Stewart and Zuzana's home in El Pinar de Campoverde is absolutely stunning. The dogs Cassi and Romero were lovely, softies and typically 'tranquilo' - very easy to take care of, enjoyed their walks and lots of cuddles. We were given lots of information about the dogs, the home and the area; nothing was too much trouble. It was a very relaxed house-sit and I'd love to go back. A big thank you to Stewart and Zuzana.
Nik and the rest of the Davis family are extremely welcoming. Nik really spent the time to make me feel welcome and at home in the area. Their beautiful home is the epitome of the English countryside cottage, and a space full of creativity & love. I thoroughly enjoyed looking after their menagerie of animals. But admittedly after 3 weeks I found it a little hard to leave the 3 very affectionate dogs Horatio, Mr Big & Viv, that I had come to adore. I was also fortunate to meet the new member Panda. Highly recomendable sitters. *****5 stars
Balu and PhoBo were a delight to look after. PhoBo is very calm, he loves napping on the bed, belly rubs and a play. Balu is extremely intelligent and loves her puzzle toy, cheese and cuddles on the couch. She was anxious initially but warmed up quickly. Walks are very scary for her so she needs calm and patience. Mike and Sandra are absolutely lovely and easy to chat to. Mike left very clear instructions and was responsive to communicate with throughout the sit. Their home is cozy and warm and in a great location close to shops, public transport and Kew Gardens. Thank you for having us in your home. We would love to look after Balu and PhoBo again!
Magical house with, a beautiful homeowner and a gorgeous dog Rosie! What more can you ask for? Kathryn was a great host and left great instructions on caring for Rosie. Her home was comfortable and she was very responsive when needed. The house is located on the edge of a village and you can easily walk to the market and take Rosie for her daily walks. Our baby Rosie was perfect during our trip! She gave us so much love and attention and we loved seeing her happy on walks and during head scratches. We are honored that we had the opportunity to spend time with such an amazing dog.
Hannah communicated well and left detailed instructions. The house is very comfortable and in a Portland suburb in the hills west of Skyline. You will definitely want a car for this sit. Millie is super sweet and smart and practically does backflips when it is time to go for a walk. I thoroughly enjoyed this sit and would enjoy the opportunity to sit Millie again.
Mark and Judith are two of the most interesting people that I have ever had the pleasure of sitting for. My husband and I drove clear across the country to sit for this lovely family. This sit was just for their home as their sweet Claribel passed before we had the opportunity to care for her, we were so sad for them as it was evident that she was their everything. We enjoyed very much caring for their special home, they live on the salt marshes and it is breathtaking. If you are a bird watcher, you will be in for a treat. If you have a chance to take a sit offered to you by Mark and Judith please do, you will be happy you took my counsel.
