Catherine
Pros: Cathy, Jerry, and JoJo (the cat) are all wonderful and sweet. The lake views from the house and deck are simply magical. There are water toys like kayaks for housesitters’ use. Florence area has lots of good food and fun outdoors stuff to do. Neighborhood is peaceful and nicely forested for pleasant walks.

Cons: The house is a bit dated, lived in/cluttered, with weird lighting and I personally found the bed less comfortable than I’m used to. The property has a cottage they use for airbnbs that I would have preferred to stay in but wasn’t given that option. (I was asked to do some very minor tasks for the paying guests that overlapped 2 nights of the sit and to give them privacy.)

Absolutely fabulous pet sit in Estepona. Lovely Dianne and Ian, and marvellous Koko the spaniel. I really can't wait to go back!

Emanuelle
Emanuelle was a very thoughtful and lovely host. She provides great information before and during the sit. You can tell she cares for her cats very much.

The girls are so adorable and rather shy at first, but Amira soon warmed up and climbed all over me - she is the sweetest cuddler. Sabrina is much more timid but surprised me by getting into play and allowing me some pats (I was honoured ☺️).

The apartment is nice and modern with a really great location. It also has the most amazing view!

Overall, the sit was an absolute pleasure, and I would love to return and hang with the girls again. 😍

I had a magical, relaxing weekend in Martina’s place with mister Max. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat not far from Dublin or the country - this is it!

The home is so cosy with so many thoughtful details (and the bed is super comfy!). Max is a breeze to look after. He’s just the cutest little fellow, who sleeps a lot, or totters around looking cute as you potter about the kitchen. He loves his garden walks and leaps out the door excitedly each morning! He also did the cutest little things when he made his bed comfy each night, as I cosied up to a movie. Lots of nice walks around, dew drop restaurant and cafes, bus stop and spar up the road. If you have a car, there is a lot to see around Kill too!

Thank you for letting me stay. Would 100% looks after Max again!

Mandy
What an amazing experience!
This sit ended up rolling into a 6 week journey.
I adore Benny who is the best companion on our shared daily Forrest walks. Mena the boss cat decides when she wants cuddles and once you're in her good books they are incredible. Enjoyed her purring next to me in bed many a night.
Mandy has made me feel incredibly welcome, setting me up with the local seasonal yoga class in the garden. She pointed out all of the amazing spots and we have shared many a story.
I'm sure Mandy and I will meet again.
Thank-you.
