Nancy and Michael were accommodating and gracious hosts. They communicated well and left good instructions on care of the pets and home. Ruby and Rascal were adorable. Rascal is very happy and eats every chance he gets. Ruby takes more prompting to eat or go out but she’s always happier after. We found that walks worked best if we took them in the stroller and let them find their way home. They never got lost!
Sarah and Clint’s place is a garden oasis. We loved our time in Santa Cruz and could not be more fond of Barley and Freya. The sweetest dogs we’ll ever meet—they truly made our experience in CA.
Joanne was very welcoming and a pleasure to work with. As for Coulson and Pepper, the two labradoodles, they were well trained and a delight. There is a nice park nearby where I would take them each day and they loved this time plus snuggling up at any opportunity. They are gorgeous dogs. Tony the cat was more of a loner being a cat but after a couple of days soon was demanding attention. Enjoyed frequent trips into London during the daytime. I highly recommend this house-sit.
We had a great few days in beautiful Bath, with adorable Dee Dee. As we live in the area, we met Jenefer and Dee Dee ahead of the booking. Communication was good before and during the sit. The Welcome guide and separate pet care notes were sent in advance. Dee Dee is still puppy-like, lots of fun and energy. She has lots of toys and enrichment to entertain her. Dee Dee loves to play ball in the garden, fetch sticks on walks. She is super friendly to everyone, other dogs and bonded with us quickly. We enjoyed Bath city and the lovely canal walks nearby with her. Dee Dee was good at a cafes, a hotel bar, a park and pub garden. Dee Dee was relaxed especially if she sat next to us /on our lap. She was happy to have a nap on the sofa between outings. Jenefer informed us that Dee Dee is reluctant to go into her crate at night, but after a busy day, following a quick night-night cuddle on the sofa, she was ok. Not a peep! In the morning she came up to the bedroom for cuddles and naps. We did not let her off leash on this occasion, (using a long lead only) so we cannot feedback on her recall. On a short journey in our car she was relaxed. :) Dee dee’s home is modern, clean and tidy. Lovely garden and patios to enjoy. All mod cons for a very comfortable stay. Convenient Driveway parking. The location is superb. There is a hill climb when on foot, back to the house after visiting the canal or central Bath. 10 minutes from Bath Spa railway and bus station. A social /entertainment club is 2 minutes away. The popular, local high street offers cafes, pharmacy, pubs, restaurants etc. A co -op grocery shop, is also a few minutes away. Highly recommended for fun loving times with sweetheart Dee Dee. We look forward to returning! Catherine and Rob
Such fun with Nova and Frank! These two were a delight to be with, smart, snuggly and obedient. We had a really great time here at Michelle & Larry's townhouse- aptly situated for fly-fishing in the Catskills. Michelle was awesome getting us ready for the sit with a video meeting and instructions. Larry helped us locate a public access area to fish the Schoharie Creek. Absolutely beautiful area! There were a couple other spots we found as well. Great sit! Thank you, Michelle and Larry! We caught zero fish so likely will have to come back lol. 😄

We attended puppy classes with Alpha Pet Services and cannot rate trainer and behaviourist Claire any higher. Claire is an experienced, knowledgable and compassionate trainer whose style of positive reinforcement training gets the best out of dogs and focuses on rewarding positive behaviours and using this technique to divert unwanted behaviours. Training is centred around the learning style of the dog and tailored particularly to the specific age range she works with in puppy class. Our mixed breed puppy was both engaged and attentive in training and Claire creates the best possible setting and atmosphere for the dogs to learn and focus. She has wide experience of each breed and was able to help us determine specific traits in our mixed breed dog that we should be aware of so we felt there was a very individualised approach to each pup and she only works with 6 pups in class at a time to ensure there is time and space for this. Thank you Claire and Alpha Pets for your support and positivity at a tricky time in a pooches development. We are reinforcing the lessons learned at class every day and will definitely consider further training in the future. Class was such a helpful and reassuring experience for us and Bosko, he already misses Nice Biscuit Lady 🥰

