Waggy Walkys so far has been great with my pups! The office staff are friendly! I love being assisted by Jap, Sam and Daniel. They are heaven sent and very reliable. While there are some walkers that are a bit difficult, the company as a whole has always delivered and never disappoints whenever I entrust them my pups. Looking forward to another year with them.

Waggy Walkys are amazing handlers for my doggos. They have been so accommodating and friendly to my lovely furry family. There might be times where I had the occasional walker that’s hard to deal with but the rest of the company is great. Most especially the work of Jap, Sam and Daniel they have been so amazing. After an injury I was unable to walk my two dogs in the evening. We turned to Waggy Walkys after a reference from a friend. For the past 3 months we have had daily walks in the evening. Our walker, Alicia, was always on-time (or if delayed kept us informed), gained complete trust with us and our dogs. As opposed to a lot of other dog walkers we see around our neighborhood who are constantly on their phones and barely take the dogs for a longer walk, Alicia made sure our guys had all of the time they needed to stretch their legs and do their business. Often times she went over the allotted time to give them a little extra play time. Any time we had to make a change the WW office workers were responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend Waggy Walkys as a professional, trustworthy organization to care for your most precious four legged family members.

We love Waggy Walkys. Our dog walker is great and is always on time and always walks the dogs for the full amount of time, which is something we have had issues with when using other agencies/walkers. Waggy Walkys is also very responsive and professional. If we need to cancel/reschedule a walk it is a very easy process and we always hear back within a few hours. They also are great about setting up replacement walkers when our regular dog walker can't make it. Overall we have had nothing but positive experiences with Waggy Walkys and would recommend them to anyone.

Great experience! The walkers are the best - we worked with two main dog walkers over the years we used Waggy Walkys. Both were super reliable, and (I believe) genuinely loved seeing my dog every day. The report cards are very helpful - they always detailed how the walk went, #1 and/or #2, and any other details we should know about. The water bowl was always filled, so I'm sure my dog was well taken care of. I also used Waggy Walkys to book out-of-town stays for my dog, and each time, the scheduler made sure it was a good fit. Haven't had a bad experience in years of using them, and I can highly recommend their services!

Completely satisfied with the service provided by Waggy Walky's - incredibly easy to work with and always reliable. My work schedule can be variable and they are so accommodating with last minute changes. I also love the little notes and photos from my walker about how the walk went that day - it's such a relief to know that my pup is getting so well taken care of while I'm away. Highly recommend!!

I've been using Waggy Walkys for over a year! My dog Molly has loved her dog walkers. For most of that time, we have had a single walker, Scott, whom Molly LOVES. She always has a bug smile on her face when we see him out and about in Arlington. He always makes sure to leave a note and cookies. All other walkers we've had have followed instructions and leave cute notes for me when I get home. For the most part, when a walker is sick Waggy Walkys will schedule a new walker and notify me when some one arrives. We love them!

My husband and I have been a Waggy Walkys customer for four years. Our golden retriever is the love of our lives. We trust Waggy Walkys and have had a wonderful experience with the service as their staff is professional, organized and experienced. They are always quick to respond and accommodate our needs. We've had 3 different dog walkers in our 4 years with them and all have been wonderful. Rebecca walks our golden now and she is amazing and super easy to communicate with. Emma is fantastic! Reliable and always on time on her walks. My dog loves her. This company is great- they are reliable, accommodating and very responsive. After many issues with Rover (lots of people don’t take the job seriously), Waggy Walkys has been a breath of fresh air. They care about their customers and about the dogs and you don’t ever have to worry about whether they will show up or not. They have also helped me several time with emergency visits. I strongly recommend them!!!

We have been taking our dog to Kathryn for boarding for over four years and the care has always been exceptional! Ellie adores going there and always jumps out of the car with excitement when we arrive. We can tell that Kathryn treats all dogs like her own and goes above and beyond to make it a wonderful experience for them. We highly recommend Kats n Dogs for your boarding or daycare needs. I have been taking my dog to Kat’s for day camp for 2 years now, and he absolutely loves it! When I was looking for a day care, I was extremely particular about the type of facility I would take my pup to. I love that Kat operates out of her home, as she has a large backyard for dogs to run around, play, and smell to their hearts desires. My dog whines from excitement every time we’re on the way to Kat’s, which is enough evidence for me to know that he is well cared for in Kat’s hands. I would highly recommend Kat for any services you may need!

