OK, we don't even know where to begin about Stephanie. If you are lucky enough to get her, do it right now before someone else does. She communicates reliably, courteously and with pictures. She takes initiative. She clearly cares for the well-being of animals, and of the space she is in. Everything was washed clean when we got home--beds made, dishes done. Stephanie is the real deal. We will message her for sure the next time we go out of town! Six stars!
We couldn't have been more pleased with Daphnah and Davey. They really went above and beyond to care for our home and our 2 cats. One of our cats needed to go to the vet while we were away and Daphnah and Davey took this on with grace and ease. We can't recommend them highly enough and we hope that they will be available to housesit for us again in the future!
Victoria is lovely and was excellent with Bella when she was at the house. She took good care of plants and left the house clean and neat. Bella took to her immediately which is unusual for Bella as Bella is timid and very cautious. Victoria definitely had Bella’s trust immediately. I had very recently rescued Bella and carefully selected a sitter who would spend many hours each day with Bella and be around her for most of the first 2 days However the day before the sit, Victoria told me she had to unexpectedly work both weekend days during the sit. I delayed my leaving by a day so Bella would not be left alone so much the first 2 days. During the sit Victoria was not able to spend much time with Bella any of the other days as it seemed her work schedule was elongated for those days as well. I was disappointed Bella did not have much company while I was away but Bella seemed fine when I returned. Had Victoria been able to be around Bella as much as agreed, I would definitely rate her a 5 star!
I had a really great time at this sit! The apartment was cozy and the location was good too. Larry is a sweet and energetic cat. He warmed up to me after a little while and ended up being really affectionate. The communication with Lucas was really easy and fast. Overall I felt very comfortable and would always come back!
