Nese has been caring for my soft coat wheaten terrier for almost 7 years! She goes above and beyond for her clients and their animals and always makes herself available to help last minute. My dog can be difficult but she took the time to work with him taking him on little adventures around town to get used to being in stores and around other dogs. I haven't had anyone else care for our dog since we met Nese and imagine she will be in our lives for a very long time!! If you want to leave your pup in the best possible hands and know they are having SO much fun....Nese is exactly who you need!

Nese has been working with our family for over two years. Our rescue dog can be a challenge around other dogs, yet Nese is able to pack walk her with half a dozen dogs without issue! Nese has a special gift with animals and is a lovely individual. She is so gentle, kind and great at training and caring for dogs. She has cared for our French Bulldog for six years and helped to teach her out to walk on a leash when she was a stubborn puppy. We am so blessed to have found Nese on a Saturday morning while in the doggie playground. My fur baby is shy and fearful of people but she immediately trusted Nese. We contacted her to do an initial consultation. As expected Madison, our fur baby, was protective but Nese is a professional and knew how to communicate with her and walked her with confidence. Ever since Madison loves and trusts Nese. Nese has always gone above and beyond with putting on her rain coat, keeping me updated, making sure the apartment wasn’t too hot and giving her water. During the quarantine she always took the precautionary measures to keep Madison and I safe and healthy. I am moving out of state so it saddens me to change Madison’s dog carer. I am very thankful for her service and I highly recommend her. You can tell that dogs are life. She is patient and caring.

How do you begin to describe someone when words can’t even come close to expressing how wonderful a person is? I’m gonna give it a shot... I have known Nese for many years before she went to train with Cesar Millan. I recently got a rescue pup, Margot, (which you’ll see many photos of on her Instagram) that absolutely adores Nese as much as Nese does her. She’s her second dog mom. She sends photos and videos all day long. She’s reliable, flexible and most of all treats the pups as if they are her own. If you want a person to look out for your dog like you do.. she’s the one. People recognize my dog and do not to hesitate on telling me how wonderful my dog walker is and how she never is on her phone and always is attentive to all her dogs. So many have told me, it’s so wonderful that Hoboken has eyes and looks out for you and can tell you what you already know. She’s one of Hoboken’s hidden gems!

Nese came highly referred by one of our neighbors who has been using her since their dog (now 8 yrs old) was a puppy. So we tested her out...From the first day we brought Franklin (8 week old Labradoodle) home she came to meet him and gave us tips for crating, training, walking etc. she was a Wealth of knowledge especially for us 1st time city dog owners and she put our worries at ease. She was ALWAYS available To answer our questions and our puppy immediately took a liking to her. In fact, he cries when we pick him up after she babysits him during a vacation. Nese has now been our official dog walker, sitter and trainer for over a year and she is truly a God-sent! We tested out other dog walkers and they did their job but Nese has that personal touch which exceeds anyone’s expectations. Her warmth, big heart and flexibility gives our family peace of mind whenever Franklin is with her. I tell her all the time ‘I Dint know what our family would do without you’ Thank you Nese! ❤️

If my dog could choose where to live forever, it would definitely be at All For The Wag. Honey has been going there for almost a year now, and she absolutely loves it. Every time we arrive, she can’t wait to get inside and play—she literally pulls me toward the door and does her best to sit patiently while I check her in. Jen and Briant are incredibly trustworthy, and they’ve given me complete peace of mind about leaving my girl in their care. What sets All For The Wag apart is their outdoor play area, which Honey absolutely adores. She spends her days running around, having a blast, and comes home completely tuckered out. As they say, a tired pup is a happy pup—and after daycare, Honey is both tired and thoroughly happy. I also appreciate the flexibility they offer with full-day and half-day options, which fit perfectly with my schedule. I honestly can’t recommend All For The Wag enough. If you’re lucky enough to join their pack, you and your pup will love it!