We are so lucky to have found Kat!!! She is our go-to dog sitter for our sweet Lily and truly a life saver when we are in a pinch at the last minute. She treats Lily like one of her own pups and always sends the sweetest pics of her playing which comfort us in knowing that she’s having a great time, not to mention also sharing videos of the dogs playing on her Instagram which we always look forward to! Her set up is so ideal in allowing socialization for the dogs because of how she converted her backyard into a dog friendly and safe play space. It’s so perfect! Kat also makes pick ups and drop offs a breeze and doesn’t require payment until the end of the month which is so convenient since I only get paid at the end of each month. We really can’t recommend Kat and her services enough - especially if you live in DC and want your pup to have the outdoor space to run and play which is impossible to find with a sitter in the city.

My dog Flynn loves going to Kats! We do weekly daycare and he has stayed overnight a few times. He’s staying almost two weeks when we get married! Kat is so easy to work with. She’s quick to reply and has helped us last minute. I’m so lucky we found her. Flynn comes back happy and TIRED. The best part is she sends me pics of him during the day.

We’ve been using Kat for boarding for our Vizsla pup for over a year and have been so happy! We never feel guilt about boarding our dog with her because we know he’s going to have a great time with the other dogs and comes home absolutely exhausted. She sends photos throughout the stay and updates her Instagram stories regularly and has a very large yard for the dogs to play in. We live in DC but the drive to her place in Annandale is worth the peace of mind to us. Highly recommend!

We love boarding our dog at Kats 'N Dogs!! I have been taking my dog, George, to Kat’s for over four years now and I can’t imagine a better place to take him. I can leave George at Kat’s - sometimes for longer, last minute work trips - and I feel so comfortable knowing how well he is cared for. Kat has watched George grow up and treats him like a member of her own family! George is a little antisocial and has some quirks, but Kat understands what he needs and makes sure my boy feels at home. George whines like a maniac when we turn on her street. I cannot recommend Kat enough, from the easy pickup times to her flexibility with my hectic scheduling to her keeping me updated on George’s day with pictures to her loyalty… I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else. I am so grateful to have found Kat all those years ago. Highly, highly, highly recommend. Just look at these happy dogs!

Barkley has been spending vacations with Kat for several years now, usually during her busiest times of the year. He doesn’t really love other dogs, but I know Kat and Rob give him lots of snuggles and attention. He always comes home tired and more social with other dogs. He’s a picky and slow eater, and they’ve been great to make sure he eats. They also communicate really well on logistics and how he is doing during our trip.

I have been taking my dog to Kathryn for five years now. I am so grateful I was fortunate enough to have found her (through a friend)! She provides a fun, safe, loving environment where I KNOW my boy is in the absolute best care! “Babysitter Dad” Rob is also awesome with my boy! I have referred countless friends to Kats N Dogs and will continue to do so… I know my boy is well cared for and having tons of fun when he is there! I recommend 100%.

Our Frenchie, Pancake, has been going to Kat's since she was 4 months old. We also started bringing our Golden, Dugan, to Kat's when my fiancé and I started dating. Three years later and we still have nothing but amazing things to say about Kat! Pancake goes to daycare to socialize and hang out with her pup friends. She definitely comes with her own specific needs and unique personality, and Kat is very accommodating. Pancake had major surgery this past year, and Kat checked in on her frequently (even when she was not able to attend daycare). Once she was able to go back, Kat was very attentive and made sure Pancake safely integrated back into her normal daycare routine. Whenever we travel out of town, both dogs stay with Kat. She even helped my fiancé plan a secret boarding stay for the dogs so that he could propose! They love their time there, and we never have to worry if our dogs are happy and safe. We get picture/video updates and every time they are grinning at the camera or happily chasing their friends in the yard. We cannot say enough good things about Kat! She is flexible, responsive, and will treat your dogs like she would her own. 5 stars, A +, 100% recommended!

