Tom and Scott were thoughtful and generous hosts. We enjoyed meeting them and chatting the night before they departed. They have a beautiful home that was a pleasure to care for while they were away. And Leela, of course. She is full of energy and we had great walks with her as she showed us her neighbourhood. She enjoys meeting people and had favourite spots and neighbours to visit. I enjoyed a very quiet time in Sam and Camilla 's super comfy and cosy home. A purrfect little break with two lovable cats for company. Shops, tube, walks, market towns and the Big L are literally on the doorstep, ideal! Communicating with Camilla and Sam was easy and straightforward. Thank you for a relaxing time and a big kiss for Tallulah and Hercules ( missing his gentle nose bite)
We loved everything about this sit. Erin and Tim are delightful and were great communicators all through the process. Their home is well equipped and comfortable plus the town of Kittery is a real gem with a surprising range of excellent restaurants. Everything you need is within walking distance. And last but certainly not least were their pets Geronimo and Renzo. Renzo is a sweet old boy with a great nose for treats. A big fan of napping at 15 years old, he’s smart and will let you know when he wants out with a little bark. He’s really only up for short walks and some playtime in the yard. Geronimo on the other hand is happy to walk into town with you. He loves cuddles, especially first thing in the morning and right before bed. He’s got the cutest personality and if we’re honest, we fell in love with him.
Beautiful home, exceptional neighborhood, and two gorgeous cats. Pip and Tia were two of the easiest cats ever - loving and playful but very independent. The setting is very tranquil, with deer stopping by the back yard on two of the six days I was there. -
I loved hanging with Dragon! Only downside is space for luggage! If you are traveling light it’s a perfect spot, but not a lot of space for personal items. Working from home is also not ideal, so also have a space potentially outside the house for work accommodations since Dragon can be very focused on you and outside noises. Dragon is still very young and needs a lot of attention. He is such a sweet pup, but it will require your attention. Thank you Amelia for the stay!
Taking care of Sami was an amazing experience. She had such a kind and sweet heart, though she was a bit shy around others at first. As time went on, it was incredibly rewarding to see her warm up and reveal her truly adorable nature. Sami is a laid-back pup with a straightforward routine, making the caregiving experience even more enjoyable. What made this experience truly special was Fletches and Bonnie, Sami's owners. They are not just pet owners; they are wonderful people who truly care about Sami. They are fantastic communicators, always ready to provide any information or assistance needed. Moreover, they have an incredible support network within their neighborhood, filled with kind-hearted neighbors willing to lend a helping hand should any unexpected situations arise. It's evident that Fletches and Bonnie's open and welcoming nature extends not only to Sami but to everyone they meet. Their immense love for Sami is truly heartwarming. It's clear that she is not just a pet but a cherished part of their family. The care and attention they provide for Sami reflect their outstanding character and the kind of people they are. I'm really lucky to have helped such nice individuals and their lovely dog, Sami.

