Hounds Town is great! It's very convenient to drop off, pup spends the day playing, and he's tired when I pick him up. The facility is spacious and clean, the staff is friendly, and they can even provide a bath. They match dogs based on personality so pup makes "friends" and has his favorites, if they're there. Great option for when it's raining or during Ohio's winter weather...the days it's hard to be a dog dad.

Our puppy, Maverick, had the best time! Playing with the other dogs all day, wore him out! The staff was very nice and helpful with information regarding daycare and boarding. They went out of their way to show me around. We felt so comfortable leaving him there and being gone for several hours. We will be back next week!! And also book for boarding!

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They always give great feedback on what kind of day your dog had. Our dog is very hyper and can be a lot to handle sometimes, but Hounds Town still always takes care of him and lets him play with his friends. He always comes home happy and relaxed. I would highly recommend this daycare. I love how they made us an ornament that was the perfect addition for our Christmas tree this year.

My dog absolutely loves going to Hounds Town for daycare! He gets so excited in the car as soon as he realizes where he’s going. I like to take him about once a week to get his puppy energy out. He plays all day and comes home happy and exhausted. Drop off and pick up is a breeze and the staff are all so nice. My pup and I both are big fans!

Hounds Town is amazing! I took Lucy for boarding and now she goes for day care. She absolutely loves it. And they take pictures during the day so that you can see what your pup is up to, PERFECT.

The staff made it very easy and smooth to drop off and pick up your doggie! They are super friendly! I took my dog Zoey and she had a blast! She looks forward to going everyday and she loves it!!

Hounds town is great! The space is bright and clean as well as fun! Love knowing that our dog has a quiet space to relax at the end of the day. Bonus is the pictures that we can look through to see our dog! Even better would be videos! Only down side is no outside area, but I know that is due to zoning issues. The staff is friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

Amazing!! Being a first time pet owner, I was a nervous wreck when searching for finding the perfect place to board my dog. However from the first moment I walked into Hounds-town my nerves went away. They treated my dog as if they had known him for years. They have become so much like family that are supposedly one time boarding turn into days of daycare and additional boarding whenever we went out of town. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a fun family place for their dog.

We've used Scales Tails & Paws for years, having them check on our kitties when we go out of town. Everyone has been great. Morgan especially has had a great bond with the cats and I love the updates with pics!

We had Scales Tails and Paws watch our 3 cats over Christmas. Our oldest cat was 20 with diabetes and needed insulin twice a day. This team did such a good job taking care of our cats. I knew the oldest cat wouldn’t do well with us gone. He did end up getting sick, and Ingrid brought him to the vet for us. He unfortunately passed away, but Ingrid was there to love him through it. I am so thankful they were there for our old boy in his final days when we could not be. I highly recommend Ingrid and the crew at Scales Tails & Paws, especially if you have special needs pets.

We have been using this service for almost a year now for their dog walking services. It’s been smooth sailing from the get go. I love how you can book/request online easily. Communication has always been quick, efficient and clear. I feel very safe with anyone from this company coming into our home to walk our dogs, it’s usually the same two people but if it’s ever someone else they give me a heads up. To note our two dogs are large and tend to be a little wild so managing both of them can be a lot but they have never complained about caring for our dogs and have been able to manage them fine. In fact they tell us how much they have enjoyed them! My favorite part is the update with pictures they send to your phone after each visit. We don’t have a consistent need because we have odd work schedules but they have the option on their website to schedule consistent walks daily or weekly. Easy customer website portal to use, very user friendly. Would recommend to neighbors, friends and family to care for their pets! Pictures in post are pictures from updates they have sent me.

As I was recovering from surgery we used ScalesTails and Paws for our dogs daily morning walk. Morgan is the best. He was very attentive to her needs and by the last day she was giving Morgan kisses. I loved that Morgan even sent pictures and a recap of their walk each day. It was such a huge help to us each day .

