Lovely large comfortable home and very well behaved Etta (cat), Julian (guinea pig) and the girls (bantams). Suzi and Richard are delightful and left me clear instructions on looking after the animals and the house. Steyning is a beautiful village in the lee of the south downs with its many walks and beauty spots. Great bus service to surrounding villages and to Brighton and Worthing. A car would be useful but is by no means essential. Thanks Suzi and Richard and I look forward to our next meeting x
This sit was amazing!!! Kelly is an amazing host. She was communicative, friendly, and accommodating. We had a great chat and she was completely honest, accurate, and spot on aboutl Maizey and Nala. Her apartment is very fancy! Great location, nice doormen, quiet, and clean. I loved taking care of Maizey and Nala. They are sweet, loving, clean, and well behaved. They have such personalities and are entertaining. Kelly also provided an amazing guide to the girls, apartment, and area. I wish every host was as detailed and considerate. I can write full page essay how much we enjoyed sitting for Taggart & Haggis. They are the sweetest dogs ever! always ready for walks and cuddle. Taggart is very energetic enjoy chasing the ball for hours while Haggis is more laid back boy. We loved having them around all day and it was very hard to leave on the last day. Fiona provided excellent instructions on what required before the trip and always in touch if we had any questions. The flat is in fantastic location, a few minutes down to the beach, up the street there are plenty of lovely cafe, supermarkets, pubs and take away. Also nice nature areas within 30min drive where you can take the dogs as they do very well with car ride. Many dog friendly cafe and restaurants in Brighton. It was a pleasure to stay at Fiona's and got to look after the wonderful Westies!! Thank you so much for having us xx
First, the house - it’s a work of art. You can tell the owner has worked away at this home for many years. It’s so beautiful and so peaceful. I could stay indefinitely! Second, the animals - I’m in love. Mika is such a loving dog and she’s so well behaved and feeding the rabbit oats from my hand warmed my heart. Both animals are so easy to care for. Communication and all the info for the sit were very clear.
We had a lovely time looking after Ruby in Nicola’s beautiful home. House is clean and tidy, has beautiful outdoor area and the bed was super comfy. It is rural but also surrounded by other houses so not at all isolated. We met a few neighbours out with their dogs/horses and everyone was very friendly. Ruby was a gem to look after. She’s very cute, very well behaved and a pleasure to take care of. Nicola was really welcoming and I’d absolutely recommend this house sit 😊

Cindy has been coming to our home to walk our two dogs off/on for a few years now and we love her - she is flexible, friendly, reliable, and most importantly our dogs love their time with Cindy. In addition, Cindy has taken our dogs on numerous occasions over to her place for doggy daycare- they get to run around and play with other dogs all day long and come back super happy and very tired. Cindy and her husband are the absolute best. When my husband and I were working a demanding call center job, they watched my cane corso Bentley, and also adjusted their hours to accommodate our schedules. They are the sweetest ever and will make sure you and your pups feel like family!
When looking for someone to drop in twice a day and feed the cat in our absence I asked for community referrals. Almost all the responses were recommendations for Cindy. Its been a few years now and she has done an awesome job with my elderly little spitter. I wish I had found her sooner, it would have saved me a lot of worry and stress over the years. she is truly an animal advocate and i highly recommend her.

Critter Sitters takes such good care and they are amazingly kind and communicative. We have referred many friend and neighbors. Our guy is always so happy to spend time with them. I consider it a day at a family member's house with lots of sweet, fun dogs to play with too.