The kennel is slightly small, for our 1st visit we scheduled for 1 day and a half. First concern, was a conversation via email, a little unprofessional. Also not knowing they there feedings very early. We were not told during the scheduling phone call prior so my pup was not as prepared nor were we, so he went hungry. I scheduled my pup to stay for 1.5 days including a wash and a kennel slightly away from others (called premium/priority) due to my pups anxiety. We went through a day with no call backs so we assumed everything was okay. The next day during pick up the caregiver stated my pup did not eat nor want to get out the kennel. And she never called us telling us this. She never washed my pup and my dog became sick immediately after returning home. All the left over food that we brought was also not returned, however we are unsure if my pup was given the bags we provided. I'm not saying to kot try the kennel but to definitely not expect much either. I do not believe we will be returning. But it was definitely worth the shot at least.
Our EB loves it here!! Day care or a long stay while mom gets away our boy always wants to come back. The staff is AWESOME! Love all the other services such as nails, bath etc. All your pets needs are always met in a clean, safe and most of all loving environment. As new residents of NJ, we spent lots of time searching for a great and trustworthy dog boarding business to watch our two pups. We found Highland Kennel and read multiple reviews so we decided to try them out. As animal lovers who spoil our dogs, Highland Kennel does just that. We have been frequent customers of them and highly recommend them! Our dogs love going there and are instantly met with love, care, and affection when they walk through the door. Doc even guards the place, too! Every time we pickup our pups, they are always tired and happy from all the attention and playtime they have. Nice facility, nice people. Billing is suspect as they don't provide an itemized invoice and "extra" charges are not clearly defined. Stayed 3x. 1st was great. Second time bill shocked me a little. 3rd time the bill floored me. Did not provide adequate explanation. There will not be a 4th time.
Beyond amazing! My little guy Ernie isn't the easiest dog in the world and Highland Kennels went ABOVE and beyond to care for him and put me at ease while I was away. We drove 1+ hours each way to stay with our new family at HK and will continue to do so for the superior service we received. Cannot thank you enough for loving my dog as much as I do! Highland Kennel takes great care of our two Rotties! It's obvious they treat our dogs like family, because every time we pull into the driveway, the pups can't wait to go inside! We know they're in great hands at Rescue Ridge's Highland Kennel!
They were kind, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable to leave my two dogs there for the weekend. I have used them in the past and they were just as spectacular now as they were then. They kept me updated when I called and, just by talking with the staff, can tell they love animals, are passionate about providing the best care and I would definitely bring my puppies back there again. We have been using Highland Kennels for 11 years and its the only place we trust with our 3 furbabies. The entire staff is wonderful. The same girls have been there since we started using them which is important and shows they treat their staff well. The reasons we love and use Highland is because they have been in business for 40 plus years, they do not do group play with other dogs, they have secure indoor/outdoor runs, the staff is wonderful and there is someone on the property 24/7.
Absolutely fantastic! My family used them a several years ago (2015) until they moved anytime they needed someone to watch our dogs! They were amazing with our diabetic chocolate lab Buddy who needed insulin shots with every meal and with his brother Buster! We would also get photos and updates from them while we were away! Anytime I know someone looking for a pet sitter they are always my first and most highly recommended! Thank you for the wonderful care you provided for my dogs! Super thankful for C&M pet care taking care of our pack! Typically we have family and friends to help us out, but during our wedding- those same people would be with us! We set up a meet and greet with C&M for our first time having to hire a pet sitter at home. They put our minds at ease and are obvious dog lovers(and dog savvy) right off the bat. Our dogs mean the world to us and we are competitive in sports and performance with them. Their health and safety is most important. I felt so comfortable with C&M and I’m super thankful that we now have them as an option to stop by. I was totally nervous about leaving my pups at home. Never did it before I knew Spanky would be ok but Sandy was another story. She's my anxiety dog. When they met Chris and Missy, all my fears were gone. If my dogs liked them, all was good I was still nervous but I knew they were in good hands. Chis and Missy are the best. I am a new dog owner and was nervous about finding someone to watch Leia. My wife and I work long and inconsistent hours. Chris and Missy have worked with our schedule and are available at the last min which is great for changing schedules. I have used the play and potty service and the longer weekend visits. It is great to know I have good people taking care of my pet when I’m not away. And they also x vet techs!

