Michelle
Nature lovers, you have found the perfect spot! Michelle's house is nestled among lovely private woods, with walking trails cut through for your dog ( and cat!) walks. Peaceful, relaxing and very soothing...we enjoyed ourselves a lot. Very comfy house, with well-behaved pets who love to sit and cuddle with you; we especially loved the huge fireplace when we snuggled up with Harley, the younger dog.
Wifi is very good, and the charming little town of Dorchester is only a few minutes drive away; London is easy to access.
I was happy Michelle and I stayed in daily communication, and she left very detailed house/pet management instructions in a handy binder.
Highly recommended for those of us who love to be outdoors with responsive and friendly pets!

Lucy
I spent spent just over two weeks in Whitebrook in February. Lucy, Phil and family were really the most amazing, welcoming couple and at this time also the most caring hosts. Whilst I was there Storm Eunice and the subsequent storms raged through bringing down trees on the property, power lines, telephone and communication!! However even though they were abroad I could walk up the hill to get signal and communicate with Phil who was always really empathetic and so supportive in helping me get all the issues sorted out. A thousand stars for the communication and concern on Phil's part.
The chickens were super easy to tend to and even Jeremy the protective cockerel a character to win over!! Holly and Daisy the two spaniels, well they were just a bundle of joy, and became my constant shadows! The walks with the dogs into the forest, directly from the property were really fantastic. I could have spent weeks exploring all the different areas with them and they did not need to be kept on a lead at all!! The cats were super easy, not lap cats but always appeared at feeding time!
All in all even with the storm coming through, it was a really good stay in the Wye Valley, and I enjoyed the house, the studio the luxury of the sauna, hot tub and having the river and lots of deer running through the property is beautiful. It is such a lovely area, easy for shopping in Monmouth just 10 minutes away and if you are a countryside lover like me, well you really could not ask for more.

This was my first sit on THS. So I was so glad I was able to sit for Thea. Her home is colorful and cozy. She has decorated it with an artistic detail that is very charming. The location was fantastic. It is in the West part of Glasgow and very close to many good restaurants and attractions.
Her little girls were a blast. All three are extremely affectionate and want to be by your side. Sadie is a sweet little old lady that would wake me with her nose in the morning, to let me know it was time to go out. Ethel and Moogie made sure I was well snuggled and loved to sit with me whenever possible. They all loved their treats and would love yours too.
Thea communicated with me well and was always available to answer any questions I had. I would recommend this sit if you are heading to Glasgow.

Amber
Glen & I loved our time at Amber's with Izzy, Blue and Clive. Izzy is just adorable and loves to be nearby or on a lap for cuddles. She is a trooper - despite her back issues she loves to run and explore in the park. Clive and Blue will melt your heart with their cuteness and the boys at play provide a never ending source of entertainment. Amber's place is cozy, clean and in a great, convenient downtown neighborhood. Amber is friendly and easy going and provided great instructions on caring for her crew. She made our first experience pet/house sitting outstanding.

Laura
Gizmo is the sweetest little dog that there could be! And the kitties just come and go and take care of themselves, so the animals couldn't be easier. Laura and Don's home is super clean and organized and just as much beautiful as comfortable. Laura and Don could not be any nicer and had a detailed Welcome Guide. We found plenty to do in Tallahassee. Also walking the neighborhood is level with a sidewalk, and convenient to many things. Who could ask for more?! - Rebecca

Shawn and Colleen were excellent hosts and couldn’t have done more to welcome us warmly! Their home is lovely and had every amenity that one could ask for. Poppy the 1 1/2 yr old lab was exuberant and loved hiking and swimming. Our time flew by, and we thoroughly enjoyed this house/ pet sit!!
