Rachel took very great care of both my cats, she came over and did a meet and greet in person beforehand which I really appreciated. I was worried about my boy cat because he is not the most social but I believe Rachel’s calm demeanor broke him out of his shell. Will definitely use her services again in the future.

Rachel is amazing! She has watched my cat many times and each time I know I don't have to worry when I'm gone. She sends me photos and updates each time she comes to see him. She is dependable and reliable and I highly recommend her services!

Rachel is wonderful! I was so nervous about leaving my cat who is very shy and has never been alone since my other cat passed away. Rachel took great care of her, checked in Daily with notes and photos and put my mind at ease. When I returned home the litter boxes, water bowls and food dishes were spotless and Rachel even brought in my mail. She is a lifesaver. ❤️

Rachel is great with my two senior cats (and a crested gecko). She handles both cats' medications, including an inhaler for asthma. I have her visit 2× each day when I'm away, and she sends updates with pictures or a video for every visit. My elder cat really only cares about getting his meals, but the younger eagerly jumps in her lap whenever she sits down and is so happy to have someone for pets and playtime. She also caught that he might have acid reflux, and after discussing medication with my vet, he no longer gets an upset tummy when he eats on an empty stomach.

Rachel has taken care of our two cats during our two most recent vacations. She does a great job, communicates daily with notes and photos and videos, assuring us that “our boys” are doing just fine. We’re glad to have found her service and recommend her highly!

My first time using Rachel’s VIP petsitting and I was very happy with her services. She was warm, knowledgable, and detailed. She took notes and listened to my detailed instructions very carefully. She communicated with both text and pictures during each daily visit which really put me at ease. Most sitters drop down food and water and leave. She gave my pets the love and attention they need including administering meds and supplements. I was grateful not to worry one moment while I was gone. Camp Bow Wow offers playtime for my pup at no additional fee during his stay. He gets to socialize with other dogs for 7 hours out of the day making him tired at the end of the day. I like how personalized his "cabin" can be with his toys and bed and the attention given to his particular diet. It was an added bonus that he could be bathed before pick up, but for me it eased my concern being able to see him everyday through the camera to assure me that he was doing well.

The best place to board your dog or for daycare! Staff is friendly and understanding! Hours are perfect and the prices are affordable and I have two dogs! Just the best place and would recommend to anybody!

I love Camp Bow Wow Highland Heights, the staff is very friendly and I don't have to worry about my fur baby. They sometimes call me asking when is Titan coming back. I board him without worry because I can view him on their web cam.

This is the worst camp bow I have ever been to. I tried them twice since the Bedford one was out, and almost shame on them for recommending this one. I sent my dog there one time and mishap happened, so bad I got my money back after reviewing videos with the manager. The manager apologized and asked for another chance. So I sent my dog there again after my last trip. Even worse WORSE mishaps. I am shocked , horrified and disgusted this place is still in business. If you love your dog NEVER trust this place to follow their disposition, food schedule, or anything else. My first experience was having my dog placed in the wrong area, I called them (multiple times) and they said they needed a manager. Well the manager approved, sent my dog their for a previous planned vacation and the same thing happened, after I dropped him off , explained it to three people , including saying their manager already signed off, they all said they got it. Next thing you know my dog is being attacked. No word from the manager, or any of the workers. Eventually said it was a “misunderstanding”. Not sure why they would keep dogs that attack or hump other dogs continuous when it’s happened so by times. Sent from my iPhone

My two Jack Russell's went in for their interview and had a ball. They were wore out for like two good days. Just what they needed. We were looking for boarding while out of town for an upcoming trip and decided that we will also use them for daycare on some days as well.

Bow Wow's is always a positive experience for my dog. I love that you can check on them periodically and I love that the care givers are all so kind.

Everyone at Camp Bow Wow is really nice and very professional. The place is super clean which is great considering all the fur babies that are there. My baby attends day care but will eventually do boarding and I can definitely say that I am totally comfortable when I leave him there. My favorite thing is the web-cam, I can't get any work done because I love watching them play!

I love camp bow wow! My beagle Benny loves it there, and absolutely adores the staff. The people who work there are so nice, Missy is always great. You can just tell how happy he is by pulling up to the building for drop off's. I also love watching Benny play with his friends on the camper cams. Highly recommend.

Went there today to train for a job there and the dogs are crammed into a caged area, rolling around on the ground on urine and mop water, this Place need shut down I'm calling inspectors to come in there, so sad, owners that drop their dogs off their don't need to own an animal, I'm getting you shut down, and having inspectors sent there, horrible horrible place, sickening and sad!!!!!!!

This place is a godsend. It's especially helpful because I work 10 hr days and hate leaving my dog home alone. She absolutely LOVES daycare and always comes home super tired. It's also reasonably priced, I love that I can watch her on the cameras, and the staff are amazing.

Ingrid and staff go above and beyond to take care of our dogs. They are very professional, kind & compassionate. Maisy loves going to visit!

