Cat Sitters in Homewood, MD

The absolute best sitters we could have hoped for. They took amazing care of our boy, played lots with him, and communicated with us as issues came up. They sent photos and updates often as well! We got home late in the evening to a spotless and tidy home, better than we left it. And even blessed us with a few groceries for us and our baby to have for the morning. Wade and Ginny are welcome back anytime they would like and we are grateful for the friendship we made with them through this sit! We can tell Boogie really misses them!

Matt and Chris were our very best dog sitters EVER!!!! I could list it all from loving the dogs, walking with dogs, playing with them,feeding them our crazy food requests…and they are kind and a lot of fun! An oh… my refrigerator has never been so clean!! Not to mention the house. They were fabulous!! And we hope they will come back and stay a little longer so we can actually get to know them as well as our dogs do😘 Mahalo Yiu two for Everything!!!#

I don’t know when Rebekah left my house but she was gone when I arrived home so I haven’t met her. The cat litter boxes were so full the cats had been forced to use rugs and the floor. The cat bowls were full of food which was consequently scattered and had to be thrown out as saliva all over it can cause disease if it’s left to be eaten up. There were several dead plants and the pots were bone dry. There was mail left in the mail box. The he pool had not been topped up with water so the filter had stopped and was clogged with debris. My pool service man had left a reminder on Tuesday to fill the pool but the level was below the tiles. My notes had obviously not been read. It was very hot in Central Florida this week but none of this should have happened with care. I don’t have 6 cats, I have 2. No dog to walk. I have pool and lawn service. I spent Mother’s Day washing floors and laundering rugs, watering gasping plants and dealing with the pool, all after after a very long day’s journey from South America.

Laura was super communicative, clean and organized, and sweet and patient with my Zooey, who can be nervous and timid at first. Laura made the time to stop by for a visit before her stay since she was in the city early, which I really appreciated, and sent lots of photos and videos to put my mind at ease. She also took out the trash which I forgot to empty - my place was cleaner than when I left it! I would have her sit again in a heartbeat, thanks Laura!

Joi took excellent care of my kitties! I received daily photos of them playing and relaxing together. She was a very organized sitter with great communication. My home was just as I left it. I would have Joi back anytime.

Thankyou so much to Art and Helena for looking after Baily and Phyllis and our house so well. Both pets looked so well and happy on our return. We know that Baily was very loved and looked after and had some amazing walks and adventures due to the pictures and updates that were shared. Our house was left immaculately clean and tidy and all the bedding and towels etc were washed and dried (not an easy task with the UK weather!). We met up with Art and Helena before the sit started and immediately felt comfortable with them due to Baily's reaction to them both, he was smitten ! Would highly recommend them as house / pet sitters to anyone. We feel very lucky to have found them and would love to have them sit again in the future, Baily especially :)

Cindy was a terrific and responsible house sitter. We would welcome her anytime we are away. In fact we would welcome her anytime, period. She kept us up to date and went the extra mile in so many ways. At the time she stayed in our home we did not have pets- but she would have been perfect if we did. We wanted the house cared for while we were away for one month. And care she did.

Julie and Scott were wonderful housesitters. They arrived on time and were in contact with me throughout. They were here during Fourth of July and one of my dogs really struggles with fireworks. Scott and Julie took the time to go get treats etc. to prepare for Fourth of July so that they could do whatever it would take to keep one of my dogs From being so scared. I came back to a clean house with all directions followed, and dogs seemed super happy. I would definitely ask them to come sit again if they ever want to come back to South Georgia!

Don was responsive, reliable and took great care of our home and our cat. It was a pleasure to have Don stay in our home for two weeks and we'd happily invite him back or recommend him for future sits. On top of that Don is a great photographer and we got great pictures of our cat. We really felt that Don went above and beyond to make sure our cat felt happy, safe and comfortable.

It was our pleasure to have Katy care for our Cocoa and we appreciate her wonderful care for him while we were away. Katy was very charming and adaptable from her arrival, she instantly bonded with Cocoa and settled in seamlessly. We came back to a very happy and well cared for doodle. When our flight was grounded and as a result we missed our International connection back, Katy was so wonderful in changing her travel plans to spend an extra night with Cocoa so we wouldn’t have to worry. For which we cannot thank her enough. We also loved the welcome package she prepared for us to come home to (Flowers & Coffee) which show how thoughtful she is. We would absolutely recommend Katy to anyone looking for a trusted person to care for their pets. She is super caring, adaptable, warm and she has shown she’s prepared to go above and beyond. We would love to have her again to love up on and care for Cocoa. Thanks again Katy.

Amanda did a superb job taking care of our two year old Rhodesian Ridgeback and our home. We recommend her unreservedly.

Indira was a WONDERFUL sitter! Very thoughtful, asked all the right questions. Our kitty was in very safe and loving hands while we were away—we could tell they got along swimmingly! Indira left our place in immaculate condition. We'd definitely have Indira sit for our fur baby any time!
