Tim and Robin were amazing hosts. We met with them prior to the sit to do a handover and collect keys and information. They gave us detailed information about Mista Feeeesh and their apartment which made the sit run smoothly, without any issues. The sit was exactly as described and we had an amazing time experiencing central London. Mista Feeeesh was such a character while we were there. We had been warned he likes to voice his emotions through hissing and meowing with the occassional scratch thrown in, so were prepared for this pretty stereotypical cat behaviour. Although we found he was such a cuddly, independent cat. We did get the occassional hiss as we walked past him in the hallway although after a couple of days we worked out how to get around him with no issues and found this more amusing than worrisome. Overall, Mista Feeeesh was very independent and appeared when he wanted food or attention (like most cats really). We did spend large portions of time on the couch cuddling and patting him. The apartment is in an amazing location within London, with easy public transport access. It was well laid out which made it feel comfortable and homey. While Tim and Robin were away we had no issues at all and thoroughly enjoyed this housesit. We would definitely recommend these guys and Mista Feeeesh as we had such a wonderful time. We would be happy to return to sit again anytime!
Easy to leave feedback for this cat/house sit because Daisy was easy to take care of due to Olga's great instructions and Daisy's character. She warmed up to me within a day after she let me know ( a penetrating meow) she wasn't happy her parents had left. She continued to have her short moments of "discontent" . She would snuggle up and be happily purring when petted , but then she would jump up suddenly and run off only to come back and get petted again or wanting to play. Aside from the fact that Daisy, Olga and Will were fabulous, you can't beat the location of this sit. It's right across from the Golden Gate Park and there is easy access to means of transportation to get anywhere in SF. Overall, I absolutely recommend this cat/house sit and will miss Daisy.......
Sitting for Bruce and Gill was a joy. Their house is warm and inviting, beautifully furnished and well equipped. The area has some fantastic walks on the doorstep and a pub right opposite. Bruce and Gill were welcoming from the outset and made us feel very much at home. We were absolutely smitten with little Billy. He is the most beautiful, friendly, gentle and lovable dog. He would go crazy for a ball, equally for a cuddle and happily sat at our feet by the fire every evening. His tail wags contentedly all day long. Take him for decent walks and play plenty of catch games in the garden, he will be your best friend. We have kindly been asked back in December and we are already counting down the days!
We (all the animals and I) had a good time together. What a fun and cheerful bunch of animals this is! I really liked my daily routine here: The three dogs (especially Pincho) bang on the bedroom door early to see where you are. Once in the living room, you are greeted by three happy, happily wagging dogs that jump up on you. Then you go down to the land and are welcomed by the bleating goats and braying donkeys and the cackling chickens, who will delight you even more with a laid egg and ofcourse they all want their daily food in return for this warm welcome 😊. And last, but not least, the two puppies (Osa and Duke), who happily jump up against the fence and shower you with cuddles. You make them very happy by taking them for a walk, so they can sniff around. I took the other three (Gigi, Honey and Pincho) separately for a walk. They can go off the leash, know the way and stay nearby. You can take them for a lovely walk from the house, where’s a hudge area to explore Unfortunately, the guesthouse was not ready yet, but we were working hard on it during my stay. The house was fine and is in a wonderfully quiet location. Contact with Amy went perfectly. She responded quickly if I had a question. In short, a great petsitting place. I would love to come back here!
Isabelle was the perfect host, she was super accommodating and welcoming. Missy is just the sweetest cat you'll ever meet, so cuddly!! Isabelle's place is beautiful, so comfortable, and well located. Highly recommend this sit to anyone, and hope I get to come back to see Missy sometime again too 😻
Our stay with Maggie and Woody was very pleasant. These two pups are incredibly chill in the house, making our time there relaxing and enjoyable. Kate's home is nice and comfortable and it was great being able to walk into Hereford's town center. There is also a nearby park area which is the perfect space for Maggie and Woody to run around happily. Just make sure you're careful on your way there, as some of the pavements are narrow and they can pull a bit near roads. Communication with Kate was great, and she made us feel welcome and at home throughout our stay. Great house-sitting experience!