please stay away from this place if you care about your dog. We left our dog for overnight boarding couple of weeks ago here. apparently another dog attacked our dog. The manager called me after the incident and told me when the dogs were playing “a dog’s teeth got caught up” on our dog. We were told they then took him to a veterinary hospital nearby. The whole day I’m thinking it’s a small bike mark of some sort. When I went to the veterinary clinic to pick him up, I was shocked to see half of our dogs leg was ripped apart. I am extremely upset about how they tried to downplay this incident and shared no other information regarding if they had staff watching the dogs, and why no one was able to pull them apart to prevent such a big injury, how it happen, etc. after multiple emails and phone calls. They did pay for the operation, naturally but the whole thing probably could have been prevented. I will never know the facts.!

Jenn and the entire staff at APC are wonderful! Jenn tailors training sessions for our two Schnoodles, and she follows up with a detailed summary, excellent advice and tips. We're already noticing a difference in our two, and we're so grateful to Jenn. Watson and Dottie are happy to go to daycare, which I never expected!

Had to re schedule my grooming appointment once and that was totally fine and understandable, apparently there’s been some nationwide Canine bronchitis that is going on across the United State and APC sent me the urgent message so us customers can be aware! But Stacey gave my puppy a cute haircut look before Christmas and she did an excellent job! Shout out to all of the APC staff for keeping our puppies healthy and Safe! Stanley and I love you guys!🥰🐶P.S. It is not there fault for getting other dogs sick

I go here mainly to have my dogs' nails cut, as I can't do them at home. Stephanie has the magic touch -- she's always been able to trim their nails, even the super-squirmy pups!

We took our dog to the groomer, but they have other services as well. Cut and wash were ok. Scheduling process is very poor. After waiting a month for the appointment, two days before we get a call and the appointment is cancelled and rescheduled for almost a month later. Three days before that appointment, another call to cancel and reschedule again. No effort to apologize or somehow make up for the inconvenience. Employees are ok and seem to like dogs but not exactly friendly toward humans.

Soooo…let’s start from the beginning. 1.Boarded our pup for a few days due to being out of town. When asking about a transport multiple times because our flight wasn’t going to get in until right before pick up hours, they not one single time, reached out to us about whether or not our pup was going to a transport (we asked multiple times) They kept insisting that she stays for one more night. (1st red flag…) 2. When leaving our pup for day care so they could get acclimated, we asked for a report card. We went to see how our girl is doing and if she is making friends. There are no cameras at affectionate pet care like there are at dogtopia. However, there is a SUPER cute window through the gate. She did three days of daycare and not once received a report card on how she was doing. (2nd red flag) 3. When our pup did get back from boarding, she received a report card. TWO days were documented where she did NOT eat. She gets dinner and she did not eat for TWO nights. No phone call, no email, no text message. How can you let a dog go two days without eating food??? (3rd flag.) 4. Our dog ended up with Kennel cough. They have been sick and coughing (sounds like a horn) for the past few days. They are lethargic and we have been having to feed her chicken and rice. (4th red flag.) We Took our pup to the vet once to her primary vet and then to an emergency vet at the discretion of our primary vet, she was the ADMITTED to the hospital for pneumonia in her right lung. I have talked to the owner, Amy, who said she would NOT be informing pet parents that dogs have contracted kennel cough at her facility. She kept wanting the information out our vet and the hospital she was at to try to meddle in the middle. She has done ENOUGH damage to our poor girl. I HIGHLY suggest you read the reviews that have left dogs injured and sick along with the reviews of previous employees. Not only are the dogs getting sick and injured, employees have also expressed discontent with the “facility procedures.” All in all, our experience with Affectionate Pet Care was NOT good. Lack of communication, understanding, and openness was disappointing. If you truly care about the help and well being of your dog, please do NOT go here.

We love affectionate pet care. They take great care of our dog when boarding. The staff is excellent and truly care for the pets.

