Duke is just the cutest dog ever, super friendly and affectionate, the best company to work at home. He is well trained, gentle and respectful, with just a little fear for thunderstorms. We miss him already! The house has everything you may need, really comfy and easy to feel at home. The neighborhood is quiet, nice to explore with Duke, with with good public transport to go to the shops, but tbh a little far from the cbd. Christal and her family were truly helpful and nice to us. A 5 stars experience!
This beautiful home is centrally located in Phoenix; close to the airport, shopping, restaurants, and world class hiking. Renee's home is clean, comfortable, well appointed, and in a very safe neighborhood. Renee was easy to communicate with and responded to correspondence immediately. However, the real reward was spending time with Walter. Wally is intelligent, well-mannered, affectionate, and very low-key but he is always ready to go for a walk. The canal is only two blocks from Renee's home and that is where we walked Wally every day. Walter is well behaved, mild tempered, and just a real pleasure to spend time with. Thank you Renee for giving us the opportunity to care for your beautiful home and Wally the Wonder Dog . We highly recommend this housesit and hope that we have the opportunity to return.
We had a fantastic experience house and pet sitting for Todd and Katherine. Their house is lovely and located in a great area, close to parks and restaurants - we particularly enjoyed going to University Village. Their home is also just a short drive to downtown. Having access to their car was a huge bonus, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything the area has to offer. They provided excellent recommendations for local spots, which helped us make the most of our stay. Their dogs, Rusty and Milo, are incredibly sweet. Rusty would follow us all over the house, while Milo greeted us enthusiastically every time we entered the door. We got to spend a lot of time outdoors walking the dogs, which was a wonderful way to explore the neighborhood. Another highlight was having our own mini apartment in the basement, which gave us plenty of privacy and comfort. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would happily sit for them again in the future.
We had a great time looking after Mumbles! She is a really sweet animal and very chill to look after. Isabelle and Jason were very friendly and welcoming and they have a lovely place in downtown Greenwich. We loved our sit for these guys and couldn’t be happier with our time in Greenwich!
We had a lovely time staying in Sarah's home and looking after Tali, Benji, Tiberius, Sasha and Leroy. Organising the sit with Sarah was very easy. She provided us with a comprehensive welcome guide. She was very flexible with our arrival and departure times and thoughtfully bought us supplies for our breakfast on our first day. Sarah has an amazing garden with lots of different sitting areas, beautiful landscaping and flowers. We also got to enjoy some fresh berries and vegetables from the garden. Her home is very comfortable and as we were working while we were there, having use of her home office was great. The dogs are all very sweet and well behaved. Even with five of them, they are very easy to care for. They do a lot of sleeping and all of them love a cuddle with you on the couch. Sarah gave us the option just to a take a couple out for a walk and rotate them over the week or just give them garden time some days. However, in the end we took them all each day. They were all so excited for a walk and were very good on the lead, so with two of us we could easily manage five together.
My husband and I really enjoyed our time at Jo’s despite the variable air quality from the bush fires and a few excessive heat days. The pets were all easy to care for and they loved to be with us. They each have a different eating routine which Jo had written out for us and also showed us. Paddy and Tayla were more lap cats than Elf who often preferred her fort under the kitchen sink. We took Ophie for morning and evening walks in the park right across from the house. The park has kilometers and kilometers of paved trails for walking/jogging and biking. Jo and John kindly loaned us their push bikes which we used several times to explore and go to do errands. There is a small shopping center less than 10 minutes by bike where I had a fabulous haircut by Tanesha (Florey Hair Design). A large mall is twenty minutes by bike and has grocery stores with greater variety. We highly recommend this sit as the pets were easy and the house comfortable and spacious.. Jo had extensive notes for us to refer to. She and John met us at the bus station and took us to their house to meet the animals and get to each other a bit before taking us to our hotel for the night. We returned the next morning by Uber after they had left on their early morning flight. They were in frequent communication with us during the three weeks. They are very friendly and easy going.
