My fur baby Daisy is only six months old and this was my first time away from her. I felt very comfortable with leaving her cared for by MyChi Pet Sitting. They are wonderful and are so good with her. I take comfort knowing she was treated as their own. She was very happy doing laps around the yard. She will be back soon!

Daisy was amazing from start to finish! I was a little nervous to leave my cats alone for the first time but after our meet and greet I knew she would take great care of them. She kept me updated every visit with photos and videos, even though they did a good job trying to hide from her. My girls are very skittish and I felt comfortable knowing they were in good hands. She even surprised us with a little treat when I got home. I would absolutely call Daisy again next time I need a sitter!

Daisy is amazing with our dog Buddy. He is a big dog and sometimes tough to handle and Daisy handled him with ease. He loves her and that showed me she is good with dogs. Would recommend her to take of your pets.

I cannot say enough nice things about Daisy, she was so incredible! We went on vacation for 10 days, she cared for out two cats in that time and every day she came by around the same time, fed them, took care of them and administered heart medicine to one of my fur babies, no matter how difficult or stubborn he was. There were a couple small messes and she cleaned them for us with no complaint. I felt safe and extremely happy with Daisy caring for my babies and you bet your bottom dollar she’s the first person I’m contacting next time I go out of town! I love how kind, respectful and caring for animals that she is. A great soul that provided exactly what I needed ❤️

My Chi's Pet Sitting is wonderful! I can't say enough to even amount to the excellence of care our two boys receive. Daisy is professional, compassionate, and a outstanding care giver. She always is on time for appointments, touches base before each appointment in case your pet requires anything different from its normal routine. Daisy's from My Chi's Pet Sitting service has been a God-sent for me. I love my baby Storm with all my heart. I was looking for someone who not only be loving and compassionate, but also someone who would know how to handle a special pet, like my Storm (she unfortunately gets seizures). Risa is an amazing pet sitter. She goes above and beyond to love and care for the animals in her care-she really does love them like her own! I never, ever worry when I am away and she is looking after my 3 cats, my babies. Risa keeps in contact after each visit, with wonderful photos and videos of them, setting my mind at ease, allowing me to see how they are doing. She has a great heart of compassion and loves what she does. Until I discovered Risa, I had bad experiences with pet-sitters, they were unreliable, lacked compassion, and plain awful. I can't tell you enough how much I appreciate Risa and her pet sitting services. She is a great person, and my cats love her, especially playing "laser" with her! You will not be disappointed!

I am so happy with Risa caring for my cats for one week,, Chino and calico Mamma Baby Girl . She played with Chino who loves everyone, petted talked to him, sent me photos every day.. I have known Risa for over 2 years now. Her character shows nothing but love and patience for all animals. I say character because I believe character is a reflection how one will treat my animal when I need to trust a person with my animal with I love. Risa was the best pet sitter I have ever had. She took such loving care of my English Golden Sunny. She stayed with him for 2 weeks . We have gone out of town several times (back when you could do that!) and Risa and her service took care of our dog Buddy for us. They did a fantastic job and also fed our sons lizards (and watered our plants) as well. It is a great feeling to be able to trust someone, and we trust Risa and her company with our home and pets. They are awesome. I could not recommend them more highly!

We started bringing our pup Penny here a few months ago. We just got another one, Harper and was so excited to bring her as well. They absolutely love doggy daycare. I’m so happy to have a place we can trust to leave our dogs when we have a busy day so they don’t have to be crated and to board when we are on vacation!

My pup Opie loves being amongst so many furry friends. I love being able to drop him off anytime to play. It really is such a relief that I never worry when he is in their care. The staff really takes time to know each and every pet.They really do a great job of caring for furry family members so you feel they are safe and enjoying their time away from you. I really appreciate all the services they provide and that they have all pets pass a temperament test before being accepted into the establishment. So wonderful!

This was my first experience with taking my Labrador there and he seemed to love it. I love the fact he was only kenneled at night and for meals. Also not too pricey!!

This is the only boarding facility I trust to watch my cat! I left him here for 1 week while I had radiation therapy and they took such great care of him. They kept him on his feeding schedule and made sure he had wet food that he enjoyed to eat. Would highly recommend them

Have been taking Nellie here for about 2 years. Whether it’s day care, boarding, or grooming I trust Pet Castle. Nellie absolutely loves it there! The staff and owners are top notch and you can really tell they truly care about the animals plus they post pictures everyday so you can see all the pups together!