My dog Lilly has been going to Affectionate Pet Care since she was 4 months. She loves it there. We do daycare several times a week and have done boarding and grooming. I have been satisfied with each. When your dog can't wait to run in the door, you know they must be doing something right! Only complaint--I wish I could see the dogs playing. Either photos (when boarding), viewing area or live video feed. You can get reports on your dogs day that tell you who they played with, but you don't know the type of dog.

I was told right from the start that "A tired dog is a good dog". All puppy owners should keep that in mind. My puppy Pippa has loved everyday she has spent at APC, from her first day (she was asleep within 2 minutes of getting in the car) to her last. She is the most well adjusted, socialized goofball puppy because of your establishment. For me personally, I can't say enough about the staff. They love their job and it shows in their efficiency and the way they love and care for our puppies. When your dog is excited every time you pull on Pickett St and can't wait to get in the building, you know that they are being well cared for while you are at work or on vacation. I'm by no means a "helicopter (dog) mom" even more so when Pippa has been in the care of APC - I always knew she was in good hands. So thank you all for helping raise the well-rounded goofy puppy Pippa Petals Pittman. We both give y'all 10 stars (or biscuits) out of 5!

Our dogs love going to APC. They enjoy daycare, boarding, and grooming all in one location. They are so happy to see all the staff and their furry friends! They come home tired… in a good way. The staff is caring, professional, always helpful with any concerns. Cullen, Charlotte, and the front desk staff are amazing. We are very grateful to have found such an amazing place for our furries.

MVP Resort is the best!! Everyone I’ve met on the team is wonderful, attentive and caring. I have complete peace of mind when I go out of town knowing my sweet boy is in great hands. The report cards and photos are amazing and fun. Daycare includes a daily enrichment which is a huge bonus. Rigatoni always comes home tired out and happy. 10/10 recommend!!

MVP definitely lives up to their name. I have been very pleased with their veterinarian services as well as their pet resort. Most recently I took my dog in for grooming. The staff was very welcoming and interactive. Not only that, they were very knowledgeable and kept me up-to-date throughout the grooming services. Groomer, Angie was the absolute best! They provided photos and text notifications for pickup. This has been one of the best experiences I've had with both veterinarian services and grooming services. I would highly recommend services at MVP.

Emma Jean has had private training at MVP and she has stayed for boarding. MVP is also her vet. The staff are amazing and care about the animals so much. We trust MVP to care for her and look after her needs when we are away from home.

Our pups always have the best time at MVP Resort! Their staff is incredible and they are very careful to not let pups get overstimulated. The dogs all have supervised playtime with small groups and a daily training session! Our dogs have practiced basic manners, agility, and tricks training. My beagle was a shy pup who generally doesn’t engage with other dogs. Now, he runs into MVP Resort with complete enthusiasm. Their team also provides detailed daily reports. We love it so much! I really think this is the best doggy daycare in the area!

I love having this convenient place with my vet to board my dogs. The daily pictures, videos and updates are great. I love that they get some training while they are there. All of the staff are attentive and friendly!

We are happy with MVP for dog daycare! Our doodle plays there 1-2 days/week. I do wish that they had outdoor space for the dogs and his report card often says he was chill most of the day, which is very unusual for my young, active doodle!

My dog LOVES coming to the resort to spend time with all of his human and fur friends. I love how everyone that handles my dog is a certified dog trainer and they really take the time to know and work with him independently. They truly care about the wellbeing of your dog, and provide excellent communication and customer service. I feel at ease knowing my dog is in safe hands every time he’s here.

My dog is very nervous and slow to open up, but during the initial consultation with head trainer Dominic it was clear that he knew what he was doing and was able to earn her trust. They actually (carefully) introduced her to some other dogs, which I had been sure she wouldn't be eligible for. I love the way they take the time to get to know the individual dog. After talking to Dominic and getting a tour of the facility, it was a no-brainer to trust them with taking good care of my pup. Opal stayed for a week of boarding and it was great- every day I got videos and pictures of the enrichment activities they did with her, as well as full written descriptions of her day (with jokes! Love it). I even got a text notification every time a new report card was posted, which became something I looked forward to checking every day. They go absolutely above and beyond, and it's clear from the updates I got that the people there really care and enjoy spending quality time with the dogs. Photos are from some of her report cards- I can't believe she got that close to someone!

