Karolina is incredible, she did not hesitate to move her flight to help me out. I was so lucky to have her care for Plume a second time. Plume is definitely super comfortable around her, Karolina found the right balance between giving her the space she needs and giving her the attention she sometimes craves. As she knows i fully trust her with my cat and with my flat, without any doubt I would recommend her to all and hopefully I will be lucky to have her back again someday :)
Mary went above and beyond our expectations and we highly recommend her without hesitation. Mary is responsible, prompt, considerate, flexible and very respectful. We were able to enjoy our 3 week vacation knowing our dog, Alfie, was well cared for, exercised, groomed and above all loved. Mary kept us posted with texts, photos and regular updates. When our flight home was cancelled, necessitating 2 additional unexpected days away, Mary, per our request, made sure Alfie and his necessities got to our friend’s home, as she had another job to get to and could not stay longer than planned. Mary not only cared for Alfie, she maintained our property and left our home in immaculate condition. She even washed her bedding, did the dishes and emptied the trash. We are very grateful to have her services and plan to use her again in the near future. Thank you Mary! Sincerely, Eric, Helane & Alfie