These people are the greatest. As much as I hate to leave my fur babies when I travel, I 100% trust these people with my dogs. They always share pictures of my dogs from their visits as well what happened with each dog during the visit. I highly, highly recommend this company 🐾🐾🐾

I’ve been taking my dog to Sterling K9 for doggy daycare for about two months, and I couldn’t be happier with this choice! Juniper had never been to daycare before, and had only boarded overnight a few times (elsewhere), and she was not happy to be left behind with strangers at first. She’s only a year old and nervous + reactive around new people and dogs. But after only a few weeks, my dog went from fear to pure excitement every time she realizes we’re at “school”! Now, she leaps out of the car and runs straight to the door, and she LOVES the people who work there. And, they send me daily “report cards” with photos, videos, and updates of how Juni is doing! I would’ve never guessed 3 months ago that she’d be able to play with a whole group of other dogs, so it’s very sweet to see how much fun she’s having in the videos. Plus, the membership pricing saves me money and comes with many added perks! The care, attention, and love shown toward Juniper is more than I could ask for. It’s such a relief to not have to worry about my pup while I’m at work. So, BIG thank you to all the wonderful people who work at Sterling K9 Retreat!!!

We have been using Sterling for our little boy for over six months now. The staff is amazing, and Oscar never wants to leave! They really prioritize the wellbeing of the dogs and Oscar doesn’t come home like a zombie. He is just a happy little boy! We were recommended this daycare by our teachers at puppy class at the Columbus Humane Society, so glad we decided to enroll! Plus the “report card” pictures always brighten my day

We are new to Columbus and are so thankful that we found Sterling K-9! We take our dog Max there and he loves it. We’ve used them for daycare, boarding and grooming and have had fantastic experiences with their team and their services. They even do enrichment throughout the day for Max, and he loves it and so do we. The report cards they offer are great as well - I always look forward to seeing them. 10/10 recommend bringing your pups here - they do an amazing job!

We love taking our dog Arlo to Sterling K9! They take such good care of our boy! From the enrichment play during daycare to the amazing boarding services they offer, we are always impressed by them. We love the socialization he gets and enjoy hearing about his friends and his behavior from the report cards they offer. We also really enjoy using their grooming services. Arlo does not like getting his nails trimmed, and Sterling K9 is the only place that could do it safely. We feel incredibly confident leaving our dog in their care!

Sterling k9 has been an AMAZING daycare place for our puppy, Zora. We have had her go from 5 months and she is now 7 months. Everyday that we pick her up she comes home happy and worn out from playing. I think one of the best things is that they are doing some group training every time in addition to the daycare session, so we have also noticed that she is also better behaved and easier to train as a result of taking her there. It has also helped her to be really comfortable around other dogs because she gets to interact, play, and learn good dog “manners” in a great environment. I also feel totally comfortable with her there because of the controlled group sizes where the dogs are split up into smaller groups rather than some places that just have them in a giant pack. The facility definitely smells dog-like but is still very clean and sanitary and so I don’t worry about our dog coming home smelling bad or anything like that. The people who work there are very friendly and knowledgeable and l really like the updates (Zora gets a “report card”) that they send during the day that includes a video of what they were doing in that days activity. As someone who had never used dog daycare before I was really apprehensive about leaving her at a place for so many hours but she seems much better adjusted and happier than dogs I have had in the past where I didn’t use daycare. It’s an awesome place all the way around!

I've been taking Yoshi here ever since he was a younger puppy to get him socialized with other dogs as well as find a reliable and safe boarding/daycare community. He was hesitant on his first few visits for us to leave him but now he is bursting through the door to play with all his friends! He definitely gets a full day of enrichment and energy exertion by the time we pick him up. They can send out daily report cards with photos and videos of your pup so you can see what they're up to for the day! It's one of my favorite things to look forward to. The grooming is also super convenient and of the two times I've got my pup a bath there, he has been smelling clean and fresh! Sterling K9 provides clear communication throughout the day and responds quickly when you book boarding/daycare. I appreciate how much they care about all of the pups and give them the best times! The amount of variety for entertainment they provide throughout the year is another reason why I will keep bringing Yoshi back!