We recently boarded our beloved cat at Mainstay Vet Pet Resort during our vacation, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and caring. The facility itself is impressive, and our pet was pampered and well cared for during her stay. We highly recommend Mainstay Vet Pet Resort for anyone looking for top-notch care for their pets.

We have been taking our puppy to MVP for four months and she absolutely loves the grooming and the daycare! As first time dog parents, we have felt so supported by the all of the warm and knowledgeable staff at MVP. In particular, Angie has done a fantastic job of grooming our pup, and she was kind enough to answer some of my follow up questions by phone. We are so thankful to everyone at MVP resort for making the experience both for our puppy and for us so positive! She also loves the daycare and the enrichment activities she has learned here. We practice what she has learned at home, too. Highly reccommend!

Absolutely love Dude’s! I had a last minute emergency and I called them up and they took my dog in over a busy holiday weekend. I wouldn’t have been able to manage without there help! I knew my dog was loved and having a blast so I didn’t have to worry about her at all! Thank you so much Dude’s!

Dudes is great! Our 2 rescues go on a regular basis. They get so excited and immediately run through the door to get in. Staff is great and friendly. They work hard behind the scenes to keep the dogs safe and happy. Trust me. Not an easy job but I know they care for our 2 furry ones. Would highly recommend after not having a great experience at another FC dog care that is more of a chain. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely love love love Dude's! We came to Dude's after being frustrated with other places' lack of responsiveness and customer service. Not only does our furry son thrive at Dude's, but every interaction I've had in booking, coordinating, and checking in has been absolutely stellar -- friendly, easy, and flexible. Once, I even got a text from the owner, directly confirming our pickup time and facilitating a late pick-up after a long day of travel. Absolute game changer. My only hesitation in writing this review is that I don't want to get turned away when everyone else sees how much better it is and starts taking their doggos here. A bit more about the facility -- Dogs are separated by size/temperament and taken outside on a regular basis (you can pay extra for walks outside the facility). The facility can get pretty crowded during the holidays, but never felt unhinged or chaotic. They are kennel-free, and have staff on site 24/7 to monitor (which isn't always the case!). Upon check-in, they ask lots of questions to make sure they get your dog's care schedule just right. We've been able to call and check in on our dog, and have even asked to get texted photo since we missed him. When we happened to board Nelson over his birthday weekend, they put his name on the little banner and gave him a special little treat and sent photos. I mean, come on. Thank you, Dude's <3

They are not only highly knowledgeable about dogs and their needs, but they also possess a genuine love and passion for what they do. It is evident that they genuinely care about the well-being and happiness of every dog in their care. They take the time to get to know each dog individually, understanding their unique personalities and preferences, and providing personalized attention and care. The daycare area is clean, and well-maintained, providing ample room for dogs to play, socialize, and exercise. The outdoor play area is secure and thoughtfully designed, ensuring the safety of all the dogs while allowing them to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. They have strict protocols in place to ensure the well-being of all the dogs. They have a thorough screening process for all dogs, ensuring that only well-behaved and sociable dogs are admitted.

My dog had her first grooming appointment with Ed today and I’m so impressed with how she looks and how well he did. Will definitely be booking with him again!

We took our three dogs there earlier today for a meet & greet. The gentleman working the front desk was actually one of the owners Mr. Andrew McBride, and he listened to us talk about our dogs and you could tell that he was compassionate. I don’t typically review places. This is a great place though, and was worth the price.

Brought my dog here for a groom and he looks fabulous! The prices are much cheaper than other locations close by and they still do an awesome job. My dog is deaf and I was afraid he would give the groomers a hard time but I heard no complaints. I unfortunately left them the wrong number and picked my dog up much later than I should’ve. I felt so terrible and felt totally at fault when I realized… but after explaining my situation, the front staff individual was really awesome and didn’t charge me extra. If he would have, I would’ve totally understood too. This is such awesome customer service and I will definitely be back!

