tag on her so that if she did get out that their organisation would be called.

Paige was very easy to deal with and we used her to walk our dog down the isle for our wedding. Her communication was great from the start and made our process easy to walk or dog down the isle and had good ideas to get photos with her and mainly looked after our dog very well transporting from the wedding back to our air bnb. Oh my gosh. Paige was the real hero of our wedding. With our dog Millie not feeling 100% the week of our wedding Paige was extremely supportive. During a stressful wedding morning, Paige took her to the vet on the way to the ceremony and went above and beyond to make sure she was ok and that we also knew she was ok. She helped with all our photos (including fixing up myself as the bride) and was an absolute delight!! We are soooo thankful for her. Best decision ever. Highly recommend!!!
Squid the ever charming Dachshund spent 3.5 weeks with Paige from Adelaide Dog Co while we were overseas. He was immediately welcomed into her home and seemed to settle very well. We received regular updates about his day, his shenanigans and the adventures he undertook with Paige. He got plenty of interaction with other dogs which was a bonus for us as its not his usual experience. Paige did a wonderful job looking after Lola, our cocker spaniel, when we went away. She sent regular updates and we knew she was getting the best care possible. Since then we have a second cocker, Reggie. Paige did training with him and Lola when we were having some issues and the results have paid off. Remember those trips to your favourite Aunty and then the bonus of meeting the cool kid next door! Well that reflected Zalas time with Paige, she had a blast. Maybe a teensy bit spoilt but came home with improved manners and recharged after lots of walks and playtime with Enzo the cool kid! Paige was absolutely amazing with our cavoodle Romeo! We did a 7 day board and train. We came to Paige asking to help us with crate training and no jumping on the couch when uninvited and place command to allow us some respite at night in between puppy zoomies. We have seen such a positive difference with Romeo and we can’t thank Paige enough. He is now able to stay in place for a long duration when asked and he is a much better behaved dog for us. We had decided that we needed a little extra help with our Ivy, two year old Kelpie. Trained from a pup we had mastered all the basics but we were noticing Ivy’s reactivity on walks and to visitors was not getting better … this is where Paige came in and helped us. Under her guidance we’ve very quickly managed to start the change and with more practice and consistency I think we’ll get there. We won’t hesitate to have Paige back for any issues or concerns and we appreciate her care and interest in Ivy’s welfare. Thank you, Paige!!
We are so thankful to Paige for helping us to be the best pawrents to our Chilli girl. When we first met Paige, Chilli was having some big problems with aggression, anxiety, and an overall lack of obedience. Paige was so patient and kind with Chilli (and with us!), but also had the control and the knowledge that supported Chilli to be a more confident and obedient pup. She has come leaps and bounds already, only after two sessions. Definitely recommend Adelaide Dog Co to anyone who feels they need help with any area of dog training.
I couldn’t recommend Paige more highly. A fantastic dog sitter who I trust 100%. She not only looks after them like they’re her own, she works to get them to behave better than when their owners left them. Which is a big ask in the case of my three rat bags 🤣 I have recommended Paige to so many friends for walking, training and sitting and everyone has been beyond thrilled.

We have used this place many times over the years for our cat with no issues. The original owners were great. We haven’t been impressed with the new owners. On our last trip away we boarded our cat there for 10 days. On our return she wasn’t herself which ended in a trip to the vet. Since then she has lost 2 kilos in weight with more trips to the vet ongoing. I don’t know what happened there while we were gone but I couldn’t trust them as far as I could throw them now. They no longer have my recommendation at all. The owner said he would contact me a few days after I spoke to him about the state of our cat but guess what, no call back. Didn’t care. Make your own mind up if you use them.
My anxious and temperamental 12 year old Maltese recently spent 2 1/2 weeks here. When I collected him he was calm but attentive. His behavior, both at pickup and ongoing at home, made me feel very confident that he had been well cared for. The staff are friendly and thorough with noting specific health and behavioral details. I won’t hesitate to use this kennel again.
I have recently come across a small handful of reviews of this business on Facebook and this platform, which strike me as full of vitriol and venom. I feel compelled to give my personal account as my experience couldn't be more opposed. I am a regular and repeat customer of Andy and Claire's business. They have been looking after my dog for well over a year. Every time I collect him, he is happy, clean and well fed. By my experience, both Andy and Claire are animal loving and heart centred. I cannot recommend their business enough and I will not take my dog anywhere else. I have nothing to gain from promoting Dogs and Mogs and have no other connection with them, other than my repeated custom. Quite frankly, the bitterness and negativity in that minority of reviews came across to me as some sort of attack which is why I felt it judicious to share my experience with Dogs and Mogs. As I stated, I highly recommend them on all fronts.
Our 2 dogs have been going here for many years & always run in to greet the staff. We have just been away for 4 weeks & they are very good with Millie, who has anxiety issues & is on several different medications twice a day. We know that they are safe & secure with people that they know.
