Beth and Matthew have been my first house sitters - and I was their first house sit too. Beth and Matthew have been great. I was a little nervous as this was the first time I've the zeewoi platform and service. Beth contacted me to let me know that one of my dogs had a sore on her chest and sent me a video to let me see and decide what to do. We agreed my dog needed to be seen by a vet and within a few hours my dog had antibiotics. Beth even popped into a shop to buy my dog a jumper to wear as the vet had recommended this to stop her scratching the sore. When I got home Beth had washed all their bedding and the house was clean and tidy. Both Beth and Matthew are a lovely couple and I would definitely recommend them both if you are looking for reliable and trustworthy house and pet sitters.
Erica was great! Easy to communicate with and very self -sufficient when we ended up being out of service for several days. Pingo and the house were clearly in good hands, we came back to a spotless house with a freshly made bed and a happy dog. We'd definitely have Erica again!
I am so grateful to Victoria for taking such wonderful care of my elder cats,, Zoe and Mischief, my home and my garden! She stayed in touch, and even sent photos of Zoe and Mischief, which further reassured me that my kitties and my home were in good hands while I was away. This was my first time using zeewoi. Not only did I have to prepare my home for a guest but prepare myself for leaving my boys with someone I had only met through a zoom call. Right away, I was put at ease as Sharon just gravitated right to my boys. She asked questions about info that I had missed in my welcome pack that made me rest assured that she was on the ball. Throughout my trip, Sharon kept in touch with me about how the boys were getting along... I was so relieved hearing that their usual playful selves was apparent. Given that our flight home was going to be late, she insisted on waiting until we were heading out of the airport before leaving the boys with their last walk until we came home. When we walked through our front door, the boys were chilling out, our home was spotless, and she even washed the bedding. I can recommend Sharon with 100% certainty that your pets will be in great hands. Thanks Sharon for everything.
Jaclyn was a wonderful sitter for our dog Tucker! She was always quick to respond to communications, she was easy-going and excited to sit with Tucker, she shared updates (with pictures) while we were away, and she left our house cleaner than when we left - she even ran the dishwasher, which we forgot to do before we left! She and Tucker bonded immediately, and when we returned home it was clear that he had a great time with Jaclyn. We can't recommend her highly enough!
I can’t say enough good things about Felicia! She was willing to come over ahead of time so we could meet her. Lele took an instant liking to her (and I think it was mutual).😁 Felicia showed up on time, checked in on a regular basis while I was away, and sent photos of Lele, too. I tend to over prepare, and Felicia was accepting of that and helped me feel okay about my preparation and absence. I felt very comfortable leaving, knowing the most important thing, Lele, was well taken care of. This is my first time using zeewoi, so I didn’t really know what to expect. Felicia far exceeded all of my hopes and expectations. I would absolutely love to have Felicia come back again!
I am so glad that my cat, Duque, and I met Sharon! She is a wonderful person, very kind with pets, thorough with house care and communicative. Sharon's cleaning (and brownies!) went above and beyond and my cat did not seem to have missed me much when I got home. I recommend Sharon if she applies for your sit and we hope to welcome her back to our home one day.
Julie and Adrian were ideal pet and house sitters. Julie and Damian are very friendly and made sure to go over details and ask questions when they arrived. We came home to very happy and contented pets. Our dog and cat clearly got lots of love and attention (also clear from the great photos that Julie and Adrian sent us). The house was immaculate when we came home. We could not ask for better, more trusted, house sitters.
Although they are experienced pet sitters this was their first sit with zeewoi and they were wonderful. Jyoti (our cat) was completely at ease and spent plenty of time on their laps. The chickens were well looked after and they managed the broody one efficiently. Excellent communication before and during the house sit. They followed our detailed instructions conscientiously and left the house clean and tidy. They cooked a meal for us on our return and we enjoyed getting to know them. We would welcome them back any time and highly recommend them for future sits.