Fabulous boarding! I’ve boarded my fur baby here twice, both long stays, and we’ve had great experiences. The staff is fantastic, my dog has not experienced any major stresses while staying here, and they keep me updated on how she’s doing. Bonus: no fleas or kennel cough afterwards! Super clean facilities, they truly care about taking care of your pet. 10/10 would recommend
Our pups love it here when we are on vacation! They always take such good care of our dogs and especially our senior dog who is deaf and has minimal vision. You can tell everyone there loves what they do and I highly recommend them for pet boarding! Their rates are phenomenal too.
Love this place much! My puppy had a several day stay here and came back so happy!!! The facility is clean and the staff are completely attentive. Before booking I was able to take a full tour of the facility, see all the sleeping spaces and yard areas where my dog would be kept. That made me feel really comfortable to know my little pup would have a clean and happy space to relax in between play times! While she was there, my dog got to play with friends her size, splash around in a little pool, and make friends with the staff. She came back well exercised and clean! I will always use this place as my go to boarding!!! I couldn’t be happier to have a reliable and safe place for my pup and I never have to worry about her while I’m away! We love taking our dog, Casey, to Spring Creek. The staff is always super friendly and they love animals. I am always at ease on vacation because I know Casey is happy. They always tailor her visits to her needs. She is getting pretty old now so her playtimes are with other mellow dogs. When I drop Casey off for each stay, she is always excited and happy to find out she’s at Spring Creek. She loves her visits there.
I used to work here and can say with confidence that all of the pets are cared for to the same degree (if not more) than we care for our own pets. The staff truly loves the dogs and cats (tortoises, bunnies, etc) and they enjoy playing with them, petting them, scratching bellies, and watching the dogs swim during playtimes. I no longer work there and I still wouldn’t trust any other kennel with our dogs. The staff here are well trained and actually NICE/respectful of the animals and their owners. I can’t say the same about other kennels I’ve been to. Their playgrounds are separated and secure. Their runs (kennels) are cleaned multiple times daily and temperature controlled. They even have their own little outside area they can use to hang out or use the bathroom if they have to go when they’re not at playtimes. They give the dogs blankets and pads to lay on but feel free to bring your own pets bed! Manda the manager is amazing and sincerely cares for all of the pets here. They even take special care of older dogs like ours. If they don’t want to play during playtimes, the staff will pet and love on them anyway! They also take pictures of the dogs (and cats) during play times if you request it! I sincerely wouldn’t trust any other dog hotel/kennel with my dogs again! Spring Creek is the only place I trust to actually CARE for my animals ♥️
We have been using Spring Creek for years with our dogs. They are very attentive and our dogs love all of the employees, especially Amanda. We never worry when we have to leave them for extended periods of time because we know they are in great hands.

I cannot thank Precious Petcare and my Wedding Pet Attendants (Hilary & Tory) enough!!! First of all, Leila and her staff were very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process, and they ensured that my 2 fur kids would get the best care possible for my big day. When the big day came, I felt SO comfortable with Hilary & Tory’s capabilities as ‘temporary’ dog mommas for my special day. It took such a HUGE burden and relief off of my shoulders, knowing that they were in such good hands. They were both able to keep my pups calm and happy, even with Scooter’s terrible separation anxiety! They also followed my detailed instructions to a TEE, and walked our ‘Ring Bearer’ and ‘Flower Pup’ down the aisle with no issues! They did an amazing job getting their energy out by constantly walking them around, letting them enjoy nature (they even saw a deer), playing with them, and keeping them well treated and extra cozy (Scooter was warm and wrapped in a blankie when he got chilly!). They truly watched them like hawks, snuggled them, and treated them like their own. When I saw them both with the pups (and heard nothing but amazing comments from my guests!), I knew that they were in amazing hands and I could be calm, relax, and really enjoy myself. They were also a great influence on my young pup, Millie, and her shyness around other people! We noticed such a huge improvement in Millie the day after the wedding! She was like a whole new dog. She’s so much less skittish after having the opportunity to meet with so many guests. I thank Hilary & Tory for giving her that opportunity, as it was much needed for a young rescue dog! They were stellar at their jobs —- they were punctual, kind, calm, professional, organized and dedicated. I also can’t thank them enough for the amazing photos that they sent. They are my absolute favorite photos for sure, and I’m so glad that they captured those moments for me (as the bride misses all the fun! Lol). I highly recommend Precious Petcare!!! 5 stars
We had Hannah with us for our wedding weekend and she exceeded all of our expectations caring for our maltipoo Bear! She continuously went above and beyond to make sure Bear was well fed rested and at the places she needed to be all weekend to be part of our celebrations. I was over the moon knowing Bear was in great hands for 4 days with Hannah until we came back to our hotel every day. Bear was able to join every event we hosted for our guests and I couldn’t be happier! Hannah even helped us every time photos were taken to make sure Bear was smiling & she helped coach Bear to walk down the aisle. Highly highly recommend precious pet care for your wedding or every day sitting needs!!! I wish they were closer to us in Los Angeles so we could use them on the regular :(

