Thanks Ally in making our trip to Hong Kong possible. We had an enjoyable Chinese New Year spending time with Steve. Yorkshire terriers was my childhood favourite breed and Steve did not disappoint! He was cuddly, confident and healthy dog. He is quiet a celebrity in the area because he is very friendly and he looks so cute. I would like to add a tip for Steve to make new friends -particularly seniors, although Ally's apartment is up the slope area, you can navigate it by using the central mid level escalators and avoiding the many steps. My mum is a senior 80 years no problems! Food is plenty to choose from budget and expensive. We love the sounds of monkeys, went to the park twice! We wish Steve and Ally, all the best! We miss Steve and also HK! Malaysia is very hot 40 degrees.
Oh, If I could only leave 10 stars ! Eva and Rick are wonderful folks and great hosts with clear communication all around along with the guide printed out. Tessy, oh Tessy, so sweet, cuddly and managed to train me on another treat giving. LOL! Tessy is easy going, great on walks and if you're into a snuggly evening with your favourite movie Tessy is right there with you. I felt welcomed right from the start and look forward to being of service to this delightful family in the future.
This was my first sit through THS and my first time travelling abroad alone. I can not thank Rachel and James enough for being so lovely and helpful, welcoming me into their home, making me feel so comfortable and going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. I arrived a day earlier so Rachel could show me everything and let Tiger the cat get used to me. I didn’t have a car so Rachel was kind enough to pick me up from the airport, let me use their electric bike and drop me off after to continue my travels. This was a dream sit and it was an absolute pleasure to care for their special much loved pets. Tiger is a lovely affectionate cat, she sleeps a lot but loves company and it was a delight to give her love and attention when she asked for it. Cherry the bearded dragon is smaller than she looks in the photos. Looking after her was a first for me, I fell in love immediately, the way she moves her head listening to you is adorable. She loves being carried around and having a bath in the sun, she is easy to look after as long as you don’t mind feeding live worms. Their beautiful house has a lovely homely feel and everything you need. So peaceful, with the most amazing scenery. I highly recommend this sit. I am so grateful to them both for choosing me and making my first sit abroad such an amazing experience. I miss them all and hope to return.
I catsat Gattogatto (Buster) and Miciosa (Pearl) two times, in December and in January. They are very independent, chill and easy cats that enjoy cuddles. They are smart and would "tell" me when and what they wanted. The house was very centrally located, near to plenty of shops, and with great transport links. What's the most important, Rossana and Tim were very helpful and ready to answer all my questions. In addition Tim met me before his departure and explained everything, which made my sit easier. I had a good experience and comfortable sitting. I would gladly sit Gattogatto and Miciosa again. Thank you!
I had a great time pet-sitting for Jill. Pacha and Pinto were easy to take care of and Finn is a dream dog. So sweet! Jill’s home is cozy and being on the beach was so relaxing. Jill also leaves a thorough manual to answer any questions you may have, and stays in communication. I’d pet-sit for Jill anytime.
We had a lovely time with the fur tribe. Everyone was cuddly and easy to get along with, and we had no major issues throughout the sit. The house was lovely and very comfy. Fiona explained everything really well and wrote up a great welcome pack for us; easy to reference and had all the detail we needed. We highly recommend sitting this gang as they all have great attitudes and are very welcoming!
