Dorene
Dorene and Pat are awesome. Ana and I felt at home and welcomed from the first phone call until we said goodbye. We can't thank them enough for their incredible hospitality and allowing us the opportunity to take care of Kahlua. This was an incredibly good experience for us.

Kahlua is one of the sweetest, smartest dogs I've ever had the pleasure of watching. She is such a character and we miss her dearly. We played in the pool, played catch and went for walks. Kahlua is a sweetheart and I miss giving her pets and hugs. I hope we get the chance to come back and see Dorene, Pat and Kahlua soon.

Dorene and Pat have a beautiful home in a great location and it was an honor to look after it. Ana and I recommend Dorene, Pat and Kahlua highly, we wish we could rate them 10 thumbs ups! They have set the bar extremely high. Dorene and Pat thought through every possible contingency which made the sit a breeze.

Thanks again for having us!

We had such a nice time here. Molly is such a lovely girl, very calm and loving and we will definitely miss her. Rebecca was always available for any questions we had and was just generally great to deal with. We would absolutely stay here again!

Chris
This sit welcomed us to the UK! It was a good few days in Bath with Bandit. He was very independent and very easy to take care of. He really liked caresses. The town was beautiful and historic and we thought the Christmas market was nice. We thank Emily, Chris and their family for trusting us with the care of their kitten and their home. Thanks also to Diane, Emily's mother, for picking us up the day we arrived, everyone was very kind. And it was a pleasure to meet you on the last day and learn about your trip :)

Lovely Sit in the Lake District

Looking after retired greyhounds Ash and Bella in Whitehaven was super relaxing. They’re both such laid back characters, looking after them was really no trouble at all.
During my stay, all they needed was for me to stick to their routine with regular food and (gentle) walks along local fields straight from the doorstep with cuddles on the sofa afterwards. And they were quite happy to settle down to snooze on their own after our walks to allow me to explore the local area, including a visit to the local beach St Bees (10 mins drive) with a tasty lunch with harbour views at Howling Wolf Cafe in Whitehaven afterwards.
Both dogs are very well behaved and super easy to walk on a conjoined lead (a first for me).
Becky was an excellent host, with great communication before and during my stay, and she had provided a detailed welcome guide in advance which was super useful. She also sent lots of links and suggestions for sights / restaurants in the local area which was much appreciated. Whitehaven and the surrounding countryside have much to offer and it’s only a 30 minute drive to Keswick and other Lake District attractions.
I really enjoyed my time with these two gentle rescue greyhounds!

Lidia
Dear Lidia,

Thank you so much for the opportunity of looking after your wonderful house and adorable Pixie
and for the lovely review. This was our first house sit and is going to be a hard act to follow ! We
had such a great holiday visiting our family close by in Bishops Stortford and have really fond
memories of Christmas in Stansted Mountfitchet, the windmill, your beautiful house, and friendly
and playful Pixie who we are going to miss. We were very fortunate to meet you when we were
over and look forward to seeing you as friends on our next visit. Bev and John

Taylor
My partner and I were fortunate to be selected by Taylor and her husband for a 3-night stay with easy self-check-in. We cared for Zelly, an affectionate Maine Coon, who is independent and outdoors a lot (especially when the sun is shining). Taylor was very communicative, considerate, organized, and hospitable. They provided clean bedsheets, towels, and space for our luggage/belongings. Highly recommend!