I was really impressed by PetStay Glasgow from the start - Jane is very professional and inspires confidence. She asked for a lot of information about our lab Grace before matching her with a sitter. Grace was with Eleanor and family for 2 weeks and she couldn't have been better looked after. Eleanor was very good at keeping in touch and sent daily news and excellent videos and photos of Grace. Grace was also given a variety of walks and activities (she even 'helped' with the recycling) and looked happy and very much herself. Eleanor clearly cares about the dogs she looks after and does an amazing job. We will certainly be using PetStay again, and would love to have Eleanor and family look after Grace again.
Martin and Kelly and their children welcomed Austin and Gladys back to their home and treated them extremely well. They kept us updated with photos and messages. They even threw Austin a birthday party while he was there with cakes and presents. I couldn’t be happier with their care🤗 …
Our dog Meg was fantastically looked and cared for by Lorraine and family , Lorraine kept us updated with pictures and videos of her stay with her family , Meg looked like she was from home to home , out every day playing with her new found friends Lorraine's daughter and son , especially she loved Lorraine, the service we was giving was 100%+ as I was not sure leaving Meg with anyone as she was used to family members looking after her but Lorraine made memories and security in my heart , would recommend this company Pet stay to anyone they would not let you down and ensure your pet is suitable with the right person like we had , only thing that we can say is that Meg is missing Lorraine and family thank you again Pet stay and Lorraine for looking after Meg and she woofs you all.
This was our first time using Petstay and won't be our last. Our 18 month old cockapoo Rico stayed 7 days with Joanna and her terrier Roger. I was really worried about leaving Rico but could see Joanna loved dogs , she continued with Ricos routine, ensuring he had plenty of exercise each day and Roger was happy to have a friend . Joanna sent us videos/ photos each day which we all loved getting, he's going back again in a couple of monhhs for 2 weeks . We had such a fantastic experience using PetStay - from the get go Jane put us at ease and explained how the process worked. She took as much information as she could about our dog Chase to ensure she matched us to the perfect carer. We were matched with Lorraine and her family. On the first visit with Lorraine we knew Chase would be in safe hands. When dropping him off for the week we felt anxious as this was the first time he had stayed anywhere except family but that settled very quickly when we seen how happy he was to see Lorraine. Every day we received pictures and feedback of what he got upto that day and lets just say he was definitely on his holidays too. Eleanor and her whole family made our petstay experience amazing. She and all of her family gave our collie Dornie the most amazing care while we were on holiday. We got regular updates as to how he was settling in, which was extremely reassuring for us and laid our minds to rest so we could enjoy our holiday. Eleanor took gorgeous photos and sent us loads, we really appreciated this! All in all, I think Eleanor has been our best dog sitter ever, and we would love to have her and her lovely family to look after Dornie again. We liked the company Petstay too, it was easy to set up our pet care, our sitter was very well matched to our Dornie. All in all, a great service, I would give 6* if I could! Many thanks :)
I can’t rate PetStay Glasgow highly enough. Jane paired our dog up with a lovely family to take care of our dog while we went on holiday. The service from PetStay is exceptionally professional and thoughtful from start to finish, and our dog had a wonderful time when we were away. He was paired with a perfect family. The family he boarded with sent us a photo and an update each day, which put our minds at rest and we could see how happy our dog was. He even went to the beach! I am extremely grateful to Jane and the family who took exceptional care of our pup when we were away. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend PetStay and I would be very happy to use them again in the future.
Goodness, where to start. I have only very positive things to say about my entire experience using Pet Stay. From my initial contact with Jane, who was so helpful, thorough and very quickly matched my dog to his hosts. Marie and Kenny are just lovely people. They were wonderful hosts. So kind, friendly and very accommodating. Skipper settled so well and just had the best time with them. He was on lovely walks/went to the cafe which he loves and I was kept up to date via messages and pictures during Skipper's stay. I will absolutely use Pet Stay again, and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone A fantastic experience, hence the 5 stars.
Was a bit worried as haven't left poppy with anyone for more than few days, We met Jean , Pat & jasmine before leaving poppy with them, We were sent photos of poppy & she settled well throughout her stay. When your dog is such a huge part of your life, you want the best for them. Kitkat is a sensitive dog and we knew kennels would not be a good fit for her. So imagine our relief, when from the very first meeting, Kitkat was relaxed and happy with Alice and Bernard Stuart. It was so obvious she would be happy and settled that we went home and booked the dates right away! During our holiday Kit was in a home from home environment. She was able to sit where she liked and sleep where she liked. Kit enjoyed walks by water and met the local wildlife. She was looked after so well, we could see from the photos how she was doing. The attached photos were sent to us during our holiday by Alice. I would not hesitate to recommend petstay to anyone. Jane is fabulous, very thorough and efficient. An altogether brilliant service from a wonderful team! We are looking at dates next year already!
Fantastic just back from washing my dog . Owner is lovely so helpful and it's an amazing place to get your fur babies clean and smelling beautiful and no hassle with washing towels just the perfect place I will definitely be back
My wee cockerpoo Harry goes to play days on a Saturday and also a few behaviour classes and he loves seeing Michelle and Den. I've definitely seen a big difference in Harry for the better.

Excellent doggy daycare by Michelle & Den. My dog Luther loves going here. They give great care, interaction & training to the dogs & always give great feedback on your pooch's progress. The premises has both indoor & outdoor space for dogs, & also has self service washing facilities for bathing your dog.