Lea was so wonderful, we highly recommend her. She was friendly and communicative throughout, sending us daily updates and photos. We returned back to a beautifully cleaned house and a very happy cat, we are so grateful- she was an absolute delight

Liz does a lovely pre visit so your pets aren't surprised by who is coming to see them and carefully notes down all individual pet preferences. We received daily updates and our kitties looked very content on our arrival home we knew they'd been well looked after. So lovely to have Liz looking after my dogs whilst I was away. Pre holiday I received a comprehensive program of when my 4 dogs would be walked. It took away anxiety whilst I was away. My dogs were happy. I'd highly recommend Liz for your precious companion 😊
Speaking as someone who has rescued cats for most of her adult life, their happiness, care and wellbeing is paramount, bearing in mind that rescues have usually had a very difficult time before they come to their forever home. Many times I have had the opportunity to go away for my own enjoyment, but my cats always came first and I was very hesitant about leaving them. Gradually, from having, at one time, six rescue kitties, they have sadly passed away, but having had a lovely life at last. Due to my circumstances right now, I am unable to take on any other needy felines, but that is going to change very shortly. So, I now just have Miss Daisy, the absolute, highest maintenance, spoilt (aren’t they all !) most gorgeous little long haired black cat. An opportunity came to go away for a much needed rest. As usual Miss Daisy’s welfare made me hesitant. Then along came Liz – and the rest is history! Liz at once made me feel completely relaxed about leaving Miss Daisy in her care – not to mention my house etc. Liz consulted me about every aspect of Miss Daisy’s care, her habits, her little foibles, her food and toileting issues! She also made absolutely sure she had every contact detail, vet details, and emergency numbers in connection with Miss Daisy and the house. She assured me that my keys were being kept in a safe and all would be well..... And it was. Not only did Liz touch base with me every day by text – most often with a photo of Miss Daisy getting up to all sorts! She ensured that Miss Daisy’s feeding and toileting areas were kept spotless and, together with her little helper Charlotte, out of school hours of course – formed a bond with Miss Daisy who, understandably was nervous of them at first. They also made sure I had some milk in the fridge to come home to - for a much needed cuppa after a very long drive! In short, I was able to have a relaxing, stress free holiday, safe in the knowledge that everything was being taken care of. I now feel able to go away without worry – all thanks to Liz – I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her services to those among us who have much loved and precious four legged friends !

Our young gerbils, Ted & Roy stayed with Denise for a week during July and we could tell straight away they would settle well. Denise is very caring and also showed us how to get the boys out of the cage without stressing them using a tube. Highly recommend
When I first messaged Denise, I knew she was the one I would trust to look after my little guy Enzo! She was very happy to answer any and all questions. This was my first trip away leaving Enzo with someone and I’m already looking to book again! He really loved his time with Denise - she followed my little Enzo guide (to know his routine) and took everything at Enzos pace. Being nervous for his first time away, Denise regularly sent me updates with pictures and videos (which made me feel SO much more at ease!) HUGE HUGE thank you to both Denise and Ian (who picked up and dropped off Enzo for me)!!! If anyone is looking for their hammy to be looked after I would HIGHLY recommend Small Paws with Denise!
Denise did a fabulous job of looking after our bun. We had regular updates with pics and videos. He had plenty of room and lots to keep him occupied. She also has a fabulous menu with a wide variation of veggies, snacks and treats. We'll certainly use small paws again and would highly recommend it to anyone who cares about their pet.
Denise is wonderful at what she does! Our rabbit Rolo has been to Denise twice now and both times we had regular updates with photos and videos and he seemed very well cared for! I wouldn’t want him to go anywhere else! When he comes back to us he seems so happy! Rolo is an indoor rabbit that spends a lot of time with us outside of his cage so I know he gets the attention he needs when he’s with her! She regularly sends photos of him on the landing and in her office with her! Such a lovely lady, highly recommended!
Denise was so kind and lovely looking after our two bunnies. One needs extra attention and medication which she took care of so well. Frequent updates of happy, engaged bunnies. So good to see our bunnies have a holiday along side ours. Recommend to all and will be using again. 😊 …
First time I’ve left the bunnies anywhere since having them and I’ll definitely be asking Denise to look after them again. I got daily photos and videos off her and they’ve come back very happy and healthy, 100% recommended for any bunny owners out there ❤️
My 4 bunnies had the best stay at Denise! I was very impressed with how quickly she made them feel settled and how thorough she was in ensuring their routine stayed the same throughout their stay. They even had their own little menu and new toys which they loved! It definitely put my mind at ease knowing they were with someone so loving and experienced who made them feel right at home! 🐰💛
Constant updates from the owners of my 2 pet hens holiday in 5 star accommodation. Couldn't be happier with the obvious care and attention for Crystal and Frizzle, as well as the other 'guests' we saw. Already booked them in again for a Spring vacation.
