We just drove back from Portland and are already missing Butters and Morpheus! They are full of fun and a delight to take care of. They have an auto feeder for their dry food which makes it so easy. Kelsey is easy going. She left for the airport a few hours earlier than required to accommodate us. We really appreciated it. Her apartment is cozy, warm, bright and located in a perfect location within walking distance to the buzzing Hawthorne area. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this sit.
We had a great 4 days in Worthing with Florence and Jasper. Trisha and Constantine gave us a quick but comprehensive rundown of everything we needed to know (over a nice lunch). There was also a folder with any information we needed during the stay, so we never had to ask them any questions. The dogs are lovely, a great combination of affectionate and obedient. We really enjoyed the time we spent with them. They are easy to look after and walks were simple. The flat is very cosy. With really well proportioned rooms and everything you could want in a house sit. The local area was also a nice place to explore. With several great restaurants and an easy journey to the beach. A really great sit.
Nicola and Shaun are very welcoming, kind and nice people. They did indeed the best that a host can do! Thank you again. Mudgee is a small but tourist town, in an area full of wineries and vineyards and close to many national parks and forests. Their dog Freddie is a super sweet dog of medium size. He's playful and he likes cuddles. For this he needs spending some time with people; he's easy to handle though. Their beautiful home is a great accomodation, full of every comfort and close to supermarkets, parks and shops. Absolutely recommended!
What a lovely sit, Moon is an affectionate, sweet cat, we will miss her. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, warm and immaculate, we were made to feel very welcome and even loaned a bicycle to get around although everything you need is only a very short walk away. Morning and evening updates plus some extra cute photos and playing with moon and her toys were an absolute pleasure. Moon has a little skin condition that we were happy to keep an eye on and distract her when she over groomed. I absolutely recommend this sit and would happily sit again.
I had a good time housesittind for Anna Lee and Christa. They have clean, neat and cozy home in a beautiful part of city, right next to many restaurants, parks and shops. Best of all were the awesome pets, Persimmon and Peregrine, such a cute and easy cats. Persimmon is so sweet and darling. Peregrine is an extremely entertaining and playful but who loves a good lap cuddle. They both have charming personalities, it was easy to care for them and a pleasure to have their company. I was sad to say goodbye to them in the end of my stay. I would recommend this sit to everyone, Thank you.
Jennifer's home appears nice in the photos and listing, but it's much more grand in reality. It's truly an opportunity to live in luxury with great views and access to beautiful red rock hiking. Jennifer was incredibly accommodating and flexible. She gave us the option to come a night early and stay before she left or arrive at our convenience on the day of the sit. Her welcome guide is thorough and complete with everything you need to know. The pets are the best! Mango is the sweetest doodle. She is so playful and friendly, but not invasive or obnoxious. Duke is a super affectionate cuddle pup in a very mellow way and he's SO soft. Dezi is on crowd control. She's selective about who and how much she wants to interact with you, but she definitely enjoys walks and affection. All of the dogs have very good manners and are excellent company.

This isn’t a kennel… oh no, that is a derogatory word for this service! This is a full service family doggie resort with a beautiful property and home. We had an awesome experience with Doggy Strides! We had a last minute trip and needed overnight care for our 5 month old pup at short notice. Doggy Strides was highly recommended and now I know why! Cayce was super sweet and professional. We scheduled a visit to get to know Mila before the trip and discuss details. During our trip, we received periodic updates and pictures which helped us feel more at ease. Mila was well cared for while we were away and as an unexpected bonus, has been behaving better (at least my husband seems to think so 😂). We will definitely be a long term Doggy Strides customer.
I was a little hesitant at first to have to board my seven month old puppy-- she's very attached to me and has anxiety, so I wasn't sure what to expect! But, I'm so glad I found Cayce and Doggy Strides. We did a tour to see the place and have my puppy get introduced. We then did an overnight test and it went great! So great that I had no hesitations about having Cayce watch my pup while I went away on vacation about a month later. We had our one and a half year old Golden Retriever (Harper) stay at Doggy Strides for eight days while we were away on vacation. I truly love my dog with all my entire heart, so finding a great place for her was super important to me. I began researching boarding locations about three months before our trip. I found some local non-crated boarding locations that had good Google reviews in my area; however, they would not accommodate large dogs. I did not want Harper locked up in a crate for most of the day. I was also considering an in-home service, but Harper is active and having someone over to our house a few times a day would not meet her required level of energy. I looked on the Main Line at very expensive boarding locations that had different add-on packages (swimming, doggy day care, daily updates, 15 minute one-on-one time). I did not get the feeling (especially based on the add-on packages) that Harper would truly be loved and cared for. I found Doggy Strides at the recommendation of our dog trainer. Cayce has been amazing to work with. Her home is a loving and active location for Harper. Harper had an amazing time while we were away, and I felt confident she was in great care. She has been sleeping all day today from all her play time at Doggy Strides. I am truly thankful I found Cayce and her family and will use her for future vacations. Her prices are extremely reasonable for the service she provides. You can truly tell she cares about animals. We had a wonderful experience with Doggy Strides! We were very nervous to leave our dog so soon after we adopted him. Cayce was so sweet, calm, and gentle with our Sammy that she put our worries at ease. She has a beautiful home and property for the dogs to enjoy. We loved getting pictures and updates twice a day. Sammy made some great new fur friends and was treated like part of the family. We will definitely use Doggy Strides again!

We had the BEST experience leaving our sweet little 8 month old puppy girl Ori with Cayce!! Cayce has a wonderful personality & lovely family. We left Ori for 9 nights…while we went on vacation! We were very much at ease to do it. Reason being…we did a trial. We did (2) 1/2 days & 1 overnight to ease our minds. She had a great time & was so happy!! Ori got to meet other friendly dogs & made human friends too! We knew it would be a great decision to leave Ori with Cayce for 9 nights. Doggy Strides’ environment is VERY clean & welcoming! Cayce is very organized! She fed & administered Ori’s daily requirements with no problems. I portioned off Ori’s food & supplements in baggies to simplify her daily feeding. As you can see Ori is white…we feared that she would be VERY dirty when we returned home. Ori was just as white when we returned home! ♥️ We had NO issues at all…once we were back home! Ori was healthy and was drinking, eating, & pooping just fine. Ori transitioned well back in her own environment with us! Cayce we are so happy we found you!! 🐶💖🐾