My husband and I just returned fron 6 weeks overseas. This is the first time leaving our 14 year old Calico Trixie using a pet service to visit. Our kids work and wanted someone to be with her during the week. We chose Precious Pet Care from Yelp reviews!! Not disappointed! Janna was our sitter the whole time away. She came 3 times a week. She shared pictures, communication/update and videos of how Trixie was doing. She respected our request to change Trix's ice water (spoiled kitty). Plated with her, gave her special treat! Brushed her. Cleaned her litter box. So much more. She treated her as I would have!! 🙂 Trixie was recently diagnosed with kidney disease and has specialized diet. From the start everyone Leila who helped me through the process made me feel secure and warm to their services.
I've used Precious Petcare the past few months for Doggie Daycare for my pup Cash. He always comes back happy and exhausted. This past week we were out of the country for our wedding and I felt at ease every time I received a daily update and pictures showing that he was well taken care of and enjoying himself with the other pups. Thank you Leila and the team for taking good care of my baby. We are so happy to have found this place for daycare and boarding.
We have taken our active dog, Anda, to Precious Pet Care for daycare, overnight stays, and boarding for the past few months. This is the first time that Anda has been to daycare and it is safe to say he loves its! Anda gets to play outside with all the dogs and gets lots of attention from the staff at Precious Pet Care. There is a good variety of dogs, and our dog has befriended the owner's dog. Whenever he comes home he looks very happy and is tired the rest of the day from all the play time. The staff are mindful to make sure he eats his meals and uses the bathroom regularly. They appropriately supervise to ensure he gets along with the other dogs. They also are very flexible with drop off/pick up times and communicative with us, sending daily updates with photos and videos. Most recently, he spent the holidays boarding at Precious Pet Care during our vacation. He definitely got a lot of attention, as there was a doggy holiday party with special treats, a Christmas photo shoot, and he came back with a gift bag and report card for his stay. We would absolutely recommend Precious Pet Care to anyone looking for a homey place for their dog to stay for any of the services they offer.
We booked Precious Pet Care for their wedding pet attendant service, and I highly recommend them!! We wanted to have our dog walk in the ceremony and have someone look after him at the Airbnb during the reception, but didn’t want to have any of our friends/family do it and miss out on the celebration. Precious Pet Care was the perfect solution! With everything that goes on during your wedding day, it was great to know that our dog was cared for and happy! Now I’ll be honest, our dog is not the best trained and can be very excitable, but Johnny did a fantastic job getting his energy out beforehand and keeping him entertained all day so he was comfortable when it came time for the ceremony! We got so many cute pictures with our pup too! It meant so much to have our dog with us on our big day and know he was safe and happy while we celebrated the night away! If that sounds like something you’d also want for your wedding, Precious Pet Care is the way to go!
Precious Pet Care was great in assisting us with the care of our pets Emma and Gracie on 4.02.23 - for my daughter's wedding! Leila was super helpful and responsive to our questions, and she and Ashley arrived early (before we did!) and were very attentive to Emma & Gracie during the course of the day - allowing my family to relax and enjoy this very special day! They made sure our girls were walked, fed, hydrated, entertained and calm throughout the day. They then returned them to our Airbnb, let them play outside for a bit, and made sure that they had food & water to last them until we returned. Before they left, they sent us pics of our pups relaxing at the house, which enabled us to enjoy the rest of the evening - knowing that they were safe, secure and had everything they needed. Without their awesome wedding pet attendant services, including our pups in my daughter's big day would have been next to impossible.
My dog Percy is really shy and is scared of everything and everyone. He just hides behind me whenever I take him to dog park. He takes a long time to trust a person or a dog. Leila has been phenomenal at taking care of Percy and she has helped him come out of his shell. She has been very patient and accommodating with him. She has made him a more confident and a playful puppy who can now explore the park on his own and play with dogs his size. Percy has been a part of Leila's doggie field day every week and I have been seeing drastic improvements in his behavior. All thanks to Leila! Percy loves her so much and he is so excited to see her every week. She even made this shy guy find his doggie best friends. I am very grateful that I found her and honestly, she is one of the best things that has happened to my Percy!
Absolutely loved this service for our wedding! We couldn’t imagine our big day without our pup and Leila made it all possible! She was amazing with Archie and it made the day less stressful! I couldn’t recommend Precious Pet Care more to other couples for their wedding day!
DO NOT LET YOUR FURRY FAMILY MEMBERS STAY AT THIS HORRIBLE, UNSAFE FACILITY. THEY LIE AND DO NOT CARE PROPERLY FOR OUR ANIMALS. Our Rocky stayed in their doggie clubhouse in May 2024 and came home with a terrible wound on his nose. When we picked him up, the staff had no idea what happened and blamed us saying that we brought him there like that. So then we were left with no answers and worried that a dog bit him or an infection happened. It gets worse. We escalated this to their owner Barbra and she had no remorse or accountability, instead, she first admitted that other dogs have also gotten into this situation (please see her email) and refuses to fix it. Most recently, we decided to give them one more chance (horrible idea) but today, unfortunately, they REFUSED to let Rocky stay and said that he was the ONLY dog that this has happened to, to try and save themselves, they basically just did not want to deal with us because they knew they were in the WRONG. When I have proof other dogs have also gotten hurt - so I will be escalating this with the county to ensure they cannot operate in this matter putting dogs at risk!!!! I am sure they will respond to this post with some more lies. The bottom line is I have proof of you lying and having an unsafe environment for our dogs - so it would be hilarious if you would try and defend this.
I have boarded my American Eskimo here a few times and as a nervous dog owner I love the option to watch the dog on the camera. The girls are so sweet and comforting to me and love Hughie! The prices are really good for boarding in the area. Love!
I have two Jack Russells...very hard to keep busy and satisfied yet the nice folks over at bark park seem to do a fantastic job! Place us clean, staff is professional. Pric s are great. They all obviously love dogs. I will continue to take them there. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a few hours of care to overnight or vacation stays!!!
First time using this boarding place and I’m impressed with everything. My Maddie girl in the brown is a rescue and she came with extreme separation anxiety and nervousness. We have worked past most of that but I was so worried to board her that it would be traumatic for her… BUT I’m happy to say it was a total success and this place was amazing! The care and attentiveness to my pup was amazing and they kept me updated through my whole 5 day trip! Pictures and phone calls! I’m so impressed and I give more then 5 stars!
Update: We’ve continued to use bark park since our first incident and I’m happy to report that everything has gone well and we haven’t had an issue with our dogs. We make sure to verify that they will be housed separately and they have. I would recommend this place to anyone, just be sure to verify any special requests. Original Post: The staff is friendly. The housing seems good but we were told that our dogs would be housed in separate kennels. We asked them at drop off that it’s a must. They said it would be done. They did not follow the directions and housed them together. Sure enough they fought and one of our dogs came home with a gash on his head. Disappointed to say the least. Might give them another chance and update my review. Just stating the truth
My dog looked beautiful and happy! I also got the bath service, they did a fantastic job! Sadly the pick up picture ended up blurry. Purple leash photo is her after pickup. You can see the difference in her fur. Staff seemed loving and attentive. Very fair rates!! They deserve tips!
I have been gone and taken my dogs there before however this time around I felt we were taken advantage on the stay. I dropped off our dog at 7 AM for boarding. Called the next day in the morning to let them know we were in our way. Called for 2 hours with no answer. Once we went to pick up they charged us for two days and play time that I did not approve. I asked why I was being charged two days of boarding when she only stayed one night. They said they were charging me two days because she was using the kennel for the next day. Im like ya she is yeah it is because she spent the night. Thats what boarding is. She said they charge by the day now. This makes no sense.
Easy and reasonable. My dog had no complaints.