Sterling K-9 gas been very beneficial for both myself and my dogs. The ability to see pictures and videos of my kids during the day, at play, reassures me that they are being taken care of. The boarding services are top-notch, and the grooming services are affordable. Sterling K-9 has also been very helpful during emergency situations. While our dogs were in daycare, my wife and I found out that we would be spending the night at the hospital across the street. Sterling K-9 easily switched from daycare to boarding with a simple phone call. Trust me, your dogs will be taken care of here. .

They are so easy to schedule with and have been really accommodating with rescheduling if my pup is sick. I love being able to drop him off the in morning and pick him up later. Everyone is so sweet and really good with my anxious pup. They are up front about pricing and are truly a pleasure to work with. So happy we switched to them for our groomer!

I boarded my 9 month old Rat Terrier puppy for a week and I toured the facility in advance and was very pleased at the group dog play time area divided for small dogs versus large dogs area. Areas were all neatly maintained when I just stopped in without an appointment to see what size kennel size I wanted to reserve. I was also pleased that they are very diligent on checking vaccination status before accepting dogs. I definitely will use them again.

My chocolate lab, Bob, has been going to PetSuites Gahanna for almost 8 years to board and all day play. He loves it and the staff are always friendly and love him! The only issue we had - I paid for a 4th of July pic and they gave me another chocolate labs picture. It’s in the other review!! Not good.

Its scary bad. Sink falling off the wall, mould, bathroom is unsafe. Lots of people living in the hotel and then other hotel across the way, including a lively collection of 'women of the night' And a shanty town in the tree line.. Hard pass.

My dogs,Cali and Lena love this place. The staff are the greatest. I have never had issues with this facility and will continue to use it.

I had the worst experience with my kitten. I kept my kitten for 12 hours with them. We had clearly given instructions to them saying feed him his dry and wet food along with the timings. When we went to pick him up, we saw that they didn’t feed him his wet food at all and gave him only less than half of his dry food. My kitten pretty much starved the entire day and was begging for food when he came back home. I am never going to leave my kitten here never again. This was the worst experience. I am so glad we didn’t leave him for more than a day or he would be suffering so much.

I took my Golden Retriever Gideon there for the first time on 8/8 and he had a blast! I can always tell that my little guy had a good time, if he is exhausted when he returns home and he laid down on the couch and closed his eyes immediately. We've tried a few daycares out here and only 1 seemed to be a good fit, but they closed down earlier this year. Then the other became membership only and the 3rd one had an odd vibe and my dog was returned to me with tons of energy. I'm so glad to have found this place and I'm going to start booking some holiday boarding stays and daycare days for him because I trust that they will take care of him.

Our dog Maddie goes to Pet Suites regularly. This visit was for her birthday. They always treat her so well and love and hug on her the same as we do at home. I highly recommend them to anyone who is needing doggy daycare or boarding or grooming!

Here’s a more concise version of your review: I recently boarded my dog at a place I had trusted based on previous daycare visits and an initial tour. However, this time the experience was extremely disappointing. We booked a deluxe room and after asked upon check in if wed like to add a bath we agreed to it for the last day, but things quickly went downhill. Despite being promised outdoor playtime (which I paid for), every time I checked the room camera in my dogs lodging, my dog was always inside. After multiple days of this, I asked about it and was told his play time started around 12-1pm and was for 3 hours so we checked the camera in his room around that time (1, 1:30, 2-2:30, 3pm!) and he was always in his room, when asked via text that he seemed to always be in the room it was completely ignored, which only reinforced my suspicion that he wasn’t getting the playtime promised. To make matters worse, on the day of checkout, it seemed they had forgotten about the bath, and only after I reached out did they say they’d do it, delaying our pickup. The worst part was when I questioned the lack of outdoor play, and I was gaslit with an excuse about playground cameras not covering certain areas, though I had been clear that I was checking his room camera. Overall, the poor communication and lack of care left me heartbroken and very upset with this experience.

Awesome place for my girl Havana! She is shy and they slowly acclimate her to other dogs! I totally trust she is comfortable in their environment!! I’m thrilled with the staff and they always make an effort to accommodate!