The absolute best doggy day care! Jen, Briant and the whole team take such great care of Nala and I couldn’t ask for a better place than AFTW. We have been going here for almost a year now and Nala absolutely loves it. They are super reliable, offer great flexibility, have a nice indoor/outdoor area and post a bunch of pictures of Nala each time she goes which I love and look forward to every time! They genuinely care and create such a great environment for all the pups and I’m so happy we found them and can call them a second home.

The best daycare! The most important thing to me with a doggy daycare is that I trust the owners. All for the Wags is run by the most lovely husband and wife who are true dog people. Briant used to train my dog when she was a puppy, so when I heard he was running a daycare, I knew my puppy Winnie would be safe there. Winnie is always so happy to go and they post the most adorable photos throughout the day so I can see what she is up to. The photos really make my day and show that she is getting a lot of attention and is in a safe environment. They recently moved to a new location and there’s so much space. If you’re a crazy dog mom like me, you can trust that All for the Wags will take good care of your dog.

I can’t say enough good things about AFTW. The staff are incredibly caring and always respond quickly to any questions I have. My puppy Sabre absolutely loves it here, and I feel so much better knowing he’s in such great hands, especially on hectic days when I can’t give him all the attention he deserves. He’s obviously happy and excited to go, and passes out immediately when he got home :) They consistently send plenty of adorable photos, and they’re there every single day, including holidays, which has been such a lifesaver!!!!! The only place I trust to leave my pup. Were recommended by friends (and even strangers at the vet) and I’ve already recommended it to my friends. As a new mom going back to an office after having worked from home the past 3 years All for the Wag is a lifesaver for our energetic Bernedoodle. The facility is great and the pick up drop off options are awesome especially as I do not have a car. Their daily pet journals are always a treat to be able to see what Ollie is getting up to with all his friends. You can tell the team really cares about the dogs and their scheduling portal and communications makes coordinating Ollie’s stays super simple. All For The Wag has been a life saver and game changer for our Bernedoodle pup, Henry. He joined at four months old for daily Playcare and occasional Sleepovers. Jen and Briant are not only welcoming and responsive, but also helpful in giving advice on raising Henry through their experience. Jenn and Briant are quick to respond via text, their platform for booking is easy to use and their facility is clean and organized (the white floors!). The daily pictures bring us afternoon joy and Henry comes home exhausted and ready for a nap and ready to get back at it the next day. As a puppy, it has helped socialize him to other dogs and his play skills have improved over time. From apple picking to costume parties, he certainly lives the good life at AFTW!

Our daily walker, Lizzie, has been great and takes such good care of our girl. One day our dog had an upset stomach and I saw from our cameras that she had to go out asap. I gave Trusty Tails a call and Dana was able to quickly help out and take such good care of Maya, she was amazing!! She was so sweet and took the time to follow up with me to make sure I knew Maya was okay. I am so happy with Trusty Tails and would 100% recommend them!

I had a stellar experience with Trusty Tails. They were professional, helpful whenever I had any questions, and always prompt with the visit update emails. My kitty's caretakers were just wonderful--kind and patient with her. The only time I ever had an issue, they addressed it head-on while taking responsibility, apologizing and providing a free service to make things right. Though my friends here (in Europe) take care of my kitty now, I wish Trusty Tails had an outpost here too!

I use Trusty Tails for sporadic walks whenever my family can't help walk my dog. Despite the fact that I'm not on a regular rotation with them, I've had no problems with booking and they treat Niki with the utmost care. The post-walk reports are thorough, and having pictures from his walks lets me know how well he's doing. They really are the best.

My golden retriever puppy Ollie loves going to Tamed Paws! We've sent him for three days so far, and we've already signed him up to go at least two days per week from now on. Ahmed is always so kind and full of energy when he drops Ollie off and picks him up - the level of service is unreal! My boyfriend and I love to see the daily photo journals, too - he's a pretty shy boy sometimes, but he's really come out of his shell with Ahmed and Wendy :)

Tamed Paw's provides excellent day and overnight care for our puppy. We have been using their services since relocating to Jersey City from Manhattan and could not speak more highly. Reliable, communicative and caring. Our puppy looks forward to going every morning when they pick him up.