The excitement that our 2 dogs,Toby & Tucker, exhibit going to and when I pick them up is amazing. The personnel are friendly and attentive. Great place!

My dog looked fabulous when she was done with her hair cut and nail trimmings she was given a cute little Easter Bandanna too! I only say four stars because she looked a little choppy with her haircut but I know she can be a pain in the butt so that might be why 🤔 I’m not sure because they said she behaved pretty well which caught me by surprise because I know how my dog is when she gets her haircut but I plan to return and I do recommend!

I was very nervous about leaving my dog alone while I go into the office some days- but now I don’t have to be. Blue is so comfortable there & immediately gets excited when I drop him off. I love that they post tons of photos on Facebook so I can see him having the time of his life. All the staff are so sweet. I really like that they do doggie daycare & boarding so Blue will have a safe place he’s comfortable at if I have to travel. He’s also a 4 month old ACD mix with TONS of energy & after I pick him up from he’s the sleepiest. It’s wonderful.

I recently boarded my dog at Pet Castle and loved the experience for my dog! Bruce and Stacey were knowledgeable and so sweet. Getting the updates and pictures gave us peace-of-mind while being away. We’ll def be using them again in the future!

I was so pleased with the service I received!!! Brendan took great care of my two labs. He came to my house before we left to make sure my dogs were comfortable with him too! He came twice a day and played with them so they didn’t even realize we were gone. He took pictures of them so I could see my babies and was so great with them. I would recommend this company. Branden is a very professional guy. I had a trip I was making to Texas to meet my girlfriend, so I gave him a call. He answered, and said that he was able to help me throughout the week, so my 85 Year old grandfather didn’t have to put stress on himself. Great service! And an even better person. We brought our golden retriever to Ellen for training. The training she taught us made a huge difference in his behavior. He also learned to socialize with other dogs in her group training. Thanks to Ellen we have a very well behaved dog!!

Ellen was right on point in pinpointing our dog's issues and therefore we were able to work successfully in helping our dog. She also worked to teach us how to work with our dog and learn her behavior better. Ellen took our dog for two weeks for board and train. I highly recommend her for this. Ellen was amazing with my 2 husky puppies. We did the 10 day training and she went above and beyond to make sure our puppies were trained and we under stood if we had any questions. She would answer them quickly weeks after training was complete my dogs were happy to see her everything they do. I highly recommend Ellen!! And will be using her for all to my dog care when out of town!!

Ellen has been really helpful training our 1 year old husky. She has a lot of patience with our dog, but more importantly with us. Ellen doesn’t just train help train your dog, she gives you the resources to train your dog. She also was very helpful with my past dog trauma, took things slowly, and understood that I was getting activated which meant my dog was getting activated.

Her two amazing dogs are also helping our puppy to get rid of fears while she supports and trains and corrects. Ellen is a fantastic dog trainer! She has helped us immensely with our 1 year old puppy, and with the interactions between the puppy and our older dog. Ellen has a common sense, real-world approach to training. We had tried classes but it never translated to real life. Ellen came to our home, watched the dogs together, walked and played with them, and took the time to understand what they needed. They're honestly different dogs after our sessions with Ellen. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Ellen is absolutely wonderful and I am so happy we found her. We first hired Ellen when our twin Blue Heelers were about 4/5 months. She knew exactly how to handle their high energy and what steps to take to teach us to get them trained quickly and efficiently. After our 6-8 weeks of weekly trainings, our pups knew all the standard commands and some additional ones. Ellen would check in periodically on us and them to see how things were going, and that made me feel like she really cared. Which is why a year later Ellen was the one we contacted to watch our babies when we went on vacation. I am obsessed with my dogs and literally was in tears anticipating leaving them for a week... But honestly Ellen was the only reason I felt semi OK with it. She sent us pictures and updates and it reassured me they were in good hands. Me, my husband, son, and Olive and Jack are forever grateful to have Ellen (and her neice) in our lives ♥️