Look no further! We just hired Chris and Missy last week! I found them through asking people on the Jackson Facebook page who I could trust to come take out my dogs and take care of my cat when we cannot be home due to work or traveling. The moment they came to my home for an interview I felt like they were family, it’s hard to come across honest and genuine people nowadays! Our pets were well taken care of! They sent me photos which made me cry because I missed my fur babies so much! We came home and there was a card with a bag of treats thank us for using them! Not to mention they reached out to see how Sadie was and asking if we got home okay! If you want to find caring and loving people to take care of your fur babies they are the ones you want! They exceeded our expectations! It is hard to find someone to trust to be in our home and I cannot thank Chris and Missy enough for giving them the love, attention and taking them to potty and feeding them food along with the medication my pup needs! Chris and Missy are wonderful! They took care of my house full of fur babies (and fish and plants) while we were away for a week. We had peace of mind while on vacation knowing that the dogs were being loved and well cared for in their own home. We came home to happy puppies and cats and living plants and garden. They are the best. Very responsive as well and even added an extra visit on the last day b/c our flight was delayed.
Missy and Chris had taken care of my dogs and cats from 2008 until 2018 when I moved out of state. And I wish I could have taken them with me!!! Through all of my vacations and last minute calls for help they were always accommodating. Random text messages because one of the pets wasn't nt feeling well were always answered (and still are... Even though I now live in Florida!) Their abundance of knowledge and compassion and commitment is unmatched. And when any of my pets crossed over to the rainbow bridge, they were right there to cry with me. I trust them completely and would recommend them to anyone.

I send my dog to All Seasons Pet Resort occasionally for doggie daycare, and have boarded him with them several times. I've been very happy with the fair pricing, how they treat me as an owner, and especially how they treat my dog, who is a little timid when it comes to interacting with other dogs. All of the staff is friendly and communicative, and they post tons of candid pictures of all the dogs throughout the day so pet owners can have peace of mind and see their dogs enjoying themselves. I hope this place never closes or changes hands in ownership. They're doing all the right things and a great example of how a "pet resort" should be.

This is our second time using All Seasons and we'll definitely be bringing back our sweet timid Ginger here. They understand that my fur baby is extremely shy and fearful of mostly anything bigger than her and they treat her with loving care. We LOVE all seasons pet resort. They are absolutely amazing, kind, caring people who give your dog all the love she could want. The daycare and boarding processes are super easy and affordable.
I had a truly disheartening experience at All Seasons Pet Resort. The groomer displayed an alarming level of rudeness towards our Australian Shepherd, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for our family. Such behavior is unacceptable, and it significantly tarnished our impression of the establishment. We will not be returning.
For the services I paid for my two dogs to stay for 2 nights and 3 days, I will not be bringing my dogs back to this boarding place for a few reasons. I tried to call and leave a message to kindly express my concerns but due to no returned call, I will leave my message here. I paid $400 for my 2 dogs to stay at this kennel and get their highest package including a nature walk, play time, and a treat during the day. I agreed to this package knowing it was their first time being boarded and I wanted my dogs to have the best experience they could. Two weeks after my dogs came home, my one dog formed this violent, repetitive cough which was later diagnosed as kennel cough from a vet. She had never been sick a day in her life and this was really upsetting to see her in this condition. As a customer, I would hope that the people working at this facility are cleaning the kennels properly as kennel cough is very contagious. I would also hope that there are rules in place that would isolate a dog if kennel cough was suspected to prevent spread to other dogs. I hope this is taken seriously as my dog still has a mild chronic cough 2 months after being boarded and after being on an antibiotic. Thank you.
Kristin watched our baby while we were at a wedding and it couldn’t have been a better experience. You can tell that she is an animal expert and our dog really enjoyed her stay. 10/10 would recommend.