I can not say enough positive things about this place! The management is timely with their responses to all my questions, they tell me how much they enjoy having my dogs and make me feel like my dogs are family when they come. Online booking is a breeze for both daycare and boarding. You select a drop off and pick up time when you schedule. My two dogs have been going once to twice a week since January of 2023. They have been boarded there once and would board there again if needed. My dogs always come home so tired which has been great! AOKO has an option for an extremely reasonable price to drop off the dogs before regular daycare hours even begin. This place has been a true lifesaver as I have to get to work before most places even open. It's a short drive off 270/Sunbury Road exit so it's easy to get to and from. Haven't ran into any parking issues or congestion at pick up or drop off times. Staff has always been friendly with me, they never seem annoyed that my dogs are wild when we pick them up. 10/10 would recommend to family, friends and anyone looking for a safe and loving place for their pup!

This business changed ownership in 2021. I started bringing my dog here in Feb. 2022. Wow - was I ever lucky to come here! The employees are ALL great! They love the dogs! The play groups are always supervised, and the attendants even play with the doggies! Very professional, caring, easy to work with, and fantastic facilities. There's so much room for the dogs to play - and rest if they want. She loved celebrating her birthday with her friends.

This is an amazing daycare facility! They really take time to meet your dog and integrate them into the rest of the group. My dog Georgia absolutely loves it here! They even gave her a shower and cut her nails when she was muddy after playing outside. Katina and her staff do an absolutely fabulous job! Highly recommend!

They are amazing! The only dog care we’ve tried where My dogs are excited and happy to go to. And they come tired at the end of the day. Also, my dogs were constantly coming home ill from day care places that were only inside with no outside access. They have not gotten ill with all the fresh air and outdoor park like facility. The customer service is phenomenal. The entire staff puts effort into knowing your dog/s (we have three): their personalities, preferences, other dog friends etc. I go out of my way to drive here.

I get pictures of my pups and they have their own place at night. Angie and Katina care for my two as if they were their own.

This place is under new ownership, and it sure shows. We recently boarded our dog here for 10 days, and they took such great care of him. They kept in touch with us sent me pictures during the week. He seemed to really enjoy himself. They are my go to now! Baker says thanks!!!!

Absolutely wonderful folks and facility…I have a very nervous pup that had suffered abuse at a shelter before I got him. Was very nervous when some things came up and I had to board him….he has never taken to a new situation so quickly. He was even happy to go back. Highly recommend…

I took my new rescue over for a deodorizer bath and blow out dry. They treated my girl great. So much so that when I walk her she pulls me to walk over there to visit. I have to keep telling her not today. Looking into boarding her for a week while I go on vacation in the spring. She obviously made a friend or two while she was there. Thank you for treating her so well.

I cannot recommend this company enough!!!! My cousin recommended them to me when I went back to the office in the summer with work and needed someone to come walk my doggo Hank midday. I messaged Justin (owner) and he was able to make it out the next day on such short notice to meet my dog with the walker. Our doggo walker is Rob and he is literally amazing! He is so thorough and attentive with Hank. Hank had some medical issues this past summer and Rob was super accommodating the entire time and it put my fears at ease while I wasn’t home. He always leaves an adorable walk review with so many photos and it makes my day to receive while I’m at lunch! He’s super punctual and he and Hank have grown to have such a bond (a rarity with my skittish dog). You can tell these people really love and care about the dogs. ALSO their prices are super duper affordable and their app makes it so easy to schedule/cancel walks and I can pay my bill right on the app. Would give these people like 100 stars, I cannot speak highly enough!! 🐾

I started using Dog Days last August. I adopted a new puppy, and like all of us- I still have to work. They come and walk him every weekday in the Beechwold area.They are consistent, professional, and reasonably priced. The app they use makes it really easy to request walks, make schedule changes, and pay. They send a report with pictures after each walk, which I love. They made it easy to get started and I plan to keep using their services forever 😂. Try them out, you won’t be disappointed.

Justin and team were so great with my puppy! They started walking my pup when he was just 4months old and helped instill good walking habits from day 1. I love that I get photo updates of my dog on his walk and the blurb of how he acted. They were also great communicators if I ever needed updates to add or cancel throughout the week.

