Neil and Fiona’s second time sitting our groodle, cat and house and once again exceptional service. This time it was for longer (a whole month), we were overseas so only contactable with a delay and during the summer, so we had to factor in the possibility of their having to deal with bushfires. We agreed to communicate by Whatsapp and that worked well with our receiving regular photos of Brownie and Pudding enjoying themselves. Fortunately Neil and Fiona didn’t have to enact our bushfire plan but it was a comfort to be able to have a sensible conversation about that with them before we went away and know that they would deal with any issues should they arise. We came home to a meal of roast chicken and veg (so thoughtful, thanks Fiona for that and for the snacks you gave us for our flight), a clean house and garden which had survived the summer and most importantly, two happy and healthy pets. We recommend them without reservation, and are only sad we won’t be able to use them for our next sit. Good luck on your travels Neil and Fiona!