Ellen is WONDERFUL with dogs (and people!). My fiancé and I are pet parents to an almost 5 month old Aussie/poodle mix with a TON of energy! We hired Ellen about a month ago right after Bear turned 4 months old for help with his severe leash reactivity, he obsessively barked and pulled at 99.9% of people, dogs, runners and bikes and his behavior was getting out of our control. In a matter of 3 sessions, and suggested homework practice in between, I am happy to say Bear has seriously improved, and is well on his way to being a perfect gentleman on his walks! This was our main area of concern that Ellen has helped us transform, along with learning a very long and successful “stay”, “place”, appropriately greeting strangers (not jumping) as well as addressing our resource guarding concerns among other things. I have already recommended her to multiple friends, and will be using her services again for Bear in the future. Thank you again!! 😊

Ellen has been our dog trainer for years. We adopted a severely abused Doberman who was never inside a house or walked on a leash. Ellen came out after one session taught her how to walk properly on a leash and even how to walk up our stairs. We adopted a Calahola leopard who was very afraid of men especially my husband, after weeks of trying to help her and not being successful we called Ellen she came out and again after one session the dog was comfortable with my husband. We board our dogs when we go away, it’s nice knowing they will be as loves as if they were home. I feel better leaving knowing they are with her and not locked up in a cage all day. I highly recommend Ellen and would give her more starts if they were available

Used Ellen’s Pet Care Services for both training and pet sitting for our apprehensive rescue dog. Ellen and Halley were able to work with our dog in a loving and efficient way. I love Town & Country. I’ve only been there a short while, but it’s perfect for the rescue that I have. She’s a small dog and she wants to play. She is so happy. I take her there two days a week and when she comes back, she’s very very happy people there are very, very nice. I was told the best place in the world was for pause, but I didn’t even try them after I talked to the people at Town & Country. Thank you so much for your kindness. My place is my home is being renovated so I had to miss two days and I don’t wanna ever miss anymore if I can avoid it thank you and I have and thank you for all your kindness and Callie is my dog and she absolutely loves it. It gives her the time to play that she needs. She is a cavalier four years old. She was stuck having babies. She is four years old and all she did was have babies in her cage or crate for all her life and I was able to rescue her. They were gonna have her have another letter. But now she has a home with me. Thank you to the people at Town & Country.

I really love Town and Country Pet care center they take great care of my girl Phoebe. She goes for grooming and everytime she comes back happy as a clam and looking great! The staff goes above and beyond and they are so friendly. They always make sure I’m happy with her haircut and they treat her with love and care. They make it easy to make appointments and they have great pricing. I will always recommend Town and Country!

This review is long overdue! For almost the last two years, I have taken my boxer sometimes five days a week or six days a week to Town and Country. These guys are like family to me and Sarge. They were beyond better than any expectation I could have ever had imagined. My dog is not even one yet and has never been away from us. He hasn’t had much interaction with people or dogs so I was a little worried. I sent Him here while on vacation , Ang and the rest of the staff gave him all the love and support he needed , daily updates and pictures and he adjusted well and loved it there , i was Able to enjoy my vacation and not have to worry. If you’re looking to get away and are worried about your pet this is the best place for them ! I will Be using them again and highly recommend them!!

Love love LOVE this place! The way they do business, the care they have for the pups, and the way you can customize the boarding to you or your pup’s liking!! I love the fact that if you’re pup is not so social like my pup Precious is, your doggo can have private play. The way they groomed her is also fabulous! This place is amazing! They held onto our pup overnight, put a cute little collar on him with a bow tie, and he was as happy as a clam when we picked up! The staff here is so sweet and caring, and definitely showed our dog love! Wish I had cash on me, you’ll certainly feel inclined to tip them!

Got these pics less than 24 hours after Willy was dropped off. I can't wait to see my baby but can see he's being taken care of. Plan to use them again. Hopefully, pick up is as smooth as drop off. Thank you, T&C!