We were scared taking our dog to the daycare because we just got him from the shelter recently and Julie, Alyx, and Elisia took him back to and we were eased at how well they handled him and answered our questions. When we came to pick him back up, they were able to get in him for another daycare session, and change our booking for his boarding. They made us feel comfortable and at ease leaving our dog there. Would highly recommend.
First, Amanda and her crew are amazing people and take very good care of our lil fur babies when where out of town. Secondly, our fur babies are always tired after there vacation from pets playhouse. Thanks again pets playhouse for all you do with our babies!
My dog came home with a cut on her eye lid. She had something green in her fur and she was very thirsty & exhausted. I'm not sure what went on there but I would say it's a very sketchy situation & I would never board her again at this place.
Hands down and 100% the best doggy daycare & boarding service out there!!! Amanda and her family loved my dog chance like he was their own. she time and time again went above and beyond in her care, communication, professionalism and deep love for my pup. My dog is a rescue, he is shy and not very trusting bust after 3 days of daycare with Amanda she quickly become one of his most favorite people. Leaving him with her for work or a trip was never hard on my heart because i knew he was probably have more fun with her than he dose with me. She feed my dog, snuggled him, took him on field trips, and threw him a birthday party. Needless to say, if your looking for a daycare or boarding service you will be hard pressed to find anything better than Amanda and her company.
Here's the review: Amanda is an amazing dog sitter and treats my Berkeley as if he was her own. She creates a great and safe atmosphere for the dogs and has a nice house to dog sit. The best thing about Amanda is her accommodations. She accommodates and rearranges her schedule to match mine. I recommend Amanda to anyone who wants their fur baby to feel safe and have a great time
My dog absolutely loves Pets Playhouse! He attends full-time and it is the best decision I have ever made. Amanda is so good with all of her fur babies! my dog gets so excited in the car knowing that we are headed there. He has so many friends and he is not stuck at home by himself all day while I'm at work. I highly recommend Pets Playhouse to anyone who wants their dog to be in a positive, playfull and safe environment. Amanda is also very accommodating when it comes to pick up and drop of times. With my job my schedule changes quite a bit and I have never had any problems!