This is by fair the best pet resort around. The owner is such an awesome guy that will go above and beyond to help out. My daughter was new to the Virginia area and had moved from Texas there for about two months before she had to return to Texas for a funeral. Not knowing anyone in VA are knowing any places to leave her dog. We reached out to Dog Dudes and the rest was history. The service was A+ and the Owner took excellent care of my daughter dog and stay in contact with us the whole process! I wish nothing but overflow and blessing on this business!!!!

Julie is fabulous. She has been watching my dogs for more than 5 years. She loves them as much as we do. She watches dogs less than 25 pounds in a safe home environment. There is always a great play group for them. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Picture is my current dog Ruby who loves Julie.

Finding Julie's Pooch Pad has been a lifesaver for us! Our very anxious Bichon can not be boarded in the traditional way, locked up in a cage for most of the day. Julie's Pooch Pad provides a stress free and loving environment for small dogs and she spends most of her day at home with them, giving them constant human companionship! Her home and yard are the perfect place to leave your dog while you are out of town! The peace of mind that you have knowing that your dog is being pampered and looked after so well while you are away is priceless! Julie even emailed us updates on how he was doing while we were gone. We couldn't be more happy with Julie, and are grateful for the affection she shows to the small dogs she cares for. It is so obvious that she loves what she does and adores all the dogs that come through her front gate! Thank you Julie!

We moved to the area last fall with our dog Louie, a miniature poodle. We didn't know what to do when we needed to go out of town, who could care for Louie like we do? After searching many options we were lucky enough to find Julie's Pooch Pad. She cares for the dogs as if they are her own dogs, and Louie has not had any anxiety about going to the Pooch Pad and staying there. When we pick him up he is calm and happy. We left our dog, Chloe, with Julie for two weeks, while we went on vacation. It was completely stress-free for us, because we saw how well Chloe took to Julie before we left her. Julie emailed us a photo and several email updates, as well. When we came to pick her up, we saw Chloe looking alert and playful through the window. After jumping all over me and my wife, Chloe even turned around to give Julie a lick! It was such a relief to know she got plenty of attention while we were gone. Julie cared for our mine-Dachsund, Lacy for a week while we were out of the country. She sent us updates and photos, and Lacy was well cared for. Julie puts a lot of care and personal effort into each dog, and we could clearly see that with ours. Highly recommended.

I left Juno with Julie for four nights when we went out of town. Juno is blind and deaf so I have had trouble finding places that respect his disabilities. He has always come home very stressed and unable to eat or sleep for several days. Not so with the Pooch Pad! After picking him up, he walked in the door and acted as if he hadn't been away. Julie had trouble getting him to eat but I knew that would probably be the case. She was very concerned about it. I felt like I had left him in a better place than he lives in! She takes them outside to play or, in Juno's case, sniff around the yard. Her yard is an ample adventure for Juno who loves just sniffing out his environment. He was happy around the other dogs even though he doesn't interact that much. That just the kind of guy he is. She makes sure that each dog's individual needs are met and does it seamlessly. I only hope that I will be able to plan ahead to be able to leave Juno with Julie every time we go out of town. You can't go wrong!

We needed midday dog-walking for a couple of weeks, and Carrie did such a great job! I could tell at the initial meeting that our dog liked her, and she picked up on things that were not obvious, like the sibling rivalry between our dog and cat. In addition to walking our dog for 20 minutes, she did little extras like bringing in the mail and garbage cans, which I appreciated. After each visit, she sent a note detailing what has been done. All in all a very positive experience with Capital Petsitters!

I really appreciate the service provided by Capital Petsitters. We have been using them for at least 5 years, and four cats, with no issues. The web interface allows me to see pictures of my pets each day while we are out of town which lets me know for sure that our cats are safe and taken care of. Plant watering is a nice bonus. We have had two different cat sitters over the years and both were prompt and courteous. I definitely would recommend this company.