I adopted an older dog that Ingrid was fostering back in 2016. Given the dog's anxiety issues, I wouldn't trust her with any other border. She cares for your dog as if it were her own...and I live in Canton, which is an hour away!

Ingrid is wonderful and took such great care of our puppy. He had the best time with her. I appreciated her pictures and updates. I would give her 10 stars if I could!

We leave are babies with Ingrid whenever we go anywhere. She is absolutely wonderful with them We have geriatric Dachshunds. 16, and 13. Very high maintenance. She feeds them just the way we do at home, gives all meds and lives them like we do. They get walks and lots of love

We fondly call the owner Auntie Ingrid as she treats our dogs as her own. She can work with the toughest behavioral issues in a dog, especially dogs that are found abandoned and having many confidence and security issues. Within days or weeks, they are ready for adoption. She is better than "The Dog Whisperer."

This place is charming and homey. The owner is also a dog rescue trainer who works with abused rescues as well as a horsewoman. Her genuine love of animals and good nature are readily apparently. I don't think she spends many moments away from them. Her help is also gentle and loving. The facility is not organized around being pleasing to humans, it is completely dedicated to an animals point of view. Its hard to emotionally trust a loved pet to someone else 's care, especially when they can't talk. This is someone you can TRUST.

Ingrid takes wonderful care of our dogs when we're away. It's like a vacation for them. I would never board anywhere else.

I love Camp Bow Wow Bedford Heights. Calvin, our very energetic GSP puppy attends daycare several times a week. He is always excited when we arrive and practically pulls me into the building. We also use boarding services which is great too as it comes with daycare. The employees are all amazing with Calvin and are so friendly. Ten out of ten recommend!

My husband and I started using this camp branch when we moved to the are, and our Langston loves it here all we have to say friends and he knows it’s playtime he’s even made their dog spotlight for the month we leave him in great care the staff loves him and he loves them

The camp counselors at CBW are always so friendly and patient. They love my Maxx and are very personable and caring towards him all of the time. We are so fortunate to have CBW available for Maxx and me. Thanks CBW Bedford OH for your special care and attention to customer service. Maxx says "Thanks for the kisses". Y'all wore Mr busy body completely out! PERFECT... LOL

This camp bow wow is amazing and a go to when I am home with my energetic boxer puppy!! The staff is attentive and knows the personalities of their campers!! I had an medical emergency last time I was home and they were gracious enough to make space for my puppy over the holiday weekend! If you want to know that your four legged child is in good hands, send them to camp bow wow in Bedford!!

Our dog Elvis needed to stay at Camp Bow Bow over the weekend and I can't say enough good things about the staff there!! As it was his first time, they reassured me he would be fine and gave him extra cuddles and attention!! Thank you again!!!

I have referred two people whose pet still attend Camp Bow Wow. I love the staff at this facility. They know each dog by name and his/her personality. The help remind me when shots are due or if my pet is having an issue like scratching ears to much. Most of the time when you enter the facility it does not smell like animals. They keep it nice and clean.

After two years without a trip, we finally went on a trip last week. Our dog remembered Camp Bow Wow! He was so excited to go. And the caregivers remembered him too! He gets the right amount of play time in the play areas and quiet time in the cabin. We also like that we can check on him with the cameras. The app is very easy to use. We also like to get an exit bath, so that he is nice and clean when we pick him up! Highly recommend

My dogs absolutely love camp bow wow! In the past my husky mix has been anxious at other boarding facilities, he has a great time at camp bow wow and I never worry about him when we are away.

We've only been here twice for day camp, but so far my dog loves going here. He's rather large, and one time, he stood balanced on his hind legs to look over the gate in his eagerness. He only does that with things he really likes. I wish the play areas were a little bit larger, but my dog doesn't seem to mind, so I guess my opinion doesn't matter!

My dog's have always loved Camp BowWow and my rescue dogs come back to me a bit more socialized and happy with every visit. They never fight going back which makes me happy to see how eager they are to go play. I recommend them every chance I get. Many of my friends already take their dogs here for the same reasons. The staff is so loving and caring and treat the dogs well. I love checking up on my girl when I'm away via the Camper Cams. If I see something I want changed (once) I contact them and it seemed within minutes my dog was in the other section where she could go outside.

Used Reliable Pet and House for the first time to take care of two cats and the house when we were gone for a long weekend. Came home to everyone and everything in great shape. Highly recommend.

We take our cat here whenever we go out of town. It’s easy. We pay for play time. Sometimes we book a bath and nail trim. They have updated their food policy. They used to provide free food or you could provide your own. Now there is a small fee for food. I pack my individual servings of dry food. Last time I forgot to book the larger space for my cat. They had availability and moved him to the larger suite without any issues. They have a report card / stay experience with daily activities they give parents at the end of each stay. I wish they sent daily updates / photos.