Town and Country has been a life saver for my pup & I. My pooch was very apprehensive when we first visited the facility but not because of them - I was just really the only one she trusted since I rescued her in September 2023. Our first try at the day care – she was just too timid. However, after 2 weeks of training at T & C with an awesome team, especially Melissa and the admin staff was so accommodating….I started to see a change in my pup. Fast forward - when I would drive up and we would see all the dogs playing she would yelp with excitement to the point where I would have to hold her back. Not only did she start thriving in day care, but I also felt comfortable leaving her for overnight stays. I have felt like T & C genuinely cared about taking care of my pup (and I am overprotective). If I was not leaving the state, I would be taking my dog here for as long as I could. They have so many great events for dogs, and I am so sad I will miss them. I highly recommend Town and Country!

Wonderful staff and facility! We boarded our dog, Koda, here for three days and we couldn’t have been happier. They took such great care of her. We will be back for sure. Thank you, Town and Country!

DO NOT BOARD YOUR DOGS HERE. First, This place looks like a kennel of horrors extremely dilapidated, dead vehicles in the driveway, from what I could see of the kennel area, they were extremely run down. One look at it and you couldn’t pay me to drop my dogs off here. I volunteer with a rescue that was having two dogs boarded there while they were searching for their homes. We were supposed to be able to go pick them up and walk them, take them to adoption events. The “kennel manager” Vicki continuously made it difficult for the volunteers to go there, cancelling last minute for no reason, she would yell at some of the volunteers. I tried to take one of these dogs back early from an adoption event because the dog was not handling the heat well. She refused to come out and take the dog back to her kennel because she was “sick and in bed” she yelled and screamed at me over the phone and told me that if I didn’t leave the premises with the dog, she would call the police. I told her to please call the police. She did not call the police. There was no way in h*ll I was leaving this dog there so I took her home with me. I can’t imagine the dogs in their care are being treated well. Again, you couldn’t pay me to leave my dogs there for 1 second. Anyone who loves their pets, do NOT use this facility, do your research.

Do not take your dogs to Beech Hill Kennels if you truly care about your dogs!!! The rescue I volunteer with learned the hard way. There is no way to know the level of care the dogs receive while here. Vicki is an older woman who has one staff member who helps in the mornings. This is the second kennel we have dealt with who have the funds and don’t hire staff, which can only point to greed. That means Vicki herself is taking caring of her human partner in the home and their 8 animals, as well as the countless dogs being boarded there. Vicki is so up and down mood wise. She’s terrible to “work with”. She has been over 30 minutes late numerous times when dogs are being picked up or dropped off by rescue volunteers. She made everything difficult for the rescue I volunteer with, almost causing countless volunteers to quit. She makes up rules and regulations as she pleases. She has 3 dogs who were abandoned at the kennel who she won’t even allow to find homes, instead they rot in those kennels. She has a Pitbull, shepherd, and senior Chihuahah who were dumped there and live there to this day. She had a rescue at her finger tips who has helped placed other abandoned dogs and yet she would rather these poor dogs suffer in a cage for the rest of their lives. This is not someone who cares about animals. This is someone who cares about money and that’s it. The kennels are in bad shape and instead of repairing them, she doesn’t. She has her own partner’s dog and 2 cats inside the home. She has 2 of her own dogs in the home who live solely on the porch and 1 more who lives in the indoor kennels. These animals are not getting the attention and care when there are at least 20 kennels who often have animals in them. That is around 27 animals being fed by 1 person at night and 27 being fed in the morning by 2 people. Take your dogs to a kennel who truly cares about their dogs, who allow you to see the kennels with your own eyes and who have STAFF. This place needs to be shut down and it’s only a matter of time until it happens.

Used once for a kennel . Very old looking inside . They promised to send pictures of our dogs but we never received any pictures even when we texted the number given to us . We tried using them for grooming a while back too and they cancel last minute or when you arrive . That occurred 3x.

THIS IS A TERRIBLE PLACE. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE. your dogs will be abused. the facility is in poor condition & falling apart. Dogs are left out in the heat. they are slow to respond & have very poor customer service. DO NOT GO HERE. I’d recommend Preppy Pet or elsewhere. The dogs are not let out.

I was a independent contractor grooming there for a few weeks… it was upsetting seeing what went on and what other employees told me. You pay to have your dogs taken out for extra play time and it’s not done, the AC doesn’t always work unless she finally fixed it but a dog had died because of the ac few years ago. They have A ton of dogs living in cages in the house and some permanently living in the boarding! It’s just not right .. those dogs deserve homes and freedom! I left because of those reason and I got slammed with taxes on pay she was taking. Groomers beware… it’s not legal at all. If you’re an IC she shouldn’t be taking payments or handling the money at all… clients beware.. make sure the ac is working and don’t pay extra fees for playtime they don’t really do it.