Canine Sleep-over and Audrey is the best! My standard poodle, Ella, has been enjoying both day care and extended sleep- overs for years. Ella enjoys the home setting and playing with the other dogs. We have been using Canine Sleep Over for over 20 years. Audrey is absolutely awesome with our dog. We can go away care free knowing that our dog is receiving the best care possible and having a great time. She absolutely lights up with joy as soon as we get there.
We trust Audrey with Bowie our Cockapoo. Bowie is a little shy around other dogs, but Ain’t Misbehaving is a more intimate place for boarding and day care; like a home environment. After a few visits Bowie was excited to see Audrey, and started interacting more with the other dogs
I rarely take the time to write a review, and was apprehensive at first, but Audrey is like the dog whisperer. It’s a wonderfully structured and social environment and my dog, who is quite anxious, did very well. I’ve tried the large commercial “doggie day care” and boarding environment and there’s simply no comparison. Both Henna and I are very happy and will be using Audrey again soon for both day care and boarding in the future.
Our hound Wrigley has an overload of energy, and Ain't Misbehaving is the perfect place for her to socialize and romp with an astounding variety of fuzzy friends! Audrey's great love of dogs is more than evident in the way she priorities their safety and comfort, and the way she's transformed her home to make sure they have the best experience possible. There's nothing more satisfying that seeing Wrigley strain on her leash on the mornings we take her there, anxious to join her buddies at her favorite place in the world--and it is SO easy to see why! We'll be faithful customers as long as we have doggos, and that will be fur-ever. Thanks, Audrey!
I couldn’t board my dog with Audrey at this time but I will in the future. My dog was recently vaccinated and we had to look for a sitter last minute. She has a strict waiting period for vaccinations to keep all dogs safe. Audrey could have easily “made an exception” which would put the other dogs at risk. She did the right thing turning us away and putting her dogs safety first instead of making a quick buck. Rest assured your dogs will be safe with her.
I have been sending my two dogs to Canine Sleepover for about 2 years. They absolutely love going there and playing with the other dogs! Audrey is great with them! They always leave happy and tired!
Molly is a 7 year old frightened rescue dog who has only known my husband and myself for the past 2 years of quarantine. She stayed with Audrey for 4 days and nights and adjusted beautifully. We will be back !!
Great! I can't say enough good things about Audrey and Canine Sleep Over! My 8 year old chihuahua had a blast for the week we went away. For the first time ever with boarding her, she did not give me the stink-eye on the ride home when I picked her up! She truly was happy there, had fun and lots of exercise, but mostly was spoiled rotten and loved by Audrey. She takes wonderful care of all the dogs staying there and runs a tight ship, which gave me peace of mind knowing she was safe while I was away. Audrey sent photos daily and always kept us informed. The dogs all get along and the environment Audrey provides is comfortable and homey, yet the play yards are tons of fun for the guests! I will continue to send my girl for daycare so she can have fun with Audrey and the other dogs in between vacations.❤️
There are so many good things about Ain’t Misbehaving and Audrey! I am a regular repeat customer and my two dogs LOVE going to Audrey’s doggie daycare. I love that they can enjoy the companionship of the other dogs in the comfort of Audrey’s home and huge yard! One of my dogs, Finley, was adopted from a bad situation and therefore was afraid of humans; however Audrey took on this challenge and spent a LOT of time and effort on winning his trust and now he is a more confident dog and I am a more relaxed dog-mom! I feel so comfortable and confident leaving my two pups with Audrey…she is truly a blessing.
Make sure u let the staff know you want your dog to run around. They will charge an extra fee. They said they asked me, and I declined... LIE!! Of course, I want my dog outside running.. You would think it's included!!! It was very upsetting that my poor dog was caged for 3 days!
I highly recommend this place for any pet owner. Wonderful staff, caring, kind, patient all of the above 5 stars. I always get worried leaving my 12 year old Yorky-poo even with family but last minute had to leave out of state and they were excellent. 5 stars!!! I don’t use that lightly but they deserve all the praise and respect.

The Squankum Animal Inn is wonderful. This is my third occasion that I have left my pets there and each time has been a pleasant experience. The pricing is reasonable and the staff is always friendly, professional, and very helpful.

Dropped my dog off for a week long visit.. Staff was awesome, my dog is deaf and they were great with him he was in great spirits at time of pickup .
It was our first time leaving any dog we've ever had in boarding. And Luna was so happy there! We will definitely be using them again. Very pleased with the exceptional care they took of our dog. I was so worried, and they really made us feel like we were leaving her with family! I really can't say enough good things about them! Thank you so much to the staff!!!!
We hired Pat and Laura to care for our 4 pets while away. They were the best!! I have 1 shy cat, and they were very patient with him. I have done petsitting myself for 30 years and they took care of my pets just like I was home.
