5 ✴️✴️✴️✴️✴️ SIT !!! Dearest Jackie, Ross (such warm, kind, interesting couple 🩷🩷🩷), poultry 🐔🐔🐔, Enzo 🐱 and Lola 🐱 ... When we got out at your house I looked out at several horses 🐎🐎🐎. OMG... what a great start. You guided us through your beautiful and unique home 🏡 and garden in a short time to explain the "expectations". Everything was well prepared and clear. Thanks for that 💜. The communication before and during the sit was in a pleasant, solution-oriented and sweet manner 🧸. Surroundings: what a unique location... dead-end street, enormous nature reserve 't Bluk within cycling distance, Utrecht,... too much to mention !!! A car is recommended. Poultry 🐔🐔🐔: Very easy to take care of and relaxing to watch them roam around, Heidi is a lap sitter and enjoys petting. 🌼 TIP for future sitters 🌼 Heidi was broody, so because of the warm weather we took her out of the coop several times a day and put her on the other side of the beautiful garden for a sand bath and to stretch her legs. Cats 🐱🐱 : 🌼 TIP for future sitters 🌼 Enzo (bigger + a bit white / VERY SHY) and Lola (smaller / LESS SHY): because Jackie and Ross had left without us knowing where the cats were (house, garden, garage, garden shed,... ???) did this cause some stress during the first few days (where are they, not locked up somewhere?). One review said "cat likes to lie on lap" + we could NOT meet Jackie's expectations (for example: cats in the kitchen at night). The cats are very, very shy so we hardly saw them. After 4 days I called Jackie to discuss what we did best. Fortunately, the weather was warm and dry, so the cats could enjoy eating, drinking and sleeping outside in the garden 👍. Until the end of the sit we barely saw Enzo (only from a distance) and Lola a few times a day. It's a pity that we couldn't spoil them with cuddles 😪. I mention this for the next sitters AND with good intentions 🩷. Jackie and Ross 🍀... We 🙏 you had a relaxing trip and enjoyed it 🌞🍽🏖!!! We hope that you think we did our best (in any case, we tried to do so with a sense of responsibility and much love). What a lovely housesit. Hannah and Nick made me feel completely welcome in their lovely home. I had my own guest room with ensuite. Looking after Goose was a joy. He has such a beautiful energy - young and playful, but also very relaxed at home. Hannah went through Goose's routine, which included lots of enrichment activities to keep a young dog happy. Folkestone is a great place to enjoy many different walks. Goose loves interacting with other dogs and everyone we encountered was very friendly. If you are looking for a lovely seaside break with great four-legged company, I highly recommend this one.
Such a wonderful Pet Sit! Manuela was lovely and showed us so much hospitality. We stayed with her the night before she left on her trip and she went above and beyond with things like picking us up from the train station, showed us around town and took us out for a meal. She even made us a really cute card (she is great at art) and gave us welcome chocolates. Trixxie was also a wonderful cat to be around. She is very vocal and good at communicating so she is very easy to look after because she always tells you what she wants. She can easily be left alone for large periods too for anyone wanting to explore beautiful Switzerland. She’s very sweet and likes to be picked up. Manuela’s apartment is also great. It’s in a great area near the centre of town and is very nice and modern. It even has its own private lift. The outdoor area was our favourite and a wonderful spot to hang out with Trixxie each morning and evening. We’d highly recommend this stay to anyone thinking about it! It couldn’t have been better!
Liz and Richard were very welcoming and it was lovely to meet them before the sit and see how everything worked. Richard's detailed instructions on the website were very helpful as well . Ella is a quiet beauty, independent as any cat should be, and easy to care for. I had a lovely, peaceful time sitting in the spacious and very sunny (in February) kitchen with Ella purring on my knee. The house is spacious and I had a sunny bedroom looking out over the garden and my own bathroom. The village gives easy access by bus or car to Oxford and all its attractions. But since I live nearby anyway, I just relaxed in the nicely private space the house offers. I'd certainly recommend this sit to anyone. Thank you Richard, Liz and Ella.

We had a wonderful time with Piggy. She is so affectionate and calm. It is so easy to take care of her. Be aware, you will most probably fall in love. Anna is very kind and welcoming, she made us feel like at home. She has a lovely place in a very quiet area. It was a great experience, 100% recommended!