Denise looked after our two rabbits while we were on holiday, and wow what a service they got, I think they were almost sad to come home! She was absolutely amazing throughout, and was so kind and thoughtful with them, providing them with treats and toys throughout their stay. Our two are quite prone to stasis and we worry about them a lot, but Denise was brilliant at following their specific diet and happy to care for them despite that. What I appreciated the most as a worrying bunny mum was the daily updates with photos and videos which was so reassuring and it was lovely for us to see them enjoying themselves while we were away. I can't think how to recommend Denise as highly as she deserves. She was absolutely lovely to us, very prompt in replying to everything and the care our boys received was absolutely first class. She's amazing! We'll definitely be using her services again in the future.
Wow… what a fabulous time our piggies had with Denise. From the minute I dropped them off I knew they were in good hands. Denise sent regular photo/videos of our piggies playing happily and was really helpful in answering any questions we had. Superb service by Sally and her family would thoroughly recommend. We first left our Parrot with Sally for a week after our normal sitter was unavailable, on first visiting Brinsley Pet Care and meeting Sally I felt comfortable leaving him, the set up is amazing and Sally had a nice confident way with the animals. After our Parrot visit we felt comfortable asking Sally if she would visits our old dogs and give them lunch and medication if we have to be out the house for longer than normal, they love her and she sends little videos of them in the garden having some fuss 😍. Such reasonable prices as well ~ Amazing ❤️
I've been using Brinsley Pet Care for a few years to look after my ratty mischief. They have quite spacious multi level accommodation for their stays I've had several rats that needed multiple doses of life-saving medications and this has never been a problem for Sally. They have a great time and return happy and healthy. ❤️

Just collected our two rabbits from their first stay with Sally after a long weekend and would highly recommend Brinsley Pet Care for boarding your rabbits/birds/Guinea pigs/rats/tortoise!! It’s a lovely setting and clearly a place where all the animals are well loved and looked after. The cost is also highly reasonable and very good value. Sally answered my enquiry and all my emailed questions straightaway before their stay which was very reassuring when using a service you only know via FB. Absolutely fantastic service. I stumbled across Brinsley Pet Care when I was let down by another place. I am so glad they let me down as Sally was fantastic! We took our two bunnies and one hamster to board at Brinsley Pet Care for two weeks. When we dropped them off we spoke about having tried to bond the bunnies but that we had struggled. Sally offered to try and bond them while we were away. She kept us regularly updated with messages, pictures and videos. Our two bunnies are, as I type, snuggled up together in one hutch. They are so happy together, they lie next to each other and groom each other. I can't express how grateful we all are. We are over the moon they are bonded. Sally obviously loves animals and has a great affection for them. They have all had a fab time on holiday and am sure they are looking forward to going again! We have kept Sally updated on the bunnies progress since we returned home and Brinsley Pet Care will be our go to for any future boarding needs. Can't recommend highly enough. Thank-you so much.

Neil looked after our two border collies for a week while we were away. The care was fantastic, I would say a home away from home, only it is probably better! The dogs received lots of walks, play and affection and we had regular updates with photos from Neil. The dogs had stayed with Neil for a few hours and then overnight in preparation for the week and they’re delighted to go back to him. The photos are from a selection that Neil sent whilst we were away.
Neil is great! He’s been looking after Baxter once a week for about 6 months now. He’s a young beagle so he’s very…crazy! He’s very accommodating and matches the dogs he spends the day with perfectly. He provides updates through the day and pictures of their adventures playing and on their many walks. Baxter knows exactly where he’s going when we get to Neil’s - he couldn’t be more excited! It gives my wife who WFH a much needed day off keeping an eye on him, and Baxter a day of socialising with other dogs. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else - he also boards which we’ll be taking advantage of next month when we go away. I’m sure Baxter will love it!
Looked after my puppy while I was attending a family emergency at the local hospital. Very grateful and the little one had a great time.
I contacted neil because I need someone to look after my puppy cockerpoo for a week in June and hes been walking with me and having lottie occasional to build up some trust with her. I find him really gentle with the dogs, I take my other two on walks with him and they seem to enjoy his company too. The dogs seem to respond to his commands and he has full control over the dogs. I will definitely be using neil, Nottingham pet care. And I know i can go on holiday and not worry about my puppy.

Rachel has looked after our Cockerpoo Woody on several occasions over the past few years and quite honestly he loves going to stay with her. We get regular updates whilst we're away with photos and its clear he's having a great time with the other dogs. She's always very thorough and professional and ensures that the animals that she has in her care are harmonious together. Its great to have peace of mind to know that he's being looked after so well. We can't speak highly enough of Rachel and the care she provides.