Tamed Paws is the best in the business. Ahmed and Wendy are both awesome. They are quick to reply, send us constant updates (and pictures!), and are always on time for commitments. Our little guy Karl LOVES when Ahmed comes to pick him up and runs to the door every time (which, if you knew Karl, you'd know that is rare)! He has stayed there several times for boarding as well when we are out of town and loves it every time. We always joke that Tamed Paws is Karl's second family.

My dog absolutely loves to go there! He does daycare a few days a week and whenever I am away he goes to stay with them and I know he is treated as if he was their own pet. I would be completely lost without Tamed Paws. Ahmed, Wendy and their staff are amazing. It’s hard finding reliable pet services when you live in a city and I’m so happy they were recommended to me. My dog isn’t the easiest to deal with at times being overly excited around people. But the control that Ahmed has over her and all the dogs at their daycare I never worry about anything cause I know she’s being exercised and well taken care of. Unlike other daycares in the area the dogs aren’t put into a playpen indoors, they’re allowed to run around in the open air and really enjoy being dogs. When my dog comes back home she is exhausted. Tamed Paws loves every single animal that is put into their care and treats them as if they’re apart of their own family. I can’t recommend them enough.

WE LOVE TP! Ahmed is incredibly sweet and playful with my pup. When Ahmed comes to pick up Guinness, he literally starts to hop around like a bunny because he cannot contain his excitement. I feel extremely lucky to have found them. At the end of every day they send me a picture album of all the pictures they took of my pup during the day and we love seeing how much fun he has! I cannot recommend this doggie day care enough!

Where do I start? I'm telling you I literally have like 10 dogs and out of my 10 dogs. These amazing people took care of five of them and when I tell you the before and after pictures, I wouldn't even think that my dogs could look this beautiful. Stop what you are doing. Such great service! My dogs always come out so beautiful when I take them to get groomed here. My lab has bad anxiety so it is hard to get him groomed but these amazing people are very patient with my pup and he loves them!

Love this place. My puppy was rejected from 3 different places due to him being "too wiggly." I call this place, I explained my pups 2 month history of dealing with groomers and they "bring him over". With full confidence, they assured me they could groom my pup. Sure enough, I came to pick my puppy up, and he was washed, cut, and beautiful. They even managed to get the face trimmed up. They get 5 stars for not taking a chance but for the confidence. We found our forever groomer.

I have been bringing pup here for almost a year, multiple grooming sessions and he’s always come out with such a handsome cut. This place makes me feel confident that my pup will be taken care of with empathy and love. I have never felt uncomfortable with leaving him in their care, staff is very warm and welcoming and they genuinely care for all pets. Prices are reasonable, more affordable than any other grooming shop and I have been to quite a few groomers. Nothing remotely compares to this place.

First time taking my fur baby after my groomer moved to LA. Decided to give Palisades Pups a try, gave them a call and the lady on the phone was super nice and accommodating which gave me good vibes. Checked in and immediately was greeted and she kept calling my old grumpy little guy “the baby”. They listened to exactly what I wanted to get done. I was nervous because I’ve gone to the same groomer for years but I’m so happy with my first visit, Antonio did such a good job.

We use palisades pups on average once a week for doggy day care and occasionally for an overnight stay. The staff are great with our Aussie Cooper and always give feedback on how his day went. We bought a 20 day upfront package which comes to about $38 a day which is great Only improvement I would say is that it would be great to post pictures of the dogs day on IG. We miss him when we have to go to the office!

My 12 year old cat, Onyx, really needed to be groomed badly. He cant fully groom himself because he can't reach certain areas anymore. I went on a hunt for a local Cat Groomer & after calling/messaging so many places.. I picked Palisades Pups. So glad I did, because Annette booked me right away and informed me of everything I wanted to know. I was really nervous because I have only tried to give my cat a bath once & it did not go well. Annette was very informative about what to expect & I really like the transparency incase my cat gets too anxious. You can tell Palisades Pups cares about the animals first & foremost. It eased my nerves & handed Onyx to Paola, his groomer for the day. Onyx had a great spa day with Paola & came back home smelling so good & with a little bow tie too! I will definitely come back here again. Great customer service + a very fair price for cat grooming!

