We have been lucky to have been taking care of Nala on different occasions and each one was even better than the previous. She is a well behaved girl who’s energy is contagious with overwhelming with happiness! Her love for playing goes with her love to cuddle. It is important that you get a few steps in the walks as this will really make her happy. She’s the reason we got to explore the city by foot. She’s always a treat to be around and a gem of a dog ❤️ We miss her being our companion and most of all our adventure buddy throughout the city 😊 Thank you Sophia for always trusting us with your sweet and happy girl, Nalaloquita 🤣❤️
What a wonderful sit! The house is in a well named community, the Refuge, a truly delightful community. The Refuge is a haven, serene and safe. Could have also been named Eden, cause it's heavenly! The house is equally filled with beauty, delightful conveniences, and steeped in comfort and love, a true reflection of its lovely and extremely well organized owner, Susan. The house welcomes one to yoga, meditation and overall restoration of the spirit. Susan is wonderful. She consistently communicated clearly prior and during the sit. Upon arrival, we did a walk through, but her printed welcome guide and written instructions covered everything. Thank you, Susan!! Fergus is a very special pup. I'm an early riser but he is not. So I was able to go to the beach, watch sunrise, meditate, walk a few miles, come back and bike the whole neighborhood before waking him and taking him out! When out and about, he definitely requires a firm authoritative presence by moving cars and trucks. In the house, super chill dude. Fergus loves to play and has tons of toys. Enjoyed playing fetch and hide and seek with him. Grateful for the kisses and relaxed companionship. Handsome, sweet pupper. In summary, I had a wonderful time with him and on this sit. So truly grateful to meet Susan and Fergus, to be a guest in their home, and would love to sit for them again.
Our stay with Kathryn and Bob was awesome. It felt more like a visit with old friends than a house sit! Bob and Kath welcomed us with a yummy dinner our first night and made sure we felt comfortable and had everything we needed before taking off. They were super generous with their place, welcoming us to anything in the pantry as well as their state park pass. We adored Lucy and Kathryn made sure we were well prepared for a week with her. She was the best co-worker and made for a great alarm clock :) We didn't feel tied to the house at all and got to explore some of the amazing hiking in the area, although we often found ourselves wanting to come back to the house earlier than planned to be with Lucy! I highly recommend staying with Bob and Kathryn, if you want a cozy get away with a new furry best friend, look no further!
Dear Wendy It was a pleasure for me to look after Polly, Robbie and Bailey. They each have their own personalities, and I found them to be really intuitive to each other. Bailey may be the newest member of your family but he seems to have clear oversite over everything that's going on. On the first day, when they hardly knew me, I looked around and didn't see Robbie so I called out for him, no answer, and no sign. Bailey waited, watching me, and then ran outside and chased Robbie into the house. It was so cute. Robbie came all the time after that. It was fun and a lovely opportunity. Take care.
Luna and Orion are just the sweetest cats - I had the best time looking after them! They were so easy going! Michelle and Mike were very communicative and helpful and I had everything I needed for a great stay! The apartment is gorgeous and a short walk away from downtown Salem. I would highly recommend this sit!
Caroline's home was lovely, well situated to all that Zürich has to offer and easy access to other parts of Switzerland. Caroline was great with communication and offering suggestions on places to visit and see. Nivi and Nor, were easy to care for and a couple of characters, that engaged with play and provided great entertainment with their antics! If Caroline is looking for a sitter again, I'd highly recommend applying.
