This was our first time using a Trusted Sitter, and I'm so grateful Elena chose to stay with our precious pup. He's a senior dog that requires a little extra attention, and Elena was so kind and caring with him. From our very first zoom call to get to know one another, I knew Elena would be a great fit. She was very organized, told us what she needed to know, and was very flexible when our dates changed a bit. Elena sent several pictures of Beamer every day. My kids eagerly awaited to see what their brother was up to while we were away. He looked so happy in all of his pictures. She took him for walks and gave him plenty of cuddle time. Elena also took such great care of our home. We arrived back to a spotless house! Our experience with Elena was more than I could have hoped for using Trusted Sitter. It was like having an old friend stay over. I highly recommend Elena, and hope she will be available to stay the next time we go on vacation!

Katy was a relief for us to have. She came in ahead of time to meet everyone and was very communicative leading up to our trip. My dad was helping out for the first half, so I couldn't be sure what Katy was walking into, but she took it all in stride and reassured us that all was well. She made some best-judgment calls where things were fuzzy, and we got pictures every day of our babies, which was the highlight of our days. She also left the house very clean for when we got home and our plants BLOOMING. We can't say how much we appreciated her help and would love to have her again.

Maria & Annie

Maria and Annie were awesome! They kept us updated on Maya while we were out of town and I swear our home was in the exact condition we left it in like they weren’t even there! I am pretty sure they even fixed a curtain rod in our other guest room (thank you!!).

From the first moment I had a chat with Susan I felt instantly connected and her deep love for animals and to care for them. The sit with her and husband Chris was above all expectations. Our dogs had a great time, were really relaxed when we came back after a week and their needs were all met. Susan and Chris are amazing, kind, fun, trustworthy and it’s easy to communicate with them. I highly recommend them to sit your pets.

What a great experience we had with Lisa. She was so good with Cella. She was very tolerant of Cella's early rising. She's a tiny little thing, but has a big personality and knows what she wants. Lisa was so good at reading her needs. We were able to have a zoom interview with Lisa before we confirmed the sit. She stayed in touch with us daily and kept us updated on how things were going. When we arrived home, Lisa had washed all of the bedding and towels. She vacuumed and thoroughly cleaned the kitchen and bathroom. We couldn't be more pleased with Lisa as our sitter for Cella. We hope we'll be able to have her again. She was awesome.

Catherine took great care of Pinto Bean and Baloo! Communication was super easy ahead of the trip, and during the trip. She sent daily updates with photos and let me know once she was packed up and out of the house. She left the house in tip top condition, just as clean as when she arrived!

Xeriqua was so sweet and clearly loved my pup Luna as if she were her own dog. She left my place clean and tidy and followed all directions in my welcome guide. What to even say about Rebecca and James and their kids! These guys were AWESOME. I had a few applications for this sit and debated briefly whether to have just a single person come sit, versus the family, given it's a bit more work to get things ready for the whole house to be used -- but I definitely made the right decision. My sons and husband all commented how great they were - easy, practical, communicative. Our dog was super lucky to have so many doting fans. She got to go hiking and to the coast, in cars and on ferries. I'm pretty sure she has been bored since we got back. Rebecca's family made our departure and return super smooth. They put clean sheets on all the beds, left us delicious poppy seed muffins and a very clean house! Wonderful guests to have- we are so grateful and happy they drove across the country to make our place their home base for a week! We'd absolutely welcome them back!

We were very happy that Laura and Ivan house sat for us during the four and a half weeks we were away. They took great care of the house and gave our cat Frisco the love and attention he needed in our absence. We had no worries while they were in residence! I had an absolutely fantastic experience looking after the unforgettable Clement, Winston, Mabel and co. Communication with David before the sit was very good , he sent me all the details I needed a few weeks beforehand which included everything I needed to know .
I arrived on the morning of the sit to the friendliest welcome from David and Sally and then I met Clement and Winston who immediately made an impression on me. After a tour of the house and learning the kitchen gadgets ( coffee machine, microwave etc ) David showed me the room I would be staying in . The room had ample hanging space for clothes, a lovely comfortable bed, tv and my own en suite shower room and was spotlessly clean as was the rest of the house. David and Sally’s home is extremely comfortable and it was a pleasure to stay in such a beautiful home.
As I mentioned earlier, Clement and Winston immediately made an impression and continued to do so throughout the sit. Clement loves to play and loves you to throw his toys which he then brings back for more fun , but he is also happy to curl up beside you on the sofa to watch tv and is so very loving . Winston is more laid back when it came to play time but he did enjoy joining in and is just as loving as Clement. They both loved their walks and walked really well off lead with a brilliant recall, they both enjoyed playing with other dogs and they are really friendly with everyone they met ( especially if they could smell treats). It took Mabel a day or so to investigate me but whenever she heard dinner bowls she was always straight there and giving beautiful purrs and enjoying neck tickles.
I enjoyed the company of the 2 boys so much I rarely went out but there was a lot to do in the area and plenty of tasty takeaway food to sample.
Clement ,Winston and Mabel were an absolute pleasure to spend time with and made me smile every day and I can’t wait to see them again .