I am a brand new customer at Palisades Pups and i HIGHLY recommend going to this business for any of your dog needs!!! They were able to last minute schedule my Mini Goldendoodle pup for a grooming. They were so kind and caring towards my pup as well as towards me. They listened and followed my requests for my dog’s grooming as well which was awesome!! After struggling to find a groomer that was local and had fair prices I passed palisade pups. They are very welcoming and great my girl exactly how would I want them too. I recommend them completely and will be going to them for my Pup religiously.

I had an amazing experience with C&T while I was gone over the Thanksgiving holiday. We hired Natalia to take care of our hamster while we were away — she was incredibly thorough, and sent so many adorable pictures of him with each visit! I looked forward to seeing her emails every day. More than anything, I really loved her enthusiasm; she clearly cares a lot for animals, and would even ask us for videos from when our hamster came out to eat the treats she left him (he's a night owl, so he didn't always come out right away). I really had the utmost confidence that she cared about him and will definitely be working with C&T again any time I am away from home!

Cuddles and tails took excellent care of my two Guinea pigs during an extended boarding stay. Their care and diet instructions we followed and emails with photos were sent daily. Finding someone to care for small pets is very difficult. We were happy to have someone reliable to care for our furry family members.

We've been using Cuddles and Tails for at-home catsitting for our aging cat for a little more than 2 years. Absolutely recommend them - Suzy is 100% trustworthy and diligent and so sweet towards our cat. The first time she catsit for us, our apartment door lock broke and she took care of that disaster completely graciously! She's the best.

Great place! Our dog loves it, they have an outdoor area which is amazing. She’s always happy to go there and happy to see people who work there and it’s a good sign. She even made it to the honor board this month :) We use their daycare and boarding services.

I have no words to describe how much K9 has meant to myself and my pup in the last month. On Christmas eve I fell down my stairs breaking my ankle, and we have been customers for daycare, and the occasional overnight @ K9, and my dog RUNS to the door, (SPRINTS) Fast forward to Christmas eve, I had to find a place for my pup to go for 4 weeks, that i Trusted. And K9 was there for us in the most difficult times, from the front desk calling to check in occasionally, to Melissa personally making besties with my dog and sending me video's photos, and keeping me updated. I don't know where we would have turned with you guys. We are so lucky you're just a walk away. I hope this updates. I can not bring to words how well Kendal has done staffing k9. My dog is afraid of his own shadow. And THRIVES at K9. We are now over 3 year customers. And I still can’t walk down the plaza without my pup wanting to sprint to K9. Thank god they are in our neighborhood

K9 is awesome, their team, Kendal and Mark, everyone there is brilliant with pups. We have been using their services for over 7 years now and we trust them with Bruno, for his short and long term stays. We've traveled out of country for emergencies, needing to leave him with them for over 2 weeks, and our boy was well taken care of. They are conscious of his allergies, care items, medicines, everything. Even though we don't live in the area now, but we still bring Bruno around to K9, because we trust them with him.

We absolutely LOVE k9dergarten. We bring our dog here 2-3x/week and always know our dog is going to be well cared for and have a great time! The staff is really friendly and you can tell they genuinely love the dogs. I would definitely recommend K9!

My pup loves this place! We've been going here a few times a week for the last two months, and I'm so thankful K9dergarten exists to give my girl the most fun!

I'm only not posting a 1-star because we did have several 'good' months here with our dog in the play group (we'd bring him 1-2x/week)... until he was attacked by another dog. The owner/staff told us that it wasn't our dog's fault and that the other dog was known to have behavior/aggression issues and kept separate from the group because of that but they were trying to assimilate her by bringing her into the group for half-hour increments. This is a major issue because it puts all of the other dogs in harm's way. We do not pay money for our dog to be in this position and on this day, he was attacked badly - pinned to the ground, bit all over, needing stitches on his belly and ear. They then kept our dog in a cage until we arrived. After that we never wanted to bring him back but still had sessions left on our package and K9 did not refund us for those. Horrible decision-making by the staff and completely unfair for the dogs who are safe and well-behaved and whose owners assume will be in a safe space.