Amanda took care of my cat for a few months. It was definitely outside of her normal type of work but she was willing to help me out when I was in between apartments and needed my cat to have a place to stay. She would let me come visit him frequently and treated him just like the family. She was responsive to my questions and I never had any concerns. Thank you for helping me out!
I took my dog Mami to Pets Playhouse while I was on a business trip. Amanda was amazing. She cared for my little buddy as if she were her own dog. I have two dogs and a fish. I was nervous about leaving them while out of town. Both of my dogs are around 6 years old. One I've had since he was a puppy and he had not been separated from me for more than a day since autumn of 2019, in part due to the pandemic. The other dog is a rescue from the Humane Society who has been with me a year and a half. He is a real mommy's boy too because he already suffered the trauma of losing an owner. So, I was very nervous about leaving them for a week. I made the plans a few months in advance and helped my dogs get used to the dog walkers by scheduling a couple dog walks a month on days when I would not be home. I think that helped a lot to prepare everyone for me being gone for a week. This is a great service especially if you have multiple pets and like to have your house checked on when you are gone. They don't charge by pet, but by time, so it is good for multi pet owners. All of the dog walkers/pet sitters are awesome and you likely won't always get the same one, but I give an extra special shout out to Diana. I recommend this service.
BeLoved Pet Sitting is an awesome service you can use for dog walking and home visits while you're away! Susan and her staff really get to know each dog individually and caters to the dogs needs. She really does go above and beyond and comes prepared every time she takes the dogs out on walks, from carrying a blowhorn to having extra poop bags. I would definitely recommend using them if you need an awesome dog walker or someone to care for your pet while you take a vacation.
This was my first time using BeLoved, it was the longest I left my cat alone (6 nights) and they made me feel very comfortable all the way through. I like that they take the time to come by to learn where the animal and its food/things will be. The daily texts and pictures are a nice touch because you can be sure they're coming by and trying to interact with your pet. All these things showed me that they put in the effort. I would definitely recommend them to others and I'll be using their service again in the future (even if my cat hid away the whole time).
Susan and her team do a great job. They have watched my three cats, dog and hermit crab several times. Two of my cats are very shy but they made friends with the sitters . One kitty took medicine and that was handled well also. They send photos and a checklist after every visit to the house and messaged me with any questions. I am very pleased with their services and would never use anyone else.