We have been clients of ADDO since 2017, and are on our 4th and 5th dog attending day care there. Chas (the owner) is the nicest and most caring human being, and cares for each of the dogs like they are his own. He is very hands on and is frequently there when I drop off or pick up. He ensures that everyone plays safely and responsibly, that all dogs are properly immunized, and that each dog is assessed prior to acceptance to the program to confirm their temperament with other dogs. I know this because the first dog I tried to enroll there years ago was eventually "expelled" for playing too rough...not all dogs have the behavior and personality to thrive in this kind of environment. When we acquired new dogs we tried again...they were welcomed in, and had many many happy days playing with their friends! Those dogs have since passed, and we now have two new large breed dogs that have so much fun there. I am so grateful to have a place where I can confidently leave them so they can run and play, and burn off their energy. Can't recommend Chas and his staff enough!

We have sent our dog to ADDO for over a year, and she loves it! She knows exactly where we are when we drive up and can't wait to go in. The staff are very pleasant and know my dog almost as well as I do! For example, if something seems off with her, they go out of their way to let me know. In addition to regularly using their daycare service, we have boarded our dog twice and will definitely do so again the next time we need it. I once met a fellow customer while we were waiting to pick up our dogs who said this was the only place that she felt comfortable boarding her dog. Every other place she tried, she came back to a scared, injured dog. But at ADDO, her dog was super happy at pick-up. I have had the same positive experience, not just with boarding, but with daily care as well. I highly recommend A Dog's Day Out!

I have two dogs that have been going to ADDO Vienna for years, and their excitement whenever they hear the word "daycare" is evident! They absolutely love coming here to play with the other dogs, and the staff clearly care about them and offer feedback regularly on how they're doing. While there's always other dogs to play with, the center is never too crowded to accommodate us.

Our dog is 7 months old and loves going there! When we arrive, she jumps out of the car and runs to door and can’t wait to get inside to play with her friends! The staff is very friendly, patient, knows her name and always greets her with a smile! She had her first “sleep over” and came home happy, but a little tired! The facility is very clean! Thank you!

I've been taking my dogs to Vienna's Dog's Day Out location for more than 7 years. They have always treated my dogs well (who are so excited when they realize we're pulling into ADDO) and my dogs have been well cared for and happy. I trust them completely for day time visits and boarding. I highly recommend them.

Trigger Warning: Had my dog here while I rented in the area. She was in attendance starting from the minimum allowed age essentially. They used to have a webcam up to watch (not sure if they still do, they took it down after this incident) and I viewed it literally one time. During that one viewing I had to watch my dog get viciously chased and humped by another dog. Nothing was done about this, despite an attendant walking in and out of the pen at least once- which I witnessed. My puppy was cowering in fear under benches while this dog relentlessly chased + humped her. I may add she was not spayed at that time, which was allowed per Dog’s Day Out policy. Thankfully nothing resulted but how was I supposed to know if that dog was also unneutered? I was livid and picked my dog up immediately. The only manager present was a young girl who I berated, somewhat reluctantly, in defense of my puppy. She said the owner would call me and he did. He was highly dismissive on the phone, claiming he knew what happened but “wanted to hear again”. I didn’t get an actual apology and they took the camera down shortly after. No refund, nothing. My dog was essentially raped here due to lack of supervision and predatory other dogs. BEWARE.

Moose loves coming to ADDO! It is one of his favorite places to be. As soon as I tell him he is going to daycare, he cries with excitement the whole car ride. The staff is very welcoming and take great care of Moose.

My dog developed fear of large dogs because they put a 22lb dog in a cage full of 40lb+ untrained beasts with minimal supervision. Their excuse was "Large dog area has an alpha keeping the dogs in check". Is this an episode of Scared Straight? If my memory serves me correctly, these are domesticated animals in 2024, not feral wolves in stone age

We've been boarding our dogs here for two years now and they are great people who truly love and understand dogs. My dogs are always excited to go, they know when they see that building where they are going and dash up to the door. The ADDO staff is professional and caring and I trust them with my dogs - I've left my dogs there for more than two months before! That's how much I trust these guys with my fur babies.

