Cat Sitters in Hythe

Sarah and Julie were wonderful sitters. Their dog was beautifully behaved too. I would not hesitate to recommend them or to invite them back when we go away again. If I could give more stars I would. Sarah, Julie and Belle arrived the day before so that they could familiarise themselves with the girls (chickens) and the house. They quickly picked up the routines of the girls and the house. They were easy to talk to and quick to learn. We shared a lovely meal with them the evening before we left and we felt like we had known them for ever. which made us feel reassured that everything would be well cared for. During their stay they updated us on the girls and were happy to check a few things in the house for us. Nothing was too much trouble. We came back to an exceptionally clean house, the girls had been cleaned out too. The bedding and towels were washed and there was a lovely homemade frittata in the fridge which was most welcome.

Donna and her family were brilliant Housesitters. They looked after Charlie, our black lab, and our cats so well that Charlie was a little bereft when we got back from our trip. I think he really misses them!! The house was super clean and tidy and Donna left us a beautiful chocolate banana bread that was absolutely delicious. Her communication was excellent and we would have no hesitation in recommending her and her family for a stay. We certainly hope to have them stay again next time we go away. Five stars!!!

Deborah was a pleasure to deal with before she arrived and wonderful while she was staying We kept in regular contact and she and the dogs went on ;lots of adventures and my cat became besties with her too. I shall be asking back whenever she can fit me in. Luckily she also says shed love to come back as often as possible.

This was my first time using Zeewoi and I was a little apprehensive leaving my two dogs. Having several FaceTime conversations helped and with Fiona able to arrive day prior to me leaving settled my apprehension. I was able to go away feeling totally comfortable knowing my dogs were in Fiona’s care, I had updates through the week of how my dogs were and they even had their first bus journey, plus also Fiona was enjoying the area and having time for herself also. I came home to two happy dogs who clearly had a lovely week with Fiona a lovely clean and tidy home and a beautiful dinner. I will certainly check on Fiona’s availability when I next need to use Zeewoi and certainly would highly recommend

Rachel was very understanding and patient with our last minute plans! We sent videos and communicated leading up to the sit, answering any queries. She kept in contact, when necessary whilst we were away. The house was clean and tidy upon our return and although the cats found some secret hidey hole when Rachel left, they seemed very content when we arrived back. Thank you Rachel!

It was an absolute pleasure to welcome Sophie, Rikki and their adorable little girl, Nellie into our home. They are the perfect housesitters, capable, caring, thorough, organised and just very likeable people. From the initial video call with Sophie, I got along really well with her and just knew that she would be brilliant. She identified that it must take a huge leap of faith to hand over your home and your pets to almost total strangers and go off on holiday for two weeks! Her empathy meant a lot to me. Nellie is a delightful, gentle and sweet little girl and she was very good around the dogs. I believe she and Darcy formed a strong bond. Communication with Sophie beforehand and during the sit was excellent. We had a brief in person hand over before we left and both Sophie and Rikki asked how much/how often we wanted updates, photos, etc. Sophie's updates were thorough and reassuring - detailing how the dogs were eating and sleeping etc., and in particular regarding Elvis' well being/appetite. It can be a challenge balancing the needs and differences between and older, infirm dog and a younger more playful one. Sophie and Rikki managed this well and with kindness (and patience!) towards Elvis. They were diligent about following the dogs' routine and even created their own more concise, easy to use version of my rambling notes on what happens when with each dog. I shall be keeping and using their version for future sitters. Needless to say, we arrived home to an immaculately clean and tidy home and got to spend a little time with Sophie and Rikki and Nellie before they headed off. Do not hesitate to take that leap of faith with this lovely family - they are the safest pair of hands you could find. I hope they come back to us one day but in the meantime we wish them well on their travels. Gary and Rebecca xxx

I was very nervous as this was my first time using Zeewoi and Hurcules certainly put my mind at ease. We had a conversation before the sit took place and exchanged a couple of messages. On arrival I explained the dogs routines and who's leads were whose. When I came back you can tell the dogs have been well looked after and they were given plenty of walks and plenty of attention. The house was as clean as I left it if not better. I would highly recommend them both for house sitting. Hopefully I can use them in the future.

Cat and her family were wonderful house sitters! There was great communication before and during the sit and I felt very happy leaving the pets in their care. Cat, Emily and Imogen were friendly and calm and the dogs instantly felt comfortable around them. We would happily invite them back to sit in the future 😊

It was a pleasure to have Cara look after my home and Olive, She was easy to get hold off and kept me updated throughout her time staying, she left my house clean and tidy and Olive seemed very happy and had lots of long walks, I would highly recommend her as a sitter. Thanks again

Rusty was a complete star. He looked after the animals brilliantly, was completely reliable and responsible - right down to the fact that we had a water leak which he dealt with and didn’t mind the plumber arriving the next morning at 7.30! Couldn’t recommend him higher.