DO NOT send your dog here. The first time I used their services, they cut my dog's nails without permission and they cut way below the quick, causing one of his nails to bleed for hours (and no one said anything to me about this when I picked him up. I only noticed once we were back home). Most recently, my dog came home with mysterious, symmetrical sores on both sides of his mouth that no one could explain. He also limped all the way home and the entire day after I picked him up. Management has been "investigating" what could have happened while he was under their care for almost two weeks now and I still don't have an answer (other than: "Dogs are very creative about getting into trouble"). Oh, and they chose to cut his nails way below the quick again, despite a request to never cut his nails again. TLDR: Your pets WILL NOT be safe here.

Sky at the front desk is rude every time I go in. I will never be back because of her. You want to feel welcomed when you walk in with you dog and front desk staff (sky) shouldn’t make you feel dumb, And unwelcomed. She’s constantly rolling her eyes at customers, not just me. She needs to be fired.

They were efficient. When I needed to board my foster dog overnight on short notice (within 2 days), they were able to work with the rescue team quickly and arrange a meet & greet to assess the dog's temperament. Reasonably priced too!

Be aware!!! They keep dogs in cages until the care taker arrives. They also don't let you go in the back to see where your dog will be held. Only took my dog there once but I am never taking him there again. The 5* reviews here are fabricated.

Cattitude is great! Taryn (the owner) was very responsive via email with any questions I had. Lori took such great care of my cat Betty while I was away visiting my family for Christmas. Every visit you get an email with updates/comment & great photos! I highly recommend Cattitude for anyone with pet sitting needs. :-)

Doreen and Ashley have taken such great care of Cecil and Beanie over the years, including giving meds. I'm provided with photos and updates during each and every visit as well as little extras that tend to come up when traveling... plants, mail pickup, deliveries, etc. Mostly, they have a genuine love for these critters and make going away a more relaxed experience. Taryn and Doreen have been the absolute best for taking care of my senior Persian cat Oatmeal! Doreen and Oatmeal are literally BFFs, I get the best group selfie photos every visit! 🤣 She takes such excellent, attentive care of Oatmeal - Oatmeal suddenly needed to start daily medicine in November, and Doreen had no problems giving her the medicine on time around the holidays. Not only that, but she figured out a way to get my picky Persian to start eating her wet food again more regularly! I can't recommend Cattitude enough! 😊

Super communicative even though it’s the busy holiday season. They did everything I asked and more. Ultimately, my cat was safe, well-fed, and happy when I got home. Can’t recommend them enough.

I especially love the captioned photo updates that I get each day from Alex of my twin gingers, it gives me great peace of mind to know that they are properly cared for in my absence. Booking is simplified with an app after an initial in-person meet and greet. Communication is outstanding. I am truly grateful to have access to Cattitude knowing that my cats' wellbeing is their priority.

As a first time dog owner I was very nervous to leave our six month old puppy for a weekend prior to discovering Dogboken. Dogboken put my mind at ease by sending me a ton of photos of throughout the day from their walks and trips to the dog park. I immediately knew our puppy was in good hands and he was having the time of his life. He can’t wait to go back and hangout with his new friends and dog pack. Oscar, Jen & the Dogboken crew are the best people ever! My pup Nutella has been going to them since I got her back in 2019. She has always done doggy daycare and sleepovers with them and they treat her like their very own dog. It always amazes me how exhausted she is when she gets home - just showing how much fun she’s had. While we no longer live in the Jersey City/Hoboken area, I still drive her 45 min there when I go on trips because I don’t trust anyone else as much as them. She gets so excited seeing them and it’s like she never left. There is also no comparison with any other service in terms of sending THE BEST pictures to know how she’s spending her time and what fun she’s having. Oscar and Jen are truly part of our extended family and I know Nutella loves them more than she even loves me! I can’t recommend them enough.

We’ve taken Orisa, our first Frenchie, to Oscar since she was 20 weeks old. She still goes to see him and stay with him 6 years later. We’ve also started taking our new puppy to him. The dogs always have a blast and are happy to go to dogboken.