Rachel and Mark are super!! Our dogs adore them and love to see them. We love getting the daily pictures and Mark certainly knows how to use a good filter. Can’t recommend them enough!!

Absolutely flawless service. We had a holiday to Florida and needed someone to come and feed our old cat twice a day whilst we was away. Service was great, communication was fantastic, kept us updated with photos. Whilst we was away we got delayed coming home and had to stay an extra 2 nights because of a hurricane. Was not a problem extending the service to carry on feeding our cat. I can't recommend this company enough. If you need a service they offer, don't think about it, just contact them and book. 5 star service. Thank you 💙😻
Honestly, Rachel has changed my life. My Assistance dog wasn't getting walked as much as he should, so we found these. She focuses on my dogs needs during the walk making it dog focused and allowing him to decompress. She has respected my wishes in terms of not letting him play with other dogs other than ones he knows. My dog absolutely adores her and gets so excited in the morning to go, she's so amazing with him and I can't recommend them enough.
Rachel has fed our two cats Rocket & Dixie on a number of occasions and has always looked after them incredibly well. She gives us peace of mind whilst we're away, both in terms of the cats & also our property, ensuring it's left clean & tidy. She gives regular updates about the cats and provides pictures/video which is lovely to see. Nothing is ever too much to ask. I would highly recommend her services.
RM Pet Care are fantastic! Rachel & Mark care deeply about the animals in their care. My Rommie rescue is very nervous around new people & Rachel spent the time getting to know her. This is invaluable for our sensitive souls & my dog absolutely adores both her & Mark! Highly recommended.
Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful attitude towards myself and my wife. My dog came back in such an awful state we actually thought we would need to take him to the vets. Apparently another dog viciously attacked him and left him with a severed ear. The owner was damn right rude and aggressive. Would not recommended to anyone whom care she their pet.
Rachel has been doing pop ins and walks for our dog since she was a little pup, and is absolutely brilliant. She is extremely trustworthy, sends photos and updates and gives our dog so much love! It is really refreshing to see someone really love what they do. Even more so, the tail wags when we’ve seen Rachel on the street are probably more that what we’d get shows a lot!
Couldn't recommend Rachel enough! Our dog always has a waggy tail when he sees her and we feel so confident that he is being well looked after when out on his walks. He's also boarded with her, we get regular photo updates and her communication has always been great.
My boxer penny absolutely loves coming to cuddles a plenty.. when i tell her it’s time for daycare she is ready at the door, howling in the car and crying till we get to the front door . I don’t think for one minute that she misses me ! and if i miss her i just check out the facebook page and see what she’s been up to as they post regularly. Penny has been coming since she was 4months old, every time we go , we are greeted with open arms and i just know they love Penny and all the other dogs as much as us owners .
This place is amazing! Reggie loves it, he goes once a week and knows exactly when he's going. He gets all excited at the front door and leaps into the car. I love how I can see photos on Facebook, its constantly updated with how there days going. Both Richard and Dionne have offered me really good advise for Reggie and I can tell they love him like I do. He comes home pooped and I don't hear a wink out of him for the rest of the night. My Bull dog Bear went and absolutely loved being there great staff dogs have great fun with social skills I'm hoping to book him in next week I felt safe leaving my 5mth Bear if you want your dog to have fun can not recommend this place high enough Carol
This is an amazing place. Dionne & Richard along with there staff are all superstars. We have been using cuddles a plenty since January for our boxer and I would highly recommend. They are full of valuable knowledge and Copper is extremely well looked after in their care, my mind is at ease when he is there and and he has such a great time and then comes home very tired. We love the updates and photos they place on Facebook so we can see what he's been upto during the day. They also do great themed event for the dogs and we enjoy looking at all the great photos and videos they do, keep up the great work guys your fantastic and we couldn't thank you enough for what you do.
Cuddles A Plenty are wonderful, our dog loves it there, has loads of friends and is cared for so well by the workers. They have a variety of enriching activities and environments for the dogs, let them have rest time and play time in small groups, and are really dilligent and flexible. They also put photos of the dogs on their FB throughout the day so you can sneakily look at your pupper having a great time with their buddies while you're stuck in boring meetings. They're ace, can't recommend more highly
There are very few places I can unreservedly recommend to any dog owner as a safe place to take their dogs. This is one of them. Dionne and Richard are just fantastic, the puppies always have an amazing time there (and the pictures during the day show it!) Ours have a real range of temperaments and are all looked after just the way they need to be.