This boarding facility was really a godsend! We are in the process of moving so as you can imagine, everything was hectic. They were very helpful, great with communication & compassionate. They understood my situation and provided exceptional service. Will definitely be in touch when we are looking to go on an extended trip. Absolutely recommend

Don’t normally leave review, but I showed up on a Saturday to drop off my dog when I scheduled and no one was there. The office door was open, the back gate where all the dogs were being kept was open and they were all barking. I walked in and out of the office and even back to where the dogs cages were multiple times, knocked on the doors to the house where another dog was barking and nothing. The cell number on the office door went right to voicemail and no one showed up in the half hour to 45 minutes I was there alone. Not only was it a huge inconvenience trying to find a place last minute as I was leaving for vacation, but anyone could’ve shown up and took any dog they wanted that was staying there. I feel bad for whoever had their dog there at the time and wouldn’t try to use them again. Everything about it was unsanitary and unsafe.

I’ve never used a kennel before, but we were moving and I chose this one and they are absolutely amazing! My dog loved being their and loved all her friends she met their (dogs and humans) mary always kept me posted and let me know how my baby was doing and gave her treats and sent me pictures. I will always use this place whenever I need to travel. Thank you guys so much see you in June 💚

Coming from a former employee who has experience running their own dog daycare, this is HORRIBLE place, DO NOT take your pets there. Management is TERRIBLE, I worked my @$$ off for three days and groomed 6 dogs which the “manager” REFUSES to pay me for. The dogs are forced to be in small concrete kennels or cages for 24 hours a day with very little outdoor time. OVERPRICED, they charge you for “extra playtime” and just keep your dogs locked up 99% of the time. This place should be shut down!!!! ALWAYS get a tour of any facility you intend to board your animals in. This will save many people and dogs a lot of grief. If I could give ZERO stars, matter of fact NEGATIVE stars, I most certainly would. 😤

Second time leaving our baby Rosie and she was excited to return. Close and nurturing attention to your pet. Rosie seems to be comfortable and excited to return. Always available and polite. I was extremely happy with my experience with the Pet Nanny. My family and I had to go out of town for five days, and we needed care for three 3-month-old kittens and a 12-year-old cat. We were especially nervous about leaving because of the kittens; they needed more frequent care than adult cats would. I was able to arrange visits from our sitter twice a day, including an overnight stay each night for the five nights. The price was extremely reasonable, and our sitter, Kaylee, could not have been more wonderful. She communicated with us comprehensively every time she came to the house and sent us very sweet and funny pictures, including some of her with the cats. It was clear that they trusted and loved her and were in good hands. We were quickly able to relax and enjoy our trip. I especially liked that there was a team of other sitters, in case for some reason Kaylee couldn't come. That did not happen, but it was great to know there was a system to ensure alternate care for our cats if needed. I will not hesitate to hire the Pet Nanny again to take care of our beloved kitties.

Pet Nanny is very reliable and takes very good care of my two cats Lucy and Buddy while we are away. I feel 100% comfortable with her service. This is my first time using a pet care service.

I would highly recommend The Pet Nanny. We have used their services twice for our newly adopted rescue cat Donovan. Everything went smoothly from the Meet & Greet with the caregivers to the daily communications while we were away. I love that everything is done on line & communications is via text, email & App. I now feel comfortable if we need to go away knowing Donovan has friends to check up on him. We and our pets love The Pet Nanny! We've used their service to care for our cats, and to walk our dog. The loving, caring service Tess and her staff provided was so wonderful, and was a great help for our family. We had a few family emergencies, and they were able to help us in a pinch (even when our keys went missing). Their scheduled dog walking was the best, though; it allowed our new puppy to take a midday break and keep comfortable. We will definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.