Thank you to all the staff at Pet Palace. if i could give them higher stars i would. The booking of the reservation, to the dog bath, playtime, etc i can tell Oliver had a great time. We are from out of state and they took him in with no questions. i love that they are so personal to letting you bring anything that reminds them of home to getting a report card (it looks like he passed :) i am not going to lie, being from out of state and not knowing anyone we were concerned dog owners, but if we ever decide to come back, we know that Oliver would be in good hands with any of the staff. Not the best experience here. After my dog was injured, they refused to board or groom her, which is fine. What was not fine was that the manager called and told me that she “assumed I would be putting the dog down soon” and said my dog was properly old and would die soon. They have her records so they know she it only 7 and I never mentioned nor had any intention of putting her down. For the record, she is now 90% recovered and doing fine. I was shocked they suggested or assumed I would put my dog down. So offensive and cruel

Horrible they are the worst. They cancel some of our appointments and then try to ask for a deposit saying we have canceled multiple times. First of all if you canceled within a decent time frame such a week or a few days before, that shouldn't be a problem. But remember, they also messed up my time and had to rescheduled us. That shouldn't be our fault because they messed up the times. They are rude and the management love to dodge speaking with you. Not a good experience

The team at Pet Palace was friendly and took great care of my dog! Simon came home happy and tired from having so much fun. Next time I’ll definitely book him a room with a webcam so I can check in on him once in a while. I’ll definitely book with them again.

Pet Palace, where I've taken my dogs many times per year for many years now canceled my one night stay this morning at the time of check in, for an apparent expired Rabies Vaxx. I take responsibility for the vaxx being expired and rules are rules, I appreciate that. I do not understand how the entity who is seeking to verify this info as part of the stay had not discovered this before the moment I'm trying to check in. Between online appointment request and emailed confirmation from them, how did they not see the expiration or the initial missing vet record all together. Once I grabbed the record which is always attached to my PP account the just recently expired vaxx was noticed. And I'm just out of luck sent away, dogs in tow, whole plans scrapped. Super unprofessional. I'll never use their services again.

Our dogs had a great time!! They were able to have 1:1 time for playtime with no problems! Great overnight stay...they came home relaxed with no issues. Thank you!

The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable they have lots of sweet animals we went to go get a kitten her name is Cleopatra ! My favorite part is they still welcome walk-ins you just ring the door bell and they put your name on a waiting list. I love this shelter it doesn't feel like the animals are in jail but like a mini hotel I would recommend to anyone looking for a new companion during these trying times 🙂

Loki LOVES pet palace and so do we. We feel safe knowing he will be cared for and spoiled there!

My family recently boarded our dog there during our family vacation. Our dog is very old and fell ill while she was there. They took great care of her while we were gone. Fortunately our vet is close by so they were able to take her twice during our trip. They gave her the medicine prescribed by the vet. We felt like our dog was in caring hands while we were gone which gave us peace of mind.

Chris gets to know the personality of every dog. He really takes an interest in each one. We have had dogs at Ardenbarry since 1988 when Chris's father was still involved. The seriousness of attention to the kennel enterprise continues, and we continue using Ardenbarry whenever we leave town, if we can't bring our current dog along, usually at least three times a year.

For over a year we trusted our dog at Ardenberry. Then one day I brought my Weimaraner home and she had a huge hematoma on her chest. I called and the owner told me she must have knocked her chest jumping into my truck. I immediately took the dog to the vet and they said she had been kicked or slammed with a door. She had broken ribs and a fractured sternum. Ardenberry never apologized or returned my phone calls. The owner avoids my husband & I in public. Ardenberry should not be trusted with any living thing in my experience.

We have been taking our dogs to Ardenbarry for over 30 years. They literally get excited to go there. That's because Chris loves on all the pets and takes care of each personally.

This kennel is 2 hours from my apartment and I will gladly travel that to put my dog here. He is friendly, good to the animals and inexpensive. If you go, be sure to give Bogey, his golden retriever, a good pet.

We had a bad experience the first time we took our dogs to Ardenberry. They were so skinny and emaiciated when we picked them up. We thought maybe it was the stress so we tried Ardenberry again, same thing happened so please please do not take your pets there. I am not sure if they don't feed the animals that stay there or don't give them exercise, but I will be calling the BBB for sure. My pups will not be treated like this ever again.

My three dogs have vacationed with Chris many times, and I know they are in good hands when I leave them at Ardenbarry Kennel. I wouldn't take them anywhere else.

I have never had a problem with Ardenbarry - I find that Chris takes excellent care of our Dachshunds when we are on vacation.

I'm so glad I found Kim! She took great care of my dog, Pete, while I was out of town. I was concerned because he's an older boy, and I've never left him with anyone or boarded him. But she stayed in contact with me the entire time I was gone, sending reports and pictures. It was very reassuring. Pete loved her!

I am so happy with Kim! I was nervous having anyone take care of my dogs. Our meet and greet went well. She explained her services, asked my needs, went over prices and most importantly engaged with my dogs. I knew from the minute I received the first picture she sent me of my dogs they were in great hands. She did everything she said she would do and more. She even left a very detailed report card and left treats for the dogs. I am so glad I trusted my instincts and hired her. This is gonna make my visits to see my grandkids so much easier knowing I have someone like her to help me with my dogs. She’s absolutely wonderful and clearly loves dogs! A+++
