This is the second time that Donna and her mum have sat for us and it was great to have them back. They are familiar with the house, our 3 cats and the area and we feel so at ease leaving our fur babies and home in their very capable hands. The cats and the house and my potted plants were very well looked after and we would have no hesitation in having them back again. Thank you Donna and Hilary (Missed you this time Steph)
Communication between myself and Gary has been brilliant from the start. He was flexible with moving the dates slightly and had me feeling reassured with his previous experience as soon as we met over the phone. When he came to the flat, Tails was immediately taken with him! I've not had such a great response to a sitter coming into the flat so that was brilliant and lovely to see. During the stay, Gary kept me posted on Tails and was great at making sure I had that peace of mind while I was away. As they were leaving, Gary was thoughtful in checking in with me to see if anything needed doing before leaving, and him and Harvey left my flat in a great state (it looked like they hadn't even been here!) Couldn't recommend them more! Definitely would have them both again <3
When we returned home from our trip, I could immediately tell that our babies had been very well cared for in our absence. They were happy to see us but were very at ease with Kelly and had clearly bonded with her. She sent us pictures of them everyday, which really helped me relax and enjoy our vacation. On our return home, our plane was delayed and Kelly graciously offered to pick up groceries for us so that we wouldn’t have to run to the store the first minute that we stepped in the house. She was great!
