We were very happy with Sue and Steve as our sitters. The communication was clear, they arrived on time as agreed and kept the house clean and tidy and the most important took good care of our cat Morpheus. Recommended!

We recently had the pleasure of having Jenny care for our dog and cat while we were away, and she exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we connected, Jennifer was friendly, communicative, and attentive to every detail about our animal’s needs and routines. Throughout the stay, Jennifer kept us updated with messages, cute pictures, and videos, giving us peace of mind while we were away for so long. We returned home to happy, relaxed pets, and our house was left clean. Jenny truly went above and beyond, and we couldn’t be happier with her service. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and trustworthy pet sitter.

Jon looked after Jenny & Billy our two dogs while we were away for 10 days. This is the 2nd time Jon has house sat for us and, as before he was fabulous! Jon’s care for our dogs is second to none. He is reliable and communicates well, letting us know what time he will arrive etc. We arrived home to happy calm dogs (Jenny, our collie cross can be nervous and anxious) they clearly enjoy Jon’s company. The house was clean and tidy. As before we would highly recommend Jon to house sit for anyone. We look forward to inviting Jon to house sit for us again soon !

Jane has behaved as the ideal sitter. The dog wasn’t home. But one of the cats needed special medical care these days: disinfecting, pills, cream) . Jane did everything including cleaning where the male cat leaves his souvenirs. On top of that, Jane is a very nice person and nice to talk with. You’re in good hands with her

Though Sarah’s love for animals is apparent, I can only give her 3-star rating for pet care and want to point out a few concerns. She attempted to change my dogs' diet from home-cooked meals to dry kibble without consulting me and didn’t administer the correct medication dosage as prescribed by the vet. She was reluctant to follow the established walking routines and occasionally delegated the walking and feeding duties to my house manager. I couldn’t fully rely on her to maintain the dogs' usual lifestyle and routine, which is reflected in the reliability rating. It was challenging to address these issues with her, and I was fortunate that my house manager was on site, allowing me to resolve the situation.

Lucy and Gio were amazing! Our dogs loved them, they were kind and communicative, and we'd have them back in a heartbeat.

Millie and Thomas were great on what was a fairly last minute sit request from my side. They kept me updated with Nala and were really relaxed with her. When I got back the place was super clean and Nala very happy 😊

This is the second time we've had Chris and Kath to stay and we've asked them back for a third time. They've been wonderful house guests, Hamish was well looked after and cared for and the house was immaculate. We feel very privileged to have them look after Hamish and our house.

Greg and Jenny were great dog sitters. They were happy to fit around our departure and return home times. They left the house spotless and Rafe was happy and relaxed when we returned home! Would definitely recommend them. Thanks Greg and Jenny!

Sandra & Gary were great pet sitter’s. There was good communication both before and during the sit. It was great to meet them the night before we left. Sandra even sent us some pictures of the cats whilst we were away enjoying their break from us! The house was spotless when we returned and the cats well brushed and happy. We would definitely recommend Sandra and Gary if you want 5 star sitters.