This is definitely the best daycare around. My Bobby has been going here since he was a puppy (after his jags etc). I defy anyone to tell me that he is not happy going here. As soon as I mention "are you going to see your friends" he jumps around like one happy boy. Lisa, Tony, Nicola & the team are amazing. The time and attention they give the dogs while in their care are second to none, which can be seen with the numerous pictures, videos etc they take. I have no hesitation in recommending Chilled Dawgz to anyone

My wee man Bruno has been a staple at Chilled Dawgz for a little over a year now. I cannot fathom to think what i would have done if weren't for Lisa and the team! I am 100% certain that Bruno is well taken care of every week day from pickup to drop off! The team treats the wee ones as if they were their own! Bruno is always super excited to see Tony every single morning! He even waits at the window to see him coming in the van! He knows the van all too well! I would 100% recommend anyone who has a fur baby and needs them to be taken care of during the day to give Chilled Dawgs a go! Our puppy Shih Tzu Milo started going to dog daycare at Chilled Dawgz. He absolutely loves it. He is so excited when we drive up to the daycare to be going in. All the staff are friendly and Milo has gotten to know them and really loves seeing them. It has really helped Milo with socialisation. We can’t thank the team enough for looking after our wee Milo. He is just so happy here.
Bear started doggy daycare at Chilled Dawgz last summer as a 1 year old, super energetic puppy. When we lost our older, bigger dog at the end of last year, this service has helped Bear stay socialised with other dogs. Lisa and the team are exceptional and I have no worries leaving Bear in their care.
Arthur started only a month ago and now if I say "Are you going to see Lisa and Nicola" he gets so happy and excited! I was worried with him being a lockdown pup that he wouldn't settle in but he loves it at Chilled Dawgz!! Yous are wonderful! I'm delighted with the amazing care you give my pup!!

We brought our Shih Tzu puppy here for day-care during our holiday in Glasgow. We were very happy with the initial contact and when we arrived to bring our dog we knew we had chosen the right Daycare for our doggie. The staff are very friendly, the space for the dogs is clean and bright and there is an outside play pen too. They are also conveniently situated just off the Great Western Road. We can highly recommend them!
Our puppy Great Dane stayed with Maria for just under a week and had a brilliant time. I can’t thank Maria enough for looking after our dog like her own ! Maria was brilliant and very communicative through our full holiday. We got daily messages, photos & videos which was reassuring for us as this was our first time using this type of service. I have never left my 14 year old Laso Charlie before so was fairly anxious about going away for a week, how wrong I was.. He had a great time with Patricia and Scott I was kept updated on his adventures to the parks and day's he certainly was a happy wee dog, don't think he missed me at all. Patricia and Scott kept to all his routines around walks and food I couldn't have asked for better sitters, plus they picked him up and dropped him back home making life so much easier for me. Charlie has a home from home now and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these two lovely people.
Patricia and Scott recently took my labradoodle at very short notice. For a few days and then following week another few days. There fab people, you can tell they genuinely love animals and are good people. I got pics of her on her walks and she was loving life I just knew she was being well looked after. I've used kennels a few times it's just a whole different experience for them, one on one cuddles etc this is the way forward for your fur babies. I'll absolutely be using them In the future. Even better they offer a pick up and drop off service which is handy if you don't drive. Highly recommend this couple. Lovely people.
I needed my dog looked after at short notice and was able to secure a sitter at short notice. Patricia and Scott looked after him like he was their own, asked all the right questions and made sure they stuck to my dogs routine. Communication throughout was excellent, I was never worried or anxious about how my dog was. Will definitely be contacting them again next time I need a sitter.
My dog is just back from one week boarding with Maria from Maddies Mutts and she had a great time 🧡 We got daily updates of all the adventures that she had been on and all the friends that she made. This is the first that we have used a boarding service for her as she would normally stay with family when we are away and I was worried that she wouldn’t have settled but there was no need to worry at all. Maria was fantastic with her and made sure that she had a wonderful time. I cannot recommend this service enough and would not hesitate to book again. Would highly recommend Maddies Mutts. Our dogs Trigger and Dave have stayed with Gary for a long weekend and Maria for 10 days and they had a great experience. They came back with their tails wagging. The daily photos and videos received are lovely. I would 100% trust the care given so much so I’ve already booked for next year’s holidays. Highly recommend this service if like us you are worried about leaving your dog while you go on holiday. We got daily updates and pictures of what they done each day and kept informed the whole time. We went through a detailed care plan to ensure her routine was not disrupted and she was getting everything she needed. The couple she was placed with were amazing and ensured our very energetic Border Collie was never bored. Can't thank you all enough!
First time using a dog boarding company. I don’t like the idea of kennels and wanted a more 1-1 for my dog arnie. Madeline put me onto Gary who was absolutely great with arnie, got regular updates daily on how he was, pictures and videos sent to me everyday.