When I separated from my husband about a year ago, I was without support to care for my dog. She is a bit older (12), and was very anxious due to all of the changes in her life. I was in need of help as I work long hours and my grown children were very busy. If was blessed to find DogDays. Justin came to meet Sidney. She did not warm up to him very quickly, but after many months, I think she misses him more than she misses me!! Justin has been extremely flexible with my crazy schedule. I feel totally relieved that I found a reliable, friendly, trustworthy dog service. Face it, our dogs are our kids and we would not leave our kids with just anybody. DogDays and Justin are far from "just anybody", they are the best!! Now, if they only had someone in the Canal Winchester area.........Justin, thank you for taking great care of my fur baby!!

I cannot say enough good things about Dog Days OH. I have used them for over 3 years with two different pups and they are just awesome. I have a beagle mix now and Brian does a great job with her hunting behaviors outside!! I love getting pictures from the walks and updates on how my dog is doing. I have used them for boarding while I was on vacation a couple times as well and that was so nice to know she was being cared for didn’t have to be in a crate all day. The app is easy to use and they are so quick to respond. Dog Days is truly the best!!!

A great company that truly treats your dogs as their own! Justin and his team were always very responsive and able to meet my requests. As a veterinary student, my schedule was constantly changing and I was working long hours. Justin and his team were always there to let Luna out and feed her when needed. I also loved their visit updates and pictures! We will truly miss the DogDays family and hope to find a company as great as them in MA.

My husband and I recently got a new puppy and needed a dog walker for a mid-day break for her and our current dog since we can't make it home from work. After interviewing multiple companies we knew right away that DogDays would be the best fit for us. Justin was so personable and professional during our meet and greet and asked multiple questions about our dogs as well as telling us about his company. I loved that he also brought the person that would be walking our dogs along with him. This was the only company that actually brought the person that would be walking the girls to the meet and greet. Since our current dog is a nervous girl I loved that she got to meet who would be coming to walk her everyday. Our dog walker is Renee and she has been WONDERFUL. During the meet and greet she sat and the floor and played with Lilly (the nervous one) who took to her right away. Our puppy Penny has been doing so well on her potty training and I know it's because she has Renee helping her out during the day. I love coming home to Renee's note for the day and seeing what they did during their visit. She also texts me with any questions and to check in on when it would be best for us for her to visit that day/week. DogDays has been a great experience so far and I know we'll keep using them for months to come.

Jeanette watched my 17 year old cat for 5 days recently. 2x a day w/ medicine in a pill pocket. I am so pleased with the care and love given to my old girl during my absence. I received thorough descriptions, pictures and videos during each of these visits. Jeanette even brought wet cat food treats for her to try when I mentioned she wasn’t enjoying her current wet food, which she loved. The entire experience was so easy and comforting while I was away and would recommend Jeanette and her team to ANYONE looking for any care for their furry companions. Jeanette did a wonderful job the few times I had her care for my cat. Within only two visits she was able to coax my stranger-wary cat out from under the bed for pets and playtime. Communication was frequent and I received several cute pictures each day I was gone. If I ever move back to the Columbus area, I would book through Fur Star again in an instant!

I used Fur Star Pet Care for the first time last week when I went on vacation. I was nervous because my cat had never been left alone for an extended amount of time - I was gone almost 9 days. Jeanette provided excellent care for my cat, who tends to be particular about what kind of food she eats. Jeanette was patient and even experimented with combining two flavors of food together. Every day I got a detailed message about how she was doing, including multiple photos (I don't know how she takes such great photos, but what a talent!), how the "bathroom" was going (absolutely no issues there), and what progress had been made with my cat's level of comfort with her. By the end of the week, my cat was purring, playing a little, and eating fine, both regular food and treats. Jeanette also brought in my mail for me which I really appreciated and turned my living room lights on and off since I had lost my light timer. Also, the rates are very reasonable for the service provided. I can't say enough good things about Jeanette and Fur Star. What great service and I will most certainly use them again!