We've never had to have animal care so it was really nice to have updates through the app along with photos and descriptions sent to us daily. We just came back from a 6 day vacation to Tulum, Mexico. I didn’t have any local family to take care of my car and dog during that time, so I turned to Beloved Pet Sitting as a return customer. It was refreshing to know that our family pets were being well cared for and lived while away. There wasn’t a single hesitation of their well being due to the ease of use of Beloved’s phone app, as well as the daily updates I received from Susan and Teri. To know that my animals were able to be in the comfort of their own home, while still being cared for is every pet owners dream. Susan and her team are nothing short of AMAZING! My animal family is a bit much compared to others... we have dogs, cats, rabbits, fish, birds... yes you imagine the pain of trying to find a sitter to watch everyone for a weeks vacation. I found Beloved pets on Facebook, messaged them, and within an hour received a call that they could watch everyone!... I downloaded the APP and told Them all about my Pets, names, likes and dislikes.. a couple of days before my vacation Edwin and Ashley came by for a meet and greet. Both amazing people... we left for vacation and the communication was excellent... they even sent pictures of everyone every day!!!! The price for everyone was very reasonable. Once we came home got vacation the house was clean, everyone was happy and most of all I didn't stress at all while I was gone. I 100% recommended them to everyone!!! I think It's better to have a company watch your pets than to rely On friends. THANK YOU AGAIN!!!!!
They give my pets the same amount of attention and love as I would. It really helps break up the day for them so they don't get stuck in the house while at work. Definitely recommend them and they have my pups vote as well.

Throughout the past couple of years, part time working from home and going into the office has been tough on the four legged friend, but the team at Beloved Pet Sitting provide peace of mind to make sure the walks happen routinely in a safe manner! Scheduling is easy and they can accommodate changes when needed. Not only are the pets walked, but feeding and making sure packages are taken in provide additional customer support.
I respect and love this kennel. I care for some of my dogs there everyday and the owner Tania and her sons work so hard to care for all the dogs. They have been there for over 54 years. Great place to volunteer and help with all the dogs rescued from Mexico and San diego. They are a blessing in my situation.

Went to look at Shepherd Rescue. The Owner & Staff were very friendly, committed and hard working. They were also attentive to the dogs, which all appeared well cared. On property during feedings, which were generous equal portions. I would surmise that owning/managing a canine rescue/kennel is difficult & challenging yet simultaneously rewarding. Kudos to all employees for keeping Hope ALivE!!

In town visiting and couldn’t take my fur babies to part of our trip. So happy I found 4 Paws Down. I have 2 Dobermans, she was very welcoming and my dogs loved her! She was communicative and would send me pictures and videos through out their stay making me feel at ease knowing they’re having a good time. This was our first time doing at home Dog Boarding and it was a great experience with 4 Paws Down Dog Boarding. There was lots of space outside and inside the home, provided daily updates with photos and we could tell that our dog Chai was very comfortable and happy being there with Mari. Looking forward to our next opportunity when we are in need of dog boarding in the San Diego area.

