Kylie was always very friendly, took Peach out on regular walks, and the house was pristine when I returned. She sent daily photos of Peach, so I thought we had good communication. However, I reviewed some exterior security camera notifications upon return and saw some strange notifications of her climbing over the gate/fence and another day where my dog was wandering in the street. When I asked about the situation, I was told that the door key had been lost for “over 30 minutes” but the cameras show that it was lost in an afternoon and not recovered until the next day – and the back door was left unlocked on a Saturday night downtown so she could go out for the evening. I was never notified of the lost-key situation nor my dog getting out, which would have been helpful in handling both situations.
Haylee and Austin were wonderful! They were clean and took great care of my 4 animals and my house plants. They were reliable and sent photo updates throughout the trip. Really great couple and would definitely have them stay again in the future.
