I had a wonderful time watching Meester Feeesh during my stay in London. He is a very sweet senior kitty that mostly keeps to himself, so I was overjoyed when I came home the second day and sat on the couch to soon find Meester requesting to cuddle on my chest. how sweet! I had been traveling and had spent almost 2 months away from my kitties at the point, so it was so nice to feel at home across the pond. Tim and his partner are so wonderful and kind and welcoming. They are laid-back but also very organized, and give you a print-out of cat instructions and phone numbers and everything else you need. The one bedroom apartment is cute and cozy, and wonderfully located in the center of Camden. What a joy to share Meester Feesh's home with him. :) I'm so grateful I was able to watch him. It was an easy and rewarding pet sitting experience for me.
It’s always a pleasure to spend time with Beans and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Beaufort, SC. Beans is a well behaved, sweet older fellow who was happy just being near me (sleeping) at home. The yard is fully fenced so Beans can be let outside without worry, but he loved his short walks around the neighborhood. Bonnie and Alan were excellent hosts who left complete, clear instructions. They stayed in touch and were very responsive to any questions. Their modern, comfortable home is spotless and has everything you might need. The house is a short 5 minute drive to beautiful Beaufort and all the restaurants, shops and beautiful historic homes. Beaufort is full of history and the guides on the horse-drawn carriage rides through the downtown area will keep you entertained with stories from the past. You will be lucky to be accepted for a sit with Beans.
Steve and Sally welcomed us very warmly. Their renovated cortijo was a nice place to stay for a while, beautiful nature and very quiet. The dogs are fantastic to deal with and easy going. I recommend everyone who likes quiet and nature to stay here for a while.
I feel like we won the TrustedHouseSitters lottery with this sit. The house, the host and the pets were all excellent. Veronica is the perfect host. Great communications. She picked us up from the train station, let us arrive and stay a day early to learn the ropes, and even cooked us dinner. She also offered to let us stay an extra night, post sit, to due to a widespread London train strike. What more could anyone ask for from a host. The award winning house, which is easy walking distance to the tube station and the town centre, is simply an amazing place to stay. Its large, fully equipped and very, very comfortable. It even has a great backyard garden. It almost felt more like a resort than a home. The two Norfolk Terriers (Norbert and Sirius) are well behaved, easy to look after and lots of fun. They are both are real characters with their own distinct personality and were fun to look after. Whether taking them for a walk, feeding or relaxing in the evening, they were a joy to have around. I would jump at the chance to sit here again. Highly recommend this sit and host. 5 stars.
Stanley was a lovely dog to look after. We had a lot of fun together and although not young was so playful in the evenings. He was well behaved and such good company and loved meeting his friends at the sports field. The cottage was comfortable and Sue and Paul friendly and helpful and made me feel right at home. A great sit with lovely walks in a wonderful part of the country.
Really enjoyed my stay with Maisy and Max and loved my Lanaye's home!