Josephine and Chris are a godsend! We have a very energetic and dog reactive Pudelpointer and they have been taking great care of her off and on for the last 2 years. She gets plenty of love and has been able to socialize with many dogs which is helpful in her behavior training. Highly recommended service!

Chris and his team have been so wonderful! Chris is responsive, and works with my ever-changing schedule, and is great with my dog. I love that he uses the Pet Check technology - I get an email when they arrive, and again when they leave with a note about the walk, and sometimes a picture :) Paying invoices is smooth and easy. Lastly, the app used by Peticular Charm is very convenient--you can see when your dog was walked, what route they took, and what your dog, ahem, *did* on his walk. I really trust Peticular Charm to look after my dog and give him the walks he craves in the middle of the day.

Chris and his team of walkers are great. Mark has walked our dog for a number of months and we've been super happy (as has our puppy). I’m thrilled with the dog walking services of PETicular Charm! The owner, Chris, came by to meet our little guys, took notes on behavior and routine. Very good rates! An added plus is that Chris and his crew can board a dog at the last minute in case we have an emergency. I trust Chris and his employees explicitly with our dogs and our house! The team at Peticular Charm has been great! We use them for daily walks, doggy daycare once a week, and they also watched our 8 month old puppy when we were out of town for a week. They sent daily pictures and videos so that we knew our puppy was having a good time. Honestly, I think our puppy would rather live with his friends from Peticular Charm than us!

Our dog, Sally, has more energy than our townhouse has room for, so we love taking her to Pet Grand Hotel once or twice a week to let her run around, play with other dogs, and get her energy out. I have been bringing my 10 year old cockapoo to Pet Grand Hotel for the past few months. He comes periodically for day care and I had him boarded during a recent trip. Prior to this, I had never taken him to day care or had him boarded, to this has been a very big deal for us both. The owners and staff are very kind and gentle with my guy, who can sometimes be a little nervous. The facilities are clean and offer separate spaces for large and small animals. They also offer a variety of boarding accommodations. The grooming services are a bonus: bringing him consistently to one place helps keep him comfortable. HIGHLY recommend!

I left my dog here for the Thanksgiving break. When I came to pick her up it seemed she did not want to leave! Obviously she enjoyed her stay and I noticed she was completely exhausted when we returned home. In other words she got plenty of exercise and play time. The staff did a wonderful grooming job and I almost did not recognize my dog. The building really smells good and it’s really clean. If you did not look hard you would think you were in a people hotel. I highly recommend Pet Grand Hotel for your pet. You will not be disappointed. 👍🏽

Giselle and Brian of Canine Comforts did an incredible job taking care of my four-legged friend. Typically, I try to arrange for a friend or family member to stay at my house or drop by a few times per day to take care of my dog when I have to travel. However, unexpected events required me to travel out of state for a few days and my friends/family who normally watch my dog were unavailable. Thus, I was forced to look into dog boarding services. After researching and calling a few different options, I stumbled upon Canine Comforts. Giselle confirmed that they could take my dog the following morning, and provided clear instructions for me to streamline the intake process. A few hours after I dropped off my dog, Canine Comforts sent me a link to a shared Google Photos album, where they added pictures of my dog throughout his stay. It was really nice to see him running and playing with all the other dogs. Canine Comforts was also incredibly accommodating regarding my dog's pick-up schedule. Originally, I had planned to pick him up from Canine Comforts on Sunday, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I was not able to fly back home until the following day. Canine Comforts was willing to extend my dog's stay and hang onto him for an additional day. Thank you, Giselle and Brian, for making an otherwise stressful last-minute travel experience easy and pain-free! My dog loved staying with you, and I certainly plan to utilize your services in the future.

Working with Giselle & Brian was a blessing. She was accommodating to all my needs especially on a last minute notice when my boarder cancelled last minute. Super convenient to have non-crate boarding IN Vienna! I’ve been taking our dog to Giselle and Brian for over a year and know he’s in good hands. He gets to play with other dogs, be outside and most importantly, is not caged up at night. Rates at excellent if you buy a package!!