These folks are amazing! The owner Tess and her entire team are highly professional, reliable, trustworthy and loving to their furry clients. We've been clients for over 3 years and I can't image working with another group. As people who were new to the area, we worried about finding people we could trust with our Chocolate Lab. Finding Tess and The Pet Nanny services has been such a blessing! I moved to area to take a high travel job and didn't know anyone. Trusting a pet sitter is a giant leap of faith since my cat can't tell me if anyone was really there or not, but Tess has been fantastic!! Her level of care and love for my cat is unbeatable. She is sure to snap a cute picture or two during my travels to send my way, too, which is always a fun treat while I'm on the road. The care provided by The Pet Nanny is top notch, you can't go wrong here!

I cannot say enough good things about this place!!! We no longer live in the area and we still bring our dog to board here whenever we are away. Our puppy was incredibly nervous around people when we first got her. Instead of turning her away the staff took the time to sit with her and give her time to warm up. Now she loves it there and is comfortable with the staff. The hours are amazing and the price is the best around. It is family owned and they really get to know you and your pet. They always answer the phone or call you right back. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience, first time boarding my pups while on vacation. They were there Saturday to Saturday, three English Bulldogs, one with visual impairment and incontinent issues. I felt at ease while on vacation knowing they were safe and well taken care of. They shared an area and were kept together, fed regularly and were out to relieve them self. I would recommend this business. The owner has a heart of gold and you can always find her on the premises, hands on taking care of the dogs.

They are wonderful! My dog loves going and always comes home exhausted from playing with his friends. They love them and take great care of them! Each room feels like home with couches, beds, TV's.

Stay and play is the best! I highly trust Carol and the rest of her staff to care for my 2 dogs when I am at work or out of town. The dogs love playing with their friends and have the best time. I always know my dogs are in great hands leaving them at stay and play. The staff really treat the animals like their own and I am so grateful to have found such a special place. I was very lucky to have found this place when I needed a boarding kennel for my TWC for a weekend. My dog came home happy and tired! I will call them again for sure!

My daughter has a covid dog. Meaning he is not socialized. We were hesitant to take him, but we needed to board him. When we bought him in the knowledge & comfort of everyone working there, it made us feel at it ease. They helped calm our dog down & were able to take him with no problems. I recently used Stay & Play Pet resort to take care of my 10 months old kitten Ralphie when I was going out of town on vacation. I am so happy I chose this "resort" for my furbaby. The entire staff is very caring and took great care of my kitten. He got his own room and the staff visited him throughout the day to ensure he was well cared for and for some attention. I called daily to check on him and everyone was very kind and gave updates on how Ralphie's day was going. I am definitely going to reserve a stay for all of my vacations because it gave me such peace of mind knowing my lil furbaby was happy and in good hands. Everyone is always so happy to see Harley Quinn when we drop her off. You can tell they love all the dogs and your fur baby will be in good hands! And they have so much fun, which you can see as they post puppy play on Facebook everyday! 100% recommend!

I’ve been wanting to take my dog to day care and when I finally did it Central Bark was my choice (Mostly because of proximate and the cleanliness & friendliness. They really like dogs). I could tell instantly she loved it. She was tugging at her leash the next morning to go back. I needed her to get more exposure to other dogs and that part is working well.

We love Central Bark! Our Daisy has been going there since she was a puppy and she is 7 yrs old now. They helped me immensely as I had never had a dog before. Their customer service is top notch and the care our dog gets is amazing. Stephanie and Mike are the best and their employees are wonderful. I am always greeted with a smile.

My two dogs had a social visit last week. They had SO much fun that I think my lab slept the entire next day! I like how open the facility is so you can see the pups playing. The staff are great with the dogs, keeping the chaos to a dull roar. It is very clean and I am looking forward to a boarding weekend with Central Bark. Tut and Zola are big fans! Waited months for a grooming appointment. I left work early and got my dog from home to get a phone call last minute canceling my appointment. Now I'm out a half day of wages, months of waiting and have to find a new groomer!

Central Bark was recommended by my daughter. We take Bentley once a week for socialization. This place is clean and organized. Bentley is always excited to go to "school". He is exhausted when he gets home which is just what we were looking for. I've gotten some great ideas from the staff on some behavior issues that actually worked!

I took my dog to Central Barks dog groomer and she did an excellent job! My dog does not like to be groomed so even with his anxiety and difficulty, Lindsay ( pro groomer) was able to do an absolute fabulous job.