This place is totally beyond amazing. It has improved both my life and that of my gorgeous boy Harvey. He has severe separation anxiety and we have never ever been able to leave him home alone, even for a few minutes. Then we discovered Dionne and Richard aka Cuddles a Plenty and our lives were transformed. Harvey adores going there and I can work 'normal' hours again instead of having to do nights. This place is fabulous. I love it, my sons love it but above all else my boy Harvey loves it. Totally recommended ☆☆☆☆☆
I can’t recommend Cuddles-A-Plenty enough, I searched high and low to find somewhere I would trust to leave my dog Thor and I’m so glad I came across them. One of the reasons was I wanted to socialise Thor with other dogs with the aim to make recall easier when out on walks. I can happily say that has now been achieved ,the excitement of a new dog has gone and he has now developed manners which is great. He now won’t approach another dog unless we say it’s ok . Not only has it been brilliant for that but Dionne and Richard are just simply fantastic along with the staff, they think of everything and I mean everything, from birthday parties to special events they go out their way to make such a special and enjoyable time for the dogs .I just know Thor is having a great time and is being looked after to the max.I wouldn’t even question if to take your dog here it would be the best decision I wish I found them when Thor was a pup.
This is a brilliant place to bring your dog for daycare. Easy to find, easy to park, several supermarkets and shops nearby if you want to empty your boot of dog and refill with shopping! Dionne and Richard are friendly and professional, the facilities are lovely - they will remind you of a child's nursery with the same attention to detail, there is ample space and equipment for the dogs to play and rest indoors and out. My boxer, who loves canine company, has a fantastic time there and always comes home happy and worn out.
Such a fantastic place, they look after my dog every Wednesday as he needs the company of other dogs. He absolutely loves at Cuddles A Plenty. The shop part is brilliant too. We bought our harness that was fitted on him to ensure it was the right size, the difference in his walking on lead is incredible. Can't recommend Cuddles a Plenty enough.
I would highly recommend Pooches. Amanda is amazing with our 2 nervous yorkshire terriers. She knows what type of dogs make them feel comfortable and will pair them up on walks. Shes also very flexible with being shift workers and updates us with pictures of their walks while we’re working. Honestly you wouldn’t be able to find anyone better!
Amanda at Pooches has been amazing with both my boys, and was not fazed by either of their sizes. My Kobe loves it when he goes on his little dog socialising days or when he goes to board, Amanda has been a real find and I couldn’t imagine him going anywhere else. She has an amazing kindness, a fantastic sized garden for them to run around in is great with handling all shapes & sizes of dogs. I highly recommend Anaya and Pooches and can see why she’s been in business so long. I wish I could give her more stars than 5! We also love little Buzz as he’s so good with Kobe and all his little fur friends 💙🐾💙
I knew straight away when meeting Amanda that Milo would be hooked. I wasn’t anxious about Amanda’s expertise, I was really looking forward to Milo having the opportunity to socialise with more dogs. He really enjoys going out for countryside walk and the garden play was definitely a draw as well because it’s an opportunity for the dogs to socialise in a safe environment. Having the home boarding element means that if we do ever need someone to look after Milo then I know I can count on ‘Pooches’. It’s been a brilliant experience so far and even though I’m not actually there, I feel informed with videos posted online and also photos sent to me during the walks/play days.
Pooches is the best place to send your beloved fur baby 🩷 As soon as my puppy was able to, he joined Amanda’s garden play sessions a few times a week, and has been going ever since! I really feel like this has done him wonders and helped him grow into the funny, energetic and friendly dog he is now at 8 months old. Every time I say “Amanda’s here!” Ernie cannot contain his excitement and is straight out the door 😄. He is always exhausted when he returns which is great for me😅😴 Amanda is one of the loveliest people I’ve met and you can 100% count on her to look after your dog and give them an hour full of fun🐶🩷 she also takes amazing photos and posts updates on facebook!!
