Where do I start with Alina! I have had great house sitters in the past, but Alina was exceptional and by far the best! I couldn’t be more grateful to have had her. She went over and above. I had a unique situation and was afraid I wouldn’t be able to get a sitter. My house was on the market while Alina was sitting. She brought her dog Ollie (such a sweet pup) and agreed to keeping the house in tip top shape her entire stay in case there was a showing and we had 3 she worked with our realtor on. Alina took our dogs hiking and on walks. Loki, Kaiya, and Ollie became best of friends and were sad to part ways. She was flexible with arrival and departure times and kept the house showing ready and communicated well her whole stay with us and sent the cutest photos of the pups. You would be honored to have Alina care for your animals and home, I’d love to have her back someday!
Our stay at Renske’s house with Mishka and Rio was great! It is such a beautiful house in a beautiful neighbourhood! Mishka is very well trained off leash so it was fun to go for walks with her in all the parcs around town. Renske gave all the infos we needed and more and was just so nice in her communications! Thank you again!!
Narelle is such a kind lady and made me feel so welcome at her house. She left very clear instructions and whilst she was away she was always available on the phone whenever I needed anything. She let me stay on an extra few days too which I am so grateful for. As for Portia, well she is just the best doggy ever! She is so cute, happy and well behaved, and gives the best cuddles! She always put a smile on my face and I will miss her a lot! Both Portia and Bruce the cat are very easy to care for. Portia just needs one walk in the morning and then plays with her balls in the back yard all day. Bruce goes exploring or sleeps most of the day :). Narelle's house is really nice and big with a lovely decking area and back garden to relax in. She lives in a lovely safe residential neighbourhood and all the neighbours were so friendly and helpful which was so nice. I would love to come and sit for Portia and Bruce again, definitely recommend this house sit! Thanks for having me Narelle!
Elsa and Isis are very independent but did warm up to us within 24 hours coming and telling stories or asking to be petted or even staring at the treat cupboard until someone gave in. Everything was done on their terms so walks were mostly in the early morning as it was very hot. Yes, they both like a walk! They came and went as they pleased and needed minimum supervision. Great characters who could be seen plotting their next foray into the undergrowth most mornings. The house is very well equipped and cosy. We were made very welcome, shown where everything is and how things work. The bed is comfy and there is a good powerful shower. The garden is huge but don’t worry there is a watering system set up which is easy to use and a ride on mower for cutting the grass in summer. We were told to help ourselves to the produce which we did and it was very tasty indeed. It is very hard to describe this place. If you like wide open spaces, peace and being surrounded by nature I would definitely say go. We loved it as we are outdoor people. It is a 20 minute car trip to the nearest supermarket and town. There are walks on the property which Madeleine and Ben will show you. There are also abandoned train tracks which have been made into trails. I would highly recommend the Celtic trail which wanders along the coast. Fantastic views but it is a good half hour away. St Peters also has good trails. I would highly recommend this sit with Elsa and Isis. Thank you for choosing us.
Dill was a delight. Shy at first but became very affectionate. Tara and Ian gave me clear instructions so I could ensure Dill was happy, getting his time on the balcony and the treats he loved. The apartment is comfortable with a huge balcony over looking the racecourse, city and small bush reserve. Very nice for a sunset drink. Location is great with plenty of transport to the city or Coogee beach. Short walk to shops and about 20 minutes walk to The Spot with its cafes and cinema. Thank you Tara and Ian for entrusting me with your precious cat. I had a great time hanging out with him and please thank him for the yummy chocolates.
April and Ian were both super communicative and had a lovely home. Their dog JJ was a sweetheart and enjoyed hanging out in our company. I would definitely recommend sitting for them!
Taking care of Cora has been an absolute pleasure. She is a little princess who loves to receive pampering and attention (when she wants, that is ☺️). She is such a cute and good cat that you end up falling in love with her without a doubt. Molly is also a lovely person, attentive and willing to help in any way she can. I have felt super comfortable all the time in her house because she makes everything super comfortable. Without a doubt, I would take care of my lovely Cora again.