Please for the love of your pet, DO NOT take your dog to this place. We left our kelpie here for 3 weeks while on holiday to come back and find he was malnourished, had lost 3kg, was covered in muck, his dog bed and toys were all destroyed ( he had never destroyed a bed before ). The owners provided no explanation, we took him to the vet and they said he hadn't eaten in about a week. Absolutely disgusting! Reported to the rspca!
Since the new owners took over, it has been amazing. We got emails with pictures of how our dog was doing while away which was lovely. Our dog was so happy and well looked after. We couldn't be happier with them
My dog Milo has stayed with them a handful of times now and the staff are fantastic with her. Milo is a nervous dog and they're so kind and patient with her. They're amazing. I would definitely recommend them.😁 …
I have been coming here for many years and the service is always amazing, i can tell they really care about my doggos which are not the most well-behaved dogs in the world but they treat them with kindness and love. My dogs absolutely love coming here and are exhausted by the time they leave. The lady who is there most of the time im not sure of her name, but she is the most patient kind woman you will ever meet, you can tell she is a real animal lover. Would highly recommend this place to look after your fur babies. 😊
I have been regularly boarding my little dog here over the past few years usually between 2 to 4 weeks at a time. What I like about this boarding kennel...friendly staff, good value, great care (my dog had a couple of health issues and both times she was looked after with vet care and medications and closely monitored). I also like how the girls give her extra attention and entertaining her by playing with her. She's always happy, excited and healthy when I pick her up. I highly recommend Dogs and Mogs.
It is evident that Kylie really cares and goes the extra mile for your pets. She really treats them like they were her own. I have really sensitive cats who find strangers threating however they bonded with Kylie straight away. Kylie sends updates and photos each day and makes helpful suggestions as an added touch. Would highly recommend.
While living in Brooklyn Park Kylie would check in on my cat, Charlie, whenever I was away. My cat doesn’t usually like strangers but after a few visits she started to really love Kylie. Kylie would not only give Charlie her food, fresh water, and change her kitty litter, but she would stay and spend some time with her. After each visit Kylie would send a detailed update with lots of photos and videos. I have since moved away from the area and have really struggled to find anyone that even comes close to the level of care that Kylie had. Kylie is the best pet sitter you will find!
I can not sing Kylie at West Adelaide Pet sitters praise highly enough! She is absolutely fantastic, so professional and caring. As it was getting colder I didn't want to have to put our puppies in boarding, theyre used of coming in & out as they please - I wanted to find someone to come to our place, look after the puppies, cats, cover the bird and let them know they are still loved - and particularly needed to find someone who was able to give our 9yo Diabetic Groodle her insulin injection morning & night. After much research I came across West Adelaide Pet Sitters, after the initial contact with Kylie we organized a time for her to come meet the family and learn what was required, Kylie was so professional, she took so many notes so as she was aware of everything that was needed of her. Bruce, our rather boisterous Red Kelpie X Husky, who can be quite daunting on meeting - was eating out of Kylies hand within minutes - which does not happen often! After each of Kylies visits she sends messages and photos of what happened, what they where doing, had done - fantastic. Kylie can (and will be in the future ) look after Our Family any day - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kylie and WEST ADELAIDE PET SITTERS.
Kylie is absolutely fantastic! I can't recommend her and her fantastic service enough. Not only did she take great care of my sweet cat while we were away (giving medication, cuddles and sending daily pics & updates), she offered to look after her for the day while we moved house (she's not only great with pets but a lifesaver too!). She is an absolute gem and definitely recommend her services.
I can't speak highly enough of Kylie and the absolutely wonderful care of my cats Shadow and Jag. Kylie started looking after my cats early 2017 after Shadow hadn't been well staying at a local cattery. Not the cattery's fault at all as Shadow had a cat flu virus that decided to kick into high gear while I was away overseas. It was that incident that prompted me into having another go at trying to find someone to look after my cats in their home environment. After a discussion with the cat's vet and a few follow up emails, I found West Adelaide Pet Sitters aka Kylie. The first booking didn't quite go as planned as Jag ended up cutting her foot and had to be taken to the vet but Kylie was absolutely wonderful getting here there and then looking after her post the visit. My partner went from grumbling about giving someone access to our house to saying he wanted Kylie to look after our two cats from then on. So from there Shadow and Jag had multiple visits from their "personal concierge" service as I started calling it. Unfortunately, Shadow passed away in July and I really appreciated Kylie's care of him right up to when I had to make the difficult decision that it was time for him to rest easy. After that, her care of dealing with Jag who had suddenly become a solo cat for the first time in her 10 years of living was great. Thank you again Kylie for all your wonderful care and I can't recommend West Adelaide Pet Sitters enough.
