What a treasure Siana is! She is really wonderful and a truly fantastic human. I felt so comfortable leaving my home and my pets in her care. She handled my home in remote Alaska and some of the hiccups that arose (a flat tire, a busted mower, etc.) like a trooper. She communicated with me regularly keeping me abreast of things happening here and sending me pictures of my pets, all of which I really appreciated. She is kind and respectful and left my home in beautiful condition- so clean! I am over the moon with Siana and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, animal lover to watch over their home and precious pets.
We had the most amazing stay at Nikki's and Curtis' house. The pets are lovely, and although we only stayed for two weeks, we grew very attached to them. Poncho, the dog, is super cute and easy-going. The cats are fluffy beautiful and like to play with us. The house itself is very very nice, spacious and luminous, and has everything one needs - as well as a secret library door and a mind-blowing miniature garden railway. We had our own room, with enough drawers to store our belongings, and a thoughtful touches like bathrobes and slippers. Nikki and Curtis are excellent, inspiring and generous people. We were lucky to spend a couple of days with them before and after the sit, and we left the house as friends. We're super happy to have had the chance to meet them. We absolutely recommend this sit.
Kathleen's place was great! The dog park/trail out back with the lake was really nice. There also are some fun trails nearby to take Sketchy. The house itself was super comfortable and quiet. Instructions for Sketchy and the turtles were clear as was the communication in general. Highly recommend!
What a wonderful sit for Simon and Jane. We came a day early to meet the Cats and enjoyed a great meal together. Simon and Jane left us excellent instructions and covered every detail. Their home is comfortable, clean and tidy with a wonderful garden to enjoy. We were very close to all the attractions and they had several ideas for day trips which we really enjoyed. I walked many of the back country roads and found it beautiful and peaceful . The three Kitties were beautiful and great company curled up on the occasional rainy day. Lovely housesit. Matt and Nick were super friendly and ran us through everything that was needed for the weekend. Muttley and pompom were super easy to look after and their home is in a lovely part of town. A really nice weekend!
Claire and Mike are wonderful hosts who really made me feel at home. Their home is beautiful and it was lovely to spend time out on the farm reading and exploring. Acer and Truffle and well behaved and a delight to look after.
Anne was a very accommodating host. She was prompt with communication and very helpful. Her house is beautiful and very clean. Location is ideal with lovely scenery and full restaurants and cafes. Also close to the dart for those wanting to go into the city. Nellie and Tilly are absolutely lovely dogs and added to the stay. This is a house sit not to be missed!
