Dog Sitters in Huntington Bay, NY

Abby took excellent care of my pets including my dog who gets a little anxious when left alone. Instead of a wound up slightly insecure dog, I came home to a calm, relaxed Daisy who handled the transition really well. She kept in contact with me also, sending pictures to reassure me that the pets had adjusted well to her arrival and updates on walks and medication. Abby straightened to house up too, including washing the sheets and towels used during her stay which was so nice to come home to.

Caroline was wonderful! She arrived a day before to meet our family & cat and see the house. She sent us daily updates and cute pictures of our cat each morning. She also offered to get us any groceries we might need so they would be ready when we got home. We came home to fresh fruit, flowers, clean sheets and a clean house. I truly appreciated her care. We were able to enjoy our trip knowing she was there to care for our cat because she was such a reliable, lovely person!

I loved having Elizabeth at my house! She was so good with my cats and the nervous one even came out a lot sooner than she usually would! Was very good at giving me long updates every day and never let me worry about my cats once. She also left everything even cleaner than I left it! Highly recommend :]

We are so appreciative of Belu spending 10 days sitting for us and taking care of our cats! Our apartment is in an old building with a lot of “character” and she was understanding of all the quirks! She was responsive and kind. I messed up the dates of the sit, causing her to have to leave 24 hours earlier than anticipated, and she was flexible and understanding of the mistakes. Most importantly, our cats were happy and well taken care of when we returned.

I've used zeewoi more than 10-15 times now and this was the first time I've had multiple people in the neighborhood tell me that they saw Kaila (my pup) out and about all the time and that they saw her playing outside with the pet sitter a ton. Kaila is a high-energy herding dog, so that was the best feedback I could have asked for and it made me really happy to hear that. Justin did a good job of sending pictures of Kaila and Milo (my cat) every couple of days which is always great. He was very self-sufficient and responsive as well. Tidyness is the only area that fell a bit short compared to the rest. My apt was by no means a mess when I came home. In fact, you could tell Justin dusted/cleaned all the surfaces; it's just the pillows on the couch were disorganized/all over the place and the floors were covered in pet hair. I have a regular vaccuum in addition to a roomba that's scheduled to run every morning, but I can see on the app that it didn't run once while I was away (unsure why). In case the roomba wasn't working, it would've been great to have received a heads up that the roomba wasn't running (my cat and dog accumulate *lots* of hair) or for Justin to have used the vaccuum before leaving, in addition to putting the pillows back in place on the couch. That said, I care *much* more about the time he spent with my cat and dog and the quality of care given to them than I care about the floors or couch pillows. So while I would've liked coming home to clean floors and a tidy-looking couch, I still 100% recommend Justing and would be more than happy to have Justin sit for me any time he'd like in the future as I know he did a great job with my dog and cat and that they were really happy with him.

Max and Alizae did a great job caring for our cats! They were organized and communicative throughout the sit. The apartment was left clean. They were keen to learn the personality of each of our cats and they were well taken care of throughout the trip. We would recommend them!

Maya and Shane took great care of Pixie and Penelope while I was taking care of my father. I had peace of mind knowing that they were there. I appreciated the pics and updates they sent throughout the week. My cats are shy, and it was comforting to see that Penelope was snuggling up to them for cuddles. Communication was super smooth and easy. The place was clean when I returned .... the only minor thing is there seemed to be a couple days' worth of litter box scooping that needed to be done. I would recommend Shane and Maya to stay in your home and care for your pets!

Bethany was easy to arrange the sit with. We chatted beforehand and she quickly sent me confirmation of her flights. She looked after the flat and Bets really well and was lovely to meet her. We'd happily have her sit again!

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Zachary to other hosts. His communication was clear and easy during the planning stages and during the sit itself. Our cat clearly had a great time with him and we got timely detailed updates. The apartment was left clean and tidy for our return which we really appreciated. He’s be welcome back any time.

Rachel was a lovely sitter who took extraordinary photos of my pets, and was able to keep them well fed and entertained on a recent work trip I had. I arrived home to very content cats, which was especially important for me as within just a day or two I got incredibly sick after my return. Knowing that the cats were okay beforehand was great, and Rachel was able to communicate with me and ask questions as needed.

The sit with Amelia was perfect. Communication was great and my apartment was left clean and in great shape. My kitty was clearly happy both in the photos Amelia sent me and when I got home. Amelia is welcome back anytime.

I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!