I could not recommend Amanda enough! We have a VERY bouncy but playful spaniel pup and she honestly loves Amanda more than us. She’s super happy to leave and go off to doggy daycare, comes back exhausted from the best day of running around. So well-loved and looked after during overnight stays too. We left our shih tzu with Amanda for a week in December. We had regular updates in the morning, through the day and in the evening with photos, videos and commentaries on activities. Our pooch had a holiday of her own - socialising and having a lot of fun. She was walked, fed and cuddled in front of the fire. We had a photo 15 minutes after she was collected and I knew then I can relax . Amanda is super approachable and amazing person who knows dogs, her daily updates were a lot of fun - I would wake up early (on my own holiday) and wait for photos & videos to arrive 😊 your pooch will be in super safe hands.

Fantastic dog walker and border! Amanda took the time to get to know Max as well as then knowing which groups he could join for walks and garden play. Incredibly flexible and always try to help when needed for different days! Max loves Amanda's ❤️
I went to donate a bag if unused puppy food and stayed for a coffee in the cafe within the premises. It's a good set up and I will visit again soon. Update 08/11 Just placed my malligator puppy in for a fre days board. Bit anxious as it's the 1st time away since I got him in May but he's in a great place where he will be well looked after. Will post another update when I collect him Monday.
Brilliant kennels my two boys get so excited when we get there they obviously are happy there. All the staff are lovely and knowledgeable, would not take them anywhere else.

We had to keep our dog here in Castlefield kennels for 4 weeks and she was looked after and cared for . We cannot express our gratitude to the exceptional care given. Our dog Trixie was happy and healthy when we picked her up, seemed she had a great time. All the staff we spoke to were friendly and you can tell they love what they do. Will definitely use again.
Castlefield looked after our large & bouncy puppy very well. Our previous dog stayed with them several times. In both cased the dogs clearly recognised the place and were happy to go in & go off with the staff to their kennel. The owning family have several dogs of their own and I trust their judgement.
Our dogs always stay at Castlefield. I wouldn't trust them anywhere else. We rescued one of our dogs from Castlefield. They are always extremely well looked after, and happy when they get there. Cannot recommend highly enough. The staff are very friendly
Wonderful kennels. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Biba doesn't look back when she goes in and cries all the way home when she leaves. She loves it there.
I normally take my dog to a local kennel in the New Forest but they were unable to accommodate him. On recommendation we took him with us to Nottingham and were made comfortable leaving him at this kennels. The family run business is superb, the set up was impressive 👏 my boy left happy which makes me happy. Highly recommend 👌 👍 thanks for making my boy have a lovely holiday.
We had to travel due to family emergency and was looking for a place to drop our pug. Spoke with Richard who was super friendly and very reasonable keeping in mind last minute drop off before school holidays. Through out our time we left candy around 20 days with Richard he always keep us informed with messages and pictures. Candy came back healthy and more energetic then before. Richard is such a gentleman and polite person i have ever seen in my life. I will definitely use richard again when going on holiday and personally recommend to all my friends and family. Will also recommend at work place as i believe Richard deserve shout out for being amazing. 🙏🏻
Absolutely amazing. Richard has been phenomenal in helping me and my family by looking after our 2 dogs during a stressful move. He went above and beyond, we couldnt be more grateful. I highly recommend seeing if he has the space to look after your pets while your away. You will not be disappointed at all, I guarantee it.
DO NOT RELY ON THIS PERSON. Accepted our booking and then kept avoiding a meet and greet to only cancel with 12 days until the date to cover my wedding and honeymoon! What sort of person does this to someone? Nowhere has any availability now and looks like we can’t go on our honeymoon and will have to have a guest look after our dog during the wedding instead of attending. So so upset. Avoid at all costs!!
Very disappointed that the owner (Richard) was keen to accept our booking but then decided to not communicate with us after giving us the price for our dogs. Even when I contacted him he made contact immediately but when he realised I was asking about the original booking he stopped communicating with me, god knows why. Common courtesy doesn’t cost anything.
An argument ensued when we phoned to request to cancel our booking and pick up our pooch early and were told this was ok but on collection were asked to pay full rate for the planned duration. Could of been easily resolved with a polite and rational conversation but after being quoted 3 different prices and mansplained to / having received a very passive aggressive and smug attitude I decided to leave before the guy pushed the argument further, as he seemed to be enjoying winding me up. All after we overpaid and tipped generously the first time we used them. Ultimately all I can say is this guy rubbed me up the wrong way, and he seemed to get off on doing so by the smug expression on his face.
