I cannot sing the praises of Nicole enough. Suffice it to say I’ve truly found a new friend. The care she provided for my boy Boone was exemplary, she watered my garden and porch plants, she communicated well with videos, photos, and messages. She cleaned my house before she left and even baked banana bread and left it on the counter for us! She is the BEST.
Vita and Bambi look tough but they are sweethearts, adorable and so playful! Their feeding and water station is set up conveniently. They like to hang out outside on their extensive patio and patrol the walled property. They also appreciate being let into the house when it gets hot. Bambi and Vita are truly loving dogs. They will cuddle and play for hours with you. Manuela and Wolfgang are amazing hosts! They’re super nice, easy to communicate with, and flexible. They made us feel welcome in their home right away. We had the opportunity to spend a few days with them mid-stay and it couldn’t have been more enjoyable! We exchanged some travel stories and loved to listen to their time in Vienna and other parts of the world. They also gave us recommendations on where to go and eat in Portugal. The house is in a great and safe country neighborhood, with easy access to restaurants and grocery stores by car. 20 min drive to Ericeira and 45 min from Lisbon. I would recommend it to anyone. We would love to stay there again.