He is not accustomed to not being in my own home with a Dogsitter, so naturally I was a little anxious leaving him somewhere where he was not in his usual space. Mari & Sebastian are for sure my top dog sitters in San Diego! They took care of my 1yr old pup now twice and are extremely reliable and trust worthy. I know leaving your dog for any amount of time is always a stressful event. I had chosen 4 Paws Down Dog Boarding with Mari & Sebastian, to watch our 2 dogs; 1 year old and a 5 month old and will ALWAYS choose them if ever going away again! Mari sent me photos and updates on their days to reassure me how everything was going. They took the dogs on multiple walks a day to ensure they got their daily exercise and they took them to the dog park as well! ( All with consent from us of course!) This is a beautiful company who treats their customer’s dogs just like their own! I know they won’t be stuck in a cage all day, they’re happy and having so much fun! 10/10 recommend.
If you looking for a loving and caring person, Sebastian is your go to. He took care of my fur ball as his own. The minute we met him,he was very friendly and knows his dogs and treats like his own. He is kind and did not have any problem watching my Teddy for more than a week and kept us informed all through the time Sebastian was taking care of our puppy. Mari and Sebastian were great, much better than a kennel. Easy to communicate with at any time while we were gone. Our dog was with them for 10 days and we got daily pictures of him and the other dog they were watching. He came back happy and clean. Highly recommend.
Sebastien and Mari with 4 Paws Down Dog Boarding took out dog in for the night on account of an emergency without any hesitation and took great care of our dog Sampson! (Full Bred Min Pin). They were very friendly and kept us updated on Sampson and even sent pictures of our dog. Prices were very affordable for the last minute boarding! All in all I’d definitely board with them again!
Sebastian and his girlfriend are super friendly and took great care of my dog, Chewy when we had to leave town in such short notice!! I didn’t want to leave him in boarding and Sebastian’s already great reviews let me know I could trust him. He was flexible and affordable and adaptable to Chewy’s personality and quirks. Jon is an angel. They have such a kind spirit and my pup Rufio loves them. The first time I went to drop him off I was worried Rufio would whimper when I left but nope - he happily followed Jon right in the house and didn’t look back (ouch). Jon’s exactly the kind of person you would and should trust your fur babies with.
Can't say enough good things. Jon is very gentle and kind - my dog jumps right out of the car and runs into his house when he boards and jumps right in the van for park days.
Bella has been staying with Jon several times over the past year or so and each time I’m more grateful to have found Sunny Pets! If your dog is like mine, you’ve tried other formats that place dogs in their crates for extended periods and limited outdoor exposure. The experience with sunny pets is the complete opposite and better suited to dogs that need space to roam. Jon takes the pack out for long dog park days and lets them sprawl out on the floor or couch at night. We've relied on Jon / Sunny Pets multiple times in the past couple years for our dogsitting needs. Our four-year-old labradoodle has stayed with Jon overnight multiple times and has gone to the occasional park play as well. We appreciate Jon's reasonable and straight-forward pricing, especially his new online booking system! But our dog loves the attention Jon gives him during his stays and all the park and fetch visits!
Jon and Sunny Pets are INCREDIBLE!!! Our Bailey has the best time ever when we have to overnight her for several days here. Jon is constantly sharing updates on Instagram with the activities our pet is doing plus showing us all the new friends she makes during her stay. Once you put in a request for your pet's stay - Jon sends a full breakdown of the price for everything (weekday rate, weekend, holiday, etc.) Nothing is hidden from you and you don't pay until you have a chance to review the full stay of your pet. I can't thank Jon enough for every time Bailey gets to stay and has the time of her life!
I text Jon whenever I need someone to watch my dog for a full day or over night. She is a high energy, smart/stubborn husky mix, and he does great with her. She likes to play with his dogs Ryker and Yuly, and is always excited to see Jon and them. He picks her up from my house and takes her to the park, and uploads some video clips to instagram so I can see how good a time she's having. She always comes home tired, which is good. Jon is super responsive via text. I'd highly recommend Sunny Pets.
Susan went above and beyond for our kitten while we were away on vacation in HI. To make a very long story short, her knowledgeable observation & dedicated care most likely saved his very young life. She took him to a vet in Kearney Mesa (from Chula Vista) three times in a week. She administered 5 medications & provided love & comfort to him. She did all this during what is arguably her busiest time of the year - Christmas. She even left him several sweet gifts! Our vet also lauded her amazing care & attention. Susan is reliable, trustworthy beyond compare & compassionate to animals.
Susan and Nassi are great!!! My husband and I have been using their help every time we are out of town, both business and pleasure, for about the last two years or so. I love the fact that my little ones do so well with them. I am usually very nervous about who will care for my little ones. I have both a dog and a cat. My cat happens to be diabetic and requires two insulin shots per day. I appreciate the fact that they have taken the time to learn how to give her the shots she needs while I'm away. Usually, either one of them will come into my house and pet sit while I'm gone, that way I don't have to board them somewhere unfamiliar. Another great feature is that Susan is amazing when it comes to communicating while you are away. I'll get pictures and txts of my little ones while I'm gone to let me know of their well being. I would with out a doubt continue to recommend Beloved Pet Sitting. They are wonderful and will definitely become part of your family!!!

Susan sets the standard in pet sitting services. Her website is very effective in managing care and although it may cost a bit more than your neighbors, you get what you pay for and that's high quality, professional care by an insured professional. Most of all, we felt our 14 year old Baron was treated with the respect and attention he deserves.
Susan is incredible. She is reliable and my animals love her! (3) She is always ready to go help me out if i can't make it home in time for a potty break or have a family emergency for a few days. Best pet sitter ever. I have a cat and a a dog that both require a lot of care and special attention. I tend to go away a lot cause of my job. Sometime for weeks at a time. And I never have to worry about anything when I call beloved pet sitting. They send me pics and and updates on how they both are doing. And always reasonable with the price. Its a lot better than putting your pet in a kennel when your on vacation. I highly recommend beloved pet sitting.