Always nervous about leaving my house bunny, Lewis, with strangers, I asked many questions prior to booking, all of which were answered promptly with lots of patience and understanding. I was delighted that Dovecote were happy to meet my specific requirements for Lewis's care, and felt reassured about their close relationship with the local vet - just in case! When we dropped Lewis off Bryony was friendly and enthusiastic, and put me at ease. I was thrilled to recieve a text that evening confirming that Lewis had settled in well, and further texts and a photo on email during the week that made it much easier for me to enjoy my holiday guilt free. On collection Lewis was freshly cleaned out, and looking very happy and well cared for, it really was a home from home. He also settled in very quickly when we got him back home, where normally he would be a bit mardy and make us suffer for a few days for leaving him. I can only assume that he enjoyed his holiday too, and I will definately be taking him back to Dovecote for our next break. All in all, a huge relief, and highly recommended.
Very friendly, Richard was flexible about timings , which helps on a day out. Bella had a happy day playing with her new mates.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Darren & Caz. They looked after our three cats, gaining our confidence quickly with their caring characters, qualifications and daily updates. We’re so happy our young cats could stay in their familiar surrounding and not a cattery whilst we were away. A perfect solution, thank you so much.
Darren and team are very professional. They provide a great service visiting my home when I worked and walked my 2 dogs. I chose Complete Pet Care as they walk dogs individually giving my pets their full attention. They respected my wishes with how I handle my dogs and sent messages with any concerned they had when they visited. All walks are tracked so you know your pets have been exercised. I would most definitely recommend.
Darren & Caz have been walking my much loved Welsh border Collie since she was 6 months old she is now 2 years old and continues to love her walks with them. She is always happy to see them and can’t wait to get out on her walk them Darren & Caz are lovely people and could not ask for better people to look after my precious girl I love seeing the photos they send me when I’m at work and always puts a smile on my face seeing her have fun. Darren & Caz keep up the great work would definitely recommend to anyone looking for some help when at work or struggling to walk their dogs
I used their dog walking services weekly and never had a problem. Natalie always comes on time and my two doggies are very happy to see her. They send us a gps map of where they’ve been with the dogs which is very reassuring. I would 100% recommend them for their professionally, friendly service!
I have had to call on these guys a couple of times now and would not hesitate to use them again. We live in Manchester but needed ad hoc walks for our friends who were looking after Reggie. The on boarding process was easy, the walls look super fun (photos and videos Provided) and they even washed him after a good roll around in the mud with his friends. Highly recommend! Such a great service. Professional, thorough but friendly and accommodating.
Complete pet care are fantastic they give my dog excellent walks and affection, he loves it when they walk him. They have always managed to help out when I’ve needed extra walks. I feel more than happy letting them walk him, they are all lovely people who clearly love animals. Will definitely continue to use them and would recommend to anyone.
Caroline, Darren & The Team always take great care of my boys, we’ve used them for walks in the day and late night evening/dinner time. The boys are always exhausted after walks and playtime, I never have any concerns and would always recommend. My boys can be fussy with who they like but quite happily plonked their bums down on Darren’s lap within 10 minutes of the first meeting so that was the deciding factor to trust them!
Really quality service totally led by your wishes & your dog’s needs. They offer group or single walks, they’re responsive and able to accommodate your needs. You get pictures, updates & a map of the walk with toilet stops. My dog loves them & we would happily recommend them 😊 …
Excellent. Both Darren and Caroline were friendly, attentive and highly professional. The initial meeting with my lurcher Sheena went very well, the comprehensive paperwork was duly completed on the day, and Darren walked Sheena successfully four days later after a trial walk on meeting day. Through no fault of theirs, Sheena has developed an aversion to walking on the lead on the street. I am slowly getting to grips with this (Sheena had expensive blood tests to rule out anything physical) and am taking her for much shorter walks and much more frequently. It still doesn't work all of the time and she still occasionally locks her legs and refuses to go anywhere except back to the house. I am reverting temporarily to the arrangement I had with my ex-wife with Sheena on my working days but I know that very soon I will be calling on their services again. They have enquired about her welfare even though for now their dog walking has been postponed. Many thanks to them!
Walked our Sproker spaniel Teddy. Teddy is an anxious nervous dog and high maintenance so we were worried about someone other than family walking him, but all fears were put aside the moment we met Darren. So kind and gentle, we knew Teddy would be well looked after in his care. Took all our requests into account. Teddy is our pride and joy so there were lots of stipulations and nothing was too much trouble. Even gave us advice about walking and feeding. We felt very reassured and wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Would highly recommend. Thanks so much and see you soon 😀