Fur Star Pet Care is a fantastic pet sitting service that I’ve been using for a few years for my cats. Jeanette is a wonderful sitter who genuinely cares about the cats. She sends several pictures every day she visits and provides very thorough updates. She has gone above and beyond for me many times when problems come up. For example, she has helped the cats stay warm when my heat went out and attempted to fix my sink when she noticed it was clogged. I can’t say enough great things about Jeanette and her business. I highly recommend her service if you are looking for a pet sitter

Jeanette has been taking care of our two cats whenever we go away since we moved to Columbus a year and a half ago. She has come to feed and play with them many times (including during one long research trip), and they absolutely love her. We have used lots of pet sitters in the past, and Jeanette is by far the best person we’ve worked with. We always come home to a clean apartment, watered plants, collected mail and packages, and, most importantly, happy cats. 100% recommend.

I've had them come in to take care of my cat a few times while I've been traveling, and they do an amazing job of making sure my little girl has everything she needs, and then some! Jeanette has taken care of our two cats for three years. They have truly developed a special relationship, and I always feel confident that they will be well taken care of when we leave town for a couple of days or even weeks. Jeanette knows their personalities and treats them with great kindness. Recently when my wife and I had our first baby, Jeanette made sure to be available around the unpredictability of the event, and we knew we would find two happy cats to greet our new baby. And, we love getting the updates and pictures twice a day!

I love Fur Star! I have 2 cats (1 with diabetes who requires insulin injections) and they take great care of them when I’m away. Each visit is documented (including with pictures) and they update you on everything they do during the visit. The website is really easy to use to book appointments and to communicate with the owner, Jeanette (who is awesome!), if any questions come up. If you are looking for a pet sitter, Fur Star is wonderful and I highly recommend them!

Finding Fur Star to care for our cats has changed our lives - I know that sounds hyperbolic but it's true. The values that these ladies have when it comes to pet care is remarkable. They truly treat our animals as if they were their own! Directions are followed without fail and they always find ways to go over and above. I never would have thought I'd find peace leaving my animals to anyone outside of family but I have! Their sense of humor in the photo updates they give is such a fun sprinkle on top of already amazing pet care. Love them to pieces!

Jeanette at Fur Star truly loves my pet. I feel completely at ease leaving him in her care. She follows the schedule exactly the way I had written out. She sent me lots of photos and the GPS map of the walks. Great experience using their services and I highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about the folks at Park Your Paws on Indianola. I mostly use them for boarding/daycare since i work at home. When i drop my dog off, he happily goes in and doesn't even look back at me. And when i pick him up it's obvious he's happy and has been well cared for. The staff keeps me up to date as needed on anything that comes up, and responds to any questions i have very fast. It's clear that everyone there loves the fur kids that come in. I trust them completely with mine.

I've been taking my 1 yr old Shepherd/Husky mix a couple times a month since January, and she LOVES it. To say she is a handful is an understatement but she has a blast with the other dogs and the staff loves on her. Bonus she is happily tired at the end of the day! I recently had her bathed/brushed (So. Much. Fur.) and they did a fantastic job with that as well.

PYP cares for our beauty pup Gaia, when ever we need to leave town , take a house cleaning day that involves deep cleaning, or when Gaia just needs puppy playtime. They give the lowdown of her stay when we pick her up , where we hear abot her being a superstar. We know she loved it there too. A+ business Our only wish is that they would post more pics of the doggy's day as they stay there.

I’m not sure what happened to her at this place, but the last few times we took our dog here she was terrified to get out of the truck and almost refused to even go inside. Luckily we found a new daycare that she’s excited to visit every time we take her.

Great place with great prices, staff are so good with my dog. The only thing that could be improved is checking their voicemail and returning calls.

Great place to take your K9 friend for either a fun day of play or if your pup needs a place to stay while you are away. Our dog is super excited every time he arrives: he can't wait to get inside. Very friendly staff and reasonable rates. They will do a behavioral assessment to make sure your pup will fit in with the others.

This place is wonderful! Our dog requires special care, and I have never encountered a more understanding and compassionate team. Our dog loves his stays here, and I have peace of mine knowing he’s receiving the best care possible.
